On the menu they have two selections when ordering online combo with the works and sandwich with the works. Clearly there's a $4 charge for the combo with the works and a $2 charge for just the sandwich with the works. I called to ask about it they said that there's no combo with the works. Worker was very rude and told us to make sure we're back by 9 or the doors would be closed. We ordered at 8:18. Had a nasty attitude and you could tell she was ready to go home. Ordered a large two topping (bacon, pepperoni) Pizza was disgusting and had more tomato sauce than cheese on it. I ordered a small cheese pizza, added chicken, pineapple, onion, spinach and extra sauce. I had it delivered, $25 and some change. After eating a slice, I noticed there was no chicken and no extra sauce. I called them and they did acknowledge that they did not add the chicken and the sauce. I recently went to Davido's Pizza and I'm glad I did. I ordered online and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I ordered the Davido's Special with banana peppers, mushrooms, sausage, green peppers, pepperoni, and onions. I also ordered wings, hot with lemon pepper sprinkle. Everything was fantastic! After placing an online order, when I arrived I was greeted by the gentlemen the manager/owner was speaking to before she decided to greet me... Come on with the CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially standing right at the counter!! It's no wonder there were absolutely NO CUSTOMERS in this spacious establishment. My order came with bits of celery thrown in a whit paper bag like a Dill Pickle which I assumed was for one of the three wing orders. But when I asked for more, I was told that only 3 of those nubs came with each wing order, she usually charges more, but she would give me more... BUT WHY THE ATTITUDE? If GOD allows me to live to be 100 years old, I will NEVER spend another cent at any daVido's. I have had terrible customer service at the one in Conyers and in Decatur. Today, at the Conyers location, I went through the drive-thru to place an order. Two cars were ahead of me. When I got to the window, I sat for about 5 minutes before anyone came to the window to take my order. A red-headed young lady opened the window, took my order, and asked me to drive around the get behind the car that was behind me. I did. When I got back to the window, another young lady opened the window and said, "Uh, I need you to drive back around." No kind of apology or proper greeting at all. I looked at her and said, "You want me to drive back around after I was asked to drive around the car that was just ahead of me?" She responded that she had not asked me to do that because it was her first time talking to me. I told her that the red-head took my order and asked me to drive around. The second young lady told that she would check and closed the window. She came back with my order and told me that it had just been given to her. Again, no kind of apology or anything. As I drove off, I vowed to never return. In the past, I have had too many issues of poor customer service at daVido's. The inside of the resturant is not large, but is a chill spot to watch a game for the night depending on how late the game is. I decided to give this place a try based on a few good comments and a donation they gave my daughter's school. I was very impressed. Not only was the food very good, or "yummy" as my daughter said, but the staff was very friendly. I can't wait to go back next week. I've visited 3 different times and ate 3 different meals. I must say I have been impressed with all 3 outcomes. I had Pizza and wings on one visit, hoagie on 2nd, and lunch lasagna on 3rd.
