Waited forever even though 1 other person was with me inside. Apparently online takes priority... They insisted I said regular and my husband always eats a giant. The music was blasting so loudly that I couldn't even hear the employees, and communication was nearly impossible. On top of that, the employees had a complete attitude -- it felt like they didn't care about being at work, helping customers, or providing even basic service. I frequent this place at least once a week. I usually order pnline. The subs are usually good, but there are times in which the staff did not follow my customized sandwich. I usually get an Italian and add lite mustard. Sometimes I get it drowning in mustard. I customized my Pastrami online and they rarely get it right so I walk into the store to order. I was excited to try jersey mikes after seeing an advertisement. We walked in to boxes stacked on the floor and dirty tables. When they made our sandwiches, they put the bread on the counter, and used the same gloves as they used when they rang us up on the register. The bread was laying right next to the register on the bare counter. I looked down and flies were coming in. I was uncertain what to say and extremely uncomfortable. We got our sandwiches and left. Won't be back. I hope we don't get sick. The paper to wrap the sub was directly underneath the counter there was no reason for the health department issue other than management not training the staff. We use to own a restaurant. Instead of the #55 which is CHICKEN I received a steak philly with two brownies (I paid for cookies) and two bags of chips I did not ask for. 1st let me say Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub spot. However the one located in Conyers Ga at 1550 Hwy 138 has the rudest manager. My husband went in today purchased two subs total spent $30, I don't mind paying for a quality service and product. The Giant #13 he purchased he requested white American Cheese because I don't eat provolone. He got home and the sub had provolone on it. We back because i couldn't eat. I waited patiently for the manager. She continued to ignore me. Finally I said excuse me, he just purchased this and it was made with the wrong cheese. I said he asked for White American Cheese and you put provolone on here. She said he didn't ask for White American and you don't know because you wasn't here. I said I was on the phone with him and heard him ask. She I just wanted her to correct it. She then said I will give you your damn money back. Why are cussing at me ? She refused to remake the sub, ok well can I get the correct cheese? She said all I am doing is giving you your damn money back. I have been the store before when she treated other customers rudely. So this just must be how she operates. She is really bad for the brand and they will loose business because of her. She refused to give her name. I enjoy Jersey Mike's Subs. Unfortunately, when I support my local Conyers location, I am dissatisfied. On a couple of occasions, I've ordered subs to be delivered, and the order is incorrect. When I call to discuss my situation, no one answers the phone. I've reached out to corporate,but they refer you back to the store. There is no follow-up and no resolve. On my last visit on Sat, I placed an order through the mobile app. When i arrived, my mother decided to get a sub, so I join the line. As I am waiting, I notice the guy making an online order and it was right around the time mine was to be ready. I noticed he left off some ingredients, so i said....sir If that sub is for Arika, then you forgot to add oil, vinegar and oregano. He doesn't even look up and responds rudely.."well then its not for Arika". I was like Oh..ok I was just making sure. He proceeded to make the sandwich, places the missing ingredients in little containers and places the sandwich at the register. I have him remake my sub and my moms. When he finds out that he just made the sub i ordered online, he tells me that my sandwich was already made and in the bag. I said well you told me that wasn't mine. Also i noticed that the sandwich he made for the online order had less meat. The second one he made had much more, so beware...they skimp on the meat for online orders. I told him i wanted to switch and get the one that had all the ingredients on it. He saids no and that he had already made my sandwich and put the ingredients on the side. I told him i didn't want the ingredients on the side. I ended up asking for a refund but forgot that i used shore points, so i took the sandwich and then tried to pay for my moms. He refused to let me pay for a sandwich that was already made because he said I had an attitude. My mom said that whatever just happened with him and I had nothing to do with her. I love Jersey Mike's. However, the location in Conyers needs to change a couple of things. When using gloves, the purpose is to be sanitary. If you are making my sandwich with gloves, you shouldn't touch the cash register or other things and then touch my sandwich again. Also, the sandwich could be prepared on the paper and not the counter. I won't be back until I hear of that changing. read more

I ordered a giant kahuna chicken philly from this location back in February 2019. When I got to my final destination,I found that it was prepared with steak, which I don't eat at all. I called the manager who took my name and number down and said they would remake my order during my next visit. I returned to the same location to redeem my free meal about a month later and there was a hand written sign on the door that said "sorry we are close". Yes close, not closed! Smdh. Two days ago I contacted this same location, which had finally reopened, to get my remake. I was told that there was a change in management, the former manager was no longer with the company and that they would take $2.00 off of a repurchase???? This is completely unacceptable so I had the employee (Aisha?) contact the store manager. She called me back and said that was all they could offer. I spent $14 on a sub plus a drink and chips and could not eat the sub due to their error, then the location closed due to horrible management and has now reopened with poor customer service and I question the new management as well. The first time I excused it for the fact maybe they were having a bad day and that happens to all of us. We were ignored for a very long time and no words were exchanged as to how can I help you or thank you either. I went to the location in Conyers I was watching them make my sandwich I noticed they never clean the station after making any sandwich before making mine so I ask them to make my sandwich over and I want them to put it on the paper so it's not on the surface where they had made several other sandwich before mine , when I asked for the manager she was very rude and unprofessional in how she answered when I told her about the way the make sandwiches and not cleaning the surface after making other sandwiches before mine I did call there cooperate office and complain they were very nice and even send me a free meal card however when I went back there I did see the same practice I had to tell them to put my sandwich on paper before making it they did but I won't be back there ever again read more

I have been a patron of this location for the last two years and up until recently I have been a pretty satisfied customer. Yesterday was the last day I will patronize this location until there is a new manager in place. The last few times I have eaten here I have not seen Jamie, who was to my knowledge the manager of this location. I have no idea what the name of the man is, that has been there over the last few visits, as manager, but I can honestly say that after what I have observed and what happened to me personally, yesterday, he needs to go. I was there to dine in and when it was time to dress my sandwich, the young lady on duty asked if I wanted it Mike's Way. I told her no, I wanted to change it up a little. I wanted it MY way. My way is that I like to have extra onion, FIRST, then the tomato, with the salt on the tomato and then LIGHT lettuce on top. I don't like a lot of lettuce. I also prefer to have the oil and vinegar on my bread because when it gets dressed Mike's Way, the O&V gets applied over the top of the tomatoes and all it does is run off the tomatoes, onto the wrapper and it is messy to eat, and my sandwich really doesn't taste like it has much O&V on it. That is the way I have been asking to have my sandwiched dressed at this Jersey Mike's, as well as others all the time. NEVER had a problem with this request until yesterday. The young lady dressing sandwiches was apparently rather new and at first she wasn't sure what I had asked for, so I explained it to her again, and she fixed it for me up to the point where I was going to ask that the vinegar be applied to the bread , when the manager (the man), came over, next to her and proceeded to tell me that in the future, my sandwich HAD to be dressed in the order that the condiments are set up, being lettuce, onion then tomato. At this point I said no, that's not how I want mine made, I like it in the order that I requested and he again, said NO, the toppings have to go on in a specific order. Really? REALLY? I then told him that I had been coming to this location for some time and that it had never been an issue with anyone else, so why now? He again said, that moving forward this was the way that my sandwich would be dressed. I could not ask for any special order. So that's when I told him to just forget it. He could keep the sandwich and I was done with him and this location. He yelled at me when I was almost to the door and I mean yelled at me, "And don't come back", which I responded "Don't worry, I won't be coming back here." I'm sorry, but I was a regular customer here way to often, and for me to be paying anywhere from $13 to $16 for lunch, to be told that I can't ask for my sandwich to be dressed a certain way. I try not to make a big deal of things and consider myself pretty easy going for the most part, but this was absolutely ridiculous. It's my sandwich. I'm the one eating it. I'm the one paying for it. I should be able to enjoy my sandwich the way I want it. Period. No one else has ever told me they can't accommodate my request. This is the same person, who, as I stated earlier is obviously the new acting manager or owner, has treated other customers in less than a customer friendly manner. This is for the Conyers GA location. This is for the franchise owner. I came in the store and ordered a turkey sandwich with American cheese. First, the sandwich maker grabbed a piece of turkey that should have been discarded 5 uses ago, it was down to the knuckle on the slicer. I asked for a new turkey roll, for fresher meat. The sandwich maker looked at me and said well what do you want, ALL ATTITUDE!! I just wanted the meat she would have used if she was making a sandwich for herself. She grabs the meat back off the bread and puts it back in the cooler, as if she was going to use it for the next turkey sandwich request. She grabs another piece of meat that should have been discarded after the last sandwich she made with it and proceeds. At this point, I am just ready to go. She then asks me, do you want it Mike's Way. I say, No, I would like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, and seasoning. Specifically saying no vinegar! I see her grab one bottle and shake, shake, shake on my sandwich. Then she grabs the next bottle and shakes, shakes, shakes. I say, did you put vinegar on the sandwich, she says yeah, that's Mike's Way. I say but I asked you not to put vinegar on it. She then proceeds with a SUPER ATTITUDE to remove the lettuce dripping with vinegar as if it didn't get on any other part of the sandwich. At this point, I said you know what, I don't want this sandwich and proceed to walk out past the Manager, who laughs at me as I walked out the door. I can understand the sub par experience from the sandwich maker, but the immaturity of the Manager, who should have tried to save and make this experience better (witnessing the whole ordeal) acted like a kid and not a leader, condoning her employees behavior and adding poor leadership to the experience as well. Poorly managed. They get busy and forget about pickup orders and delivery. The solution is called MANAGEMENT! Managers should be able to get through busy times without neglecting a whole type of customer or they shouldn't be managers. A tenth grader can manage during slow times. This was the first time I had been to a Jersey Mike's. I ordered the Big Kahuna (cheesesteak w/ jalapeños) and the club supreme(it had turkey &roast beef instead of ham). They were both REALLY good. The place was clean and the employees were really nice. I think the lady making the sandwiches was new & still learning the ropes because I got the regular club (ham/turkey) instead of the one I ordered and there was no bacon.I would still go back because the food was so good!
