Customer service was horrible. We went through the drive through where they made us wait for 45 mins on a simple order. Meanwhile everyone behind us got their food. After letting the worker know 3 times we were still waiting, they lied to us telling us they were making our food. 10 mins later the manager comes out and tells us she needs to give us the refunds due to not having fries. I'm a local UPS driver and came in here for the first time today and it was 3 full cockroaches in the womens bathroom and then I seen baby roaches all throughout the dining room floor. Fast food is fast food but some locations are definitely better than others. Today I had to pick up some fast food on the go and decided to stop at the Zaxby's on Panola road. First off - the line was kind of ridiculous for 4pm on a Sunday. I waited for a good bit in line but once I got to the window I understood why, I ordered a Cobb Salad and Blue Garden Salad, the Cobb was supposed to have grilled chicken with no bacon and the Garden, no chicken. I also ordered an Almar Palmer (half lemonade/sweet tea mix). The young lady, while pleasant, gave me a sweet tea with a lemon on top so I asked her to give me an almar palmer instead. Then when the Cobb salad came out there was bacon on it (like two or three strips to the side) when I explained to the lady I ordered a Cobb minus bacon she took the salad and gave it back to people in the back. When she returned the salad to me, it was the same salad but it was obvious someone just removed the bacon. Quite honestly the food was decent for a fast food Zaxby's but I felt like they could have given me a fresh salad, one that didn't have bacon on it previously and the lemon on top of the tea wasn't cool either. I spent a total of 15'minutes at Zaxby's in a Drive thru - if I wanted to spend that much time at a fast food restaurant I would've went inside to eat. read more

4/10/22 I go inside to get a signature club no bacon. I asked for toast instead of fries eager for my first signature club taste test. Reaching my seat deciding to dine in I noticed I still had fries no toast so I kindly went back up to the counter and reminded the young lady I replaced the fries with toast. This location lacks common etiquettes and I honestly feel as though the owner as well as management has got to do better in both the staff they hire and way they train their staff. Last night May 17 I was in the drive thru line for 25/30 min. It was 9:30 when I checked the clock (and that was a little after I had already been in drive thru for a while). Around this time workers from this location were walking out of the store, but did not attempt to inform the LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING that their closed. This employee literally made eye contact with me, she watched me watch her and STILL AINT SAY S**T. Common sense would say "What they lack in customer service should be made up by the quality of the food" but that is far from it.
