I had a wonderful experience. I'm not sure about the negative reviews but Im noshing on my burrito with my dog and we're good so far. I think it's a decent restaurant and the employees are very polite and friendly. There's also a lot of Mexican restaurants close by...ijs competition is healthy They actually got jokes, lol. They actually close at 10 on Fridays per their website. As for getting extra, given the supply chain issues right now, I think that's more a business decision than it is anything else. Gotta make sure there's products for the entire time the restaurant is open. Also be nice to the workers who do come to work. Everyone is short handed these days...Cheers! read more

I got a mobile order and when I got home the bowls were basically empty. That's actually crazy there was less than one serving of food in both bowls. I was having a bad day and had to deal with this at the end of it. Go to the one in conyers because they will cheat you at the Covington location apparently. read more

My good was great . I finally tried the brisket and let me tell you it was delicious with spicy kick to it. There wasn't a line so the lady that made my food went by pretty fast. The place was clean and quiet. I will be back. 10/10 highly recommend. Very friendly as well. read more

Worst customer experience I have had in a very long time. The only reason I gave one star is because you can't give 0 or negative stars. The manager at this location lacks the ability to apply basic common sense. Bottom line is that they messed up my order on two different occasions and they refused to make it right, and oh... by the way, all they had to do was put a dollop of queso in a cup in order to give me what I paid for, but they refused to do so. They've now lost my business forever and I'm a fat, middle-aged, guy who spends at least $100 a month there. read more

My daughter wanted Chipotle. I didn't feel up to driving to two different restaurants, so I ordered food too. The people were nice. However, I came home and immediately bit into extremely burnt chicken pieces. I ordered a chicken bowl. I don't normally eat Chipotle. I had it once a year ago. And before then, I hadn't had it in about 10 years. I'm so disappointed. I tried to eat around the meat, but I kept getting the burnt pieces in my bite. It was disgusting. Whoever made it had to have known they burnt it. Now I'm sitting here trying to figure out how to get the burnt taste out of my mouth. I trashed it so fast I forgot to take a picture. For it to be a newer location, repeat customers must not be their thing. My family decided to use the online ordering system as a means of 'convenience ' Upon getting our order home we noticed that our serving portions were remarkablely small. Being pressed for time we let it slide the first time, Then there was today! Once again we ordered online and to my surprise I got even less steak in my bowl today. Upon returning to the location to complain I was met by the manager. I told her of my dilemma but instead of apologizing, she instead took my food and proceeded to move the food around with a napkin before cutting her eyes at me and walking away. She appeared a short time later with my order in hand and gave it to me again with no apology. I decided not to make a scene in the restaurant so I returned to my truck and opened the lid. There was so much lettuce on top that I couldn't properly check without messing up my intererior. Upon getting home I pulled back the lettuce revealing even less meat. Needless to say Chipotle has lost us as customers. Not only is this location more expensive than others, but their meat portions are lacking. For a bowl that cost almost $10, I literally got 10 pounds of rice and 7 pieces of steak.. Utterly ridiculous! read more

Was so happy to seepy to see a Chipotle near me. They are stingy with the meats. I asked for more, they charged me an extra $5, and I got it to go. The meat was full of gristle. Tons of rice, almost no beans or add ons, and horrible meat. Shame. Not going back. I like the employees though. read more

The customer service is non existent. Always rude at the drive up, won't give water at the drive thru , even though you can't order still water in the app. I've ordered several times online and they never get the order right. I the food label is correct but the contents are incorrect. I suggest checking you food before leaving . read more

Juan the GM is amazing! Great customer service. I came in today and it was busy. He handled the customers well even went to the back to prepare the food. He was smiling the whole time and people kept coming in. He handled it with grace! I yelled at him after I got his name from the cashier and I said "Great job Juan you're killing it" he continued preparing the food and smiled. He deserve a raise!!!!! Go Juan! Today I went to Chipotle to pick up some lunch oh before work . Upon entering the facility, I noticed I was not greeted and the workers did not acknowledge the fact that they had a customer. As I approached the counter , I had to wait a few minutes , still with no acknowledgment from any worker that I was there and waiting . After a few minutes , Milly (unsure of how she spells it , they also did not have any name tags or anything ) she did not greet me , instead she just said "What can I get for you ma'am" . I told her hello , no response. As she began making my bowl , I noticed she was not giving the correct portions . If I hadn't asked for more I would've been given a kids meal quite honestly. Each time I asked for more she threw whatever portions she decided to give me . After making the bowl , still with an attitude Milly starts throwing my stuff in the bag and ringing me up. I asked for 2 vinaigrettes , she gave me one . I honestly don't feel as if I deserved to be treated like that . Especially if I greeted you first and was very pleasant . However Milly did not seem enthusiastic or happy at all to be at work .
