On Sunday, February 1st, I visited the Marco's Pizza location in Conyers to pick up an order, and what I experienced was extremely disappointing and concerning. There were two young ladies working the front counter. Both were wearing gloves, but instead of handling food with professionalism and care, they were laughing, playing around, and repeatedly checking their phones with the same gloves they were using to prepare and handle customers' food. That is not only unprofessional -- it is unsanitary. Gloves are meant to protect the food from contamination, not to become a tool for spreading it. What made it worse was that they clearly saw me standing there and continued the behavior as if it was normal practice. It did not appear to be a one-time mistake. It looked routine, which raises serious concerns about management oversight and food safety standards at this location. The following day, I called the store to speak with the General Manager to address the issue properly. The manager who answered the phone had an extremely nasty attitude and hung up on me mid-conversation. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Food service requires accountability, professionalism, and basic hygiene standards. If those expectations cannot be met, customers will understandably lose trust. I hope ownership takes this review seriously and implements better supervision and training before someone gets sick or the business reputation suffers further. read more

Placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived a few minutes early, the order was almost ready. The lady who served me was friendly and worked quickly to make sure I wasn't waiting too long. Food was hot and of a good quality. The building was clean with some photo on the wall. read more

Marcos did their big one on these pizzas. Haven't ate there in awhile, my son informed me of the Tuesday deal and I purchased the all meat and triple pepperoni Magnifico. Definitely worth the deal and portion was great . We will definitely have lunch tomorrow. I was greeted at door, she was nice and food was ready when I arrived. Pepperoni was a little greasy but maybe it was the garlic crust, it was still good. Keep up the good work read more

Just ordered the new Hot Honey Magnifico Pizza and it was Great! I will say though, I did get a call immediately after I placed the order online to inform that they were out of the certain type of pepperoni that's goes on this pizza and offered double reg. pepperoni! I was impressed with how fast I rec'd the call! I've ordered from Marcos a few times since I've been in the area, and haven't been disappointed thus far! Fingers crossed that my next order is the same! read more

I'd never had Marco's Pizza before, but decided to give it a try. I ordered online and picked up my pizza in store. It was a good experience! Tasty pizza, friendly staff, and a large menu! I will be back to explore the menu and try the new fiery pizzas! read more

Ordered online through the Marco's app. Chose and was charged for delivery and paid a gratuity only to find out a full hour later that they don't deliver from this store. This is unacceptable. if you have delivery as an option for the store in the app, it's the responsibility of the store to either notify you that they can't deliver or arrange delivery with one of the delivery providers. don't jerk your customers around and say they should have known. do your self a favor and choose another store or even better, another pizza chain all together read more

I do not recommend at all! The pizza was so bad when we ordered it. The pizza was under cooked, seems under staffed at all times. Just regrets all around read more

I've been ordering from here for the past two years. Happy they are under new ownership! I've definitely seen an improvement in the customer service and professionalism though they always seem to be understaffed. For a good experience, I recommend ordering online at least an hour before you want your food and track your order before heading to pick it up. The food is always good and tasty. read more

So I go to to this Marcos in Conyers and they supposed close at 10:00. I get there and walk about 9:25. And they we not take no more in store orders. SMD head. First time there and the last. Bad business. read more

This has got to be nastiest most unfriendly Marcos I have ever visited! It must be a new manager who is not friendly at ALL! OMG. This was my second and last encounter with this location! Date of encounter, 1/18/25, 2133 Georgia 20. read more

Pleasantly surprised by my first visit to Marco's. This store is very clean. There is a good amount of seating. Was slow for dinner during the week. I ordered a sandwich and cheese bread with two cups of jalapeño ranch. The chicken sandwich was served hot, soft bread, but crunchy exterior. The cheese bread was also served hot and had good consistency; the bread was not too chewy or dry. It paired well with the jalapeño ranch dip cup. This location has two TVs, and I think would be a good place for a quick lunch or dinner. read more

I just called wanting to place an order. Lil Ms. Vickey stated she couldn't tell me the specials; I had to go online. I asked for the mananger and she told me Elizabeth was busy. She spent at least 2 mins arguing with me over the phone when she could have told me the specials in that amount of time. I have spent a lot of money with this location. I was actually trying to access the menu online before calling and wasn't able to navigate their page. She yelled at me and said WE ARE BUSY! I will never go there again. I will tell everyone I know to not patronize them anymore. This location was not like this when they 1st opened. I hope the original owners read all of the horrible reviews they have online and do an overhaul on the staff. People like Vickey are bad for the business. You cant find good help any where nowadays. My kids really wanted pizza tonight. read more

Very rude manager. She needs to be properly trained on how to speak to customers. Her attitude will run people away. Please get rid of her.

Worst ever. I was 25 min. away. Tried to call a pick up. Was on hold for twenty minutes. I was so close I decided to to drive there while on hold. Went in and showed the manager my phone while still on hold. She tells me We don't see your number on our screen. Walked out..... With my phone still on hold as soon as I walk out the hold went went dead. read more

I will never, ever visit this establishment again. They screwed up my meal by not delivering everything. I called back and they immediately knew about the mistake. They tell me they're coming back and never show up. I called them back the next day and said I want a refund for my entire order. The manager, Elizabeth, proceeds to angrily argue with me about not providing a complete refund because "you ate the pizza didn't you", "you drank the soda". She ranted for a good minute and I told her fine, I'll dispute the charge. She had the audacity to say, we will dispute it too. Very apparent this woman has no managerial skill set and she lost a customer forever over $18 bucks. Minutes later, the owner made her issue a full refund. When this place first opened, it was great. Now, it's certified trash. Those with higher ratings, go back now and you'd be amused at how this place has gone down. Since I can't give them zero stars, I can type it. ZERO STARS. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Mellow mushroom or Papa Johns will do more than this place ever could. Wish I could give zero stars if I could. Placed an order online to pick up pizzas and they were not ready when we came to pick it up. ALSO, the pizzas were made incorrectly (missing toppings/additional toppings that we didn't want were on them) once we received them. So we then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to remake the pizzas. The staff had absolutely no urgency with remaking the pizza to correct their mistakes. The staff was not apologetic at all and attempted to blame it on us but the receipt proved them wrong. No sorry was ever said. read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery took about 45 minutes to place the order then get a call and we're told that they don't have a delivery driver and if we cancel the order it will take three business days to get our money back the wife went to pick it up we will see if we are compensated for the Five dollar delivery fee. Real bad way to do business Marcos if you can't deliver you need to let people know before you take there money might even be illegal. read more

First time visit. Placed my order for carry out. Not pleased at all. Pizza wasn't good. I ordered 15 BBQ wings and I asked for Ranch which wasn't in the bag. I ordered the Cinnasquares which were hard as a brick. I won't visit this establishment again. read more

I placed an order online and was advised when I picked up that the wings were not available and they did not have lids for the salads. I was told that they could put foil on the top of my salad and they could give me chicken dippers. My reason for dissatisfaction was not that these items were out of stock...but that no one took the time to call me ahead of time to inform me. The options provided were less than stellar and the manager was less than professional when she informed me that they were out of stock. This was a waste of time and money because had I known when ordering online that the items advertised were not available I would have made different plans for my family. As I waited on the alternate order to be prepared...three other patrons came in and experienced similar problems of their online order not being available. Super disappointing. read more

This location is almost always problematic. I'd typically go here because it's close, but I'd much rather driver miles away to the next location. 1). They offer curbside pickup to be selected online, but this location says they don't do curbside when you get to the restaurant. 2). When picking up my pizza, there were SEVERAL employees with their masks under their chin and with no gloves by the pizza prep line. 3). As the associate was brining my pizza, she dropped my receipt on the ground bent over to pick it up and then put it on my pizza box. Do you think it's aesthetically pleasing to the eye to see someone drop anything on the ground and put it on your pizza box? Then she became defensive and rude when I asked why she would do it. "Well what you want us to remake it?!" I will never patronize this location with my business ever again. They were nasty even before the pandemic. read more

Great pizza! It's under new management and they know what they are doing. The crew is awesome and very friendly!

Pizza was excellent hot and fresh taste good and my family enjoyed it and we will eat there again soon.

I was impressed with this pizza I like the crust and sauce . I will return its hard to please a Chicago pizza expert but this is pleasantly good. read more

This place is horrible, when Marco's first came to Conyers it was very good however, it has gone to the dogs. My daughter and I went there this past weekend and ordered two subs, I could not believe what I saw when we made it home, which is only a 5 minute drive away. My daughter opened her sub and it was so messy and ice cold, by the way we ordered in house and waited, watched it come out of the oven, the meatballs were so cold, the bread was so soaked from sauce it was falling apart, my chicken sub was much of the same. I took that crap back and demanded my money back. I am unsure what happened to the good people that use to work there, but the crew that is there now will undoubtedly run the place into the ground, merely paycheck collectors, not taking pride in the food they send out the door. I really hate it that, because I really liked Marco's, but I will not be returning. read more

The service is not very good. We had 2 pizzas with only one topping each and it took us getting upset at them to finally get our food. Overall the food is not that good, there are much better options in the area. Haven't tried the other options on the menu yet, but the pizza is mediocre. Also the salad was not very good. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people that they have working here have no idea what they are doing. I tried to use a gift card and they told me that they don't honor Marcos gift cards. Which was crazy. The quality of the food was AWFUL. The customer service was terrible, and not one employee here knows how to use a gift card. I seriously wonder how they are still in business. The pizzas were made wrong and they gave us attitude when we asked them to remake the pizzas. We paid over $50.00 on pizza. Will most definitely be taking my business down the road to Papa Johns. read more

Order delivery from them many times. Pizza always has a great fresh taste. They have old world peperoni, taste delicious! I would come here befote Mellow Mushroom on most ocassion. Marco's has become my new favorite pizza delivery joint. They are quick and reasonably priced (I'm always able to find a great coupon with a quick google search). If you like it crispy try the thin crust. They also have a great garden salad with a lot of veggies. They are really geared towards delivery ant take out service so not sure if I would expect the same ambiance as a true pizzeria. Compared to the "big" delivery chains, Marco's can't be beat! read more

I love this place because of their veggie pizza it's amazing.the best meal I have ever had from this place is their veggie pizza.they also have some wings and some other things that are just so amazing and yummy and on top of all this criteria's they still deliver food.now this is one heck of a pizza place the pizza best place ever read more

Poor customer service. .very rude over the phone when I spoke with the manager on duty he told me these things happen.

Nothing special, its a pizzeria! Two televisions to enjoy game nights. The employees aren't extra friendly but service wasn't bad.
