I'm pretty disgusted. I placed a mobile order for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was 8: 00 p.m. and since the drive-thru line was insanely long (stretching into the next parking lot), I parked in one of the parking spots designated for Mobile Orders. But when I got to the door, it was locked. However there's absolutely NO signs or notices of any kind showing that they're closed inside, and it shows online that this location is open INSIDE until 10:00 p.m.! So I see the empty drive-thru lane for Mobile order pickup next to the very long regular pickup lane and head to it, only to find it ROPED OFF!! So just to pick up an order I placed online I had to exit the parking lot and drive down to the next lot to sit in the ridiculously long pickup line, because for reasons undisclosed they closed the dining room and mobile order drive-thru lane with no signs or explanations. I also tried calling to inquire, and of course, they didn't answer the phone. When I got to the window I asked the girl why they're closed inside and she said "oh we were when I got here because we got really busy". I didn't know restaurant staff could just close the inside because they got "really busy", but apparently couldn't be bothered to put a sign on the door or anything, or God forbid open the mobile order drive-thru lane for people that have MOBILE ORDERS. While the girl at the drive-thru was nice, it was the lack of knowledge and seeming lack of concern that made it worse. This location used to be so good but the last few times I've ordered delivery the tacos bottoms are so soggy they literally fell out, which though annoying, I attributed it at the times to it being due to the delivery time. But now I think it must be a general decline of this location. Maybe the employees that did a good job previously quit ... I don't know. But customers: prepare to wait, and check your order before driving home! read more

Went to this location on Saturday night and went into the store for carry out. As we entered the store we were immediately yelled at by an employee to put on a mask. My wife told her we didn't have any so we were given mask. Ordered food and waited 30 minutes, all the while observing employees with their mask down below their chins. Same employee brought our order out finally and pushed the bag and drinks across the counter. As we were leaving I took my mask off to throw away but didn't see an accessible trash can so left it on the counter. Immediately the same employee who screamed at us earlier to put mask on started screaming "HEY.....HEY.... are you DEAF?" I turned around and said certainly not and would be filling a complaint. I did so online and a couple days later received a call from a manager( I assume) from the store. He actually defended this employee who was so rude and disrespectful to us and made excuses for her. I told him if this is the way they treated customers I would never come to this store again. He said that would be fine. Taco Bell in Conyers employs some extremely rude people with absolutely no customer service skills. Manger was frugal with the rice within my power bowl even after I paid for extra- purposely. I didn't understand her hostility or point of view when I was providing feedback for my meal. I made a protein bowl a vegetarian bowl. My bowl was prepared with mostly toppings instead of rice. Please improve upon delivery for future customers. read more

I order two bean and rice burritos, and by the time I'm at the window to pay, I'm being handed hot food with, or before, my change.
