My family enjoys coming to this Sonic location. There is a manager here, tall Black man with locs, he is such a good manager. Even when they are short staffed, he has been professional and kind. Sometimes it takes longer for you to receive your order, but it's always hot, fresh, and good. The employees are always friendly and nice. The carports are clean too. Some of them are broken or out of order, but they put up signs to alert you. There is a lot of space here and there is also a drive-thru where you can place and receive orders. The prices are good especially if you use the app. They always have sales and specials. When you go to order food, leave the kids at home or expect to spend at least $30.00. . Terrible customer service. I will admit I have never received the wrong order in the last 3 years. ( I come maybe once a month) but the wait time is absolutely terrible. There could be one car ahead of you already at the window at the time you arrive and the employee will wait 5-8 minutes to even take your order. Then you proceed to the window and you have to wait another 7 minutes only to be greeted by a rude staff member. The food is DECENT I'll give them that but service is horrible. However my daughter ordered onion rings today and they had me begging like a dog for one more, and she said no. I've been to this location many times through the drive-through. This was my first time sitting at the tables outside. I took my children and met a girlfriend there with her child for an afternoon snack. ... Never will I do this again. We didn't stay long . The entire time we smelled the dumpsters located on the right side of the building. The trash can in the dining area was also overflowing. If you're going to sit at those tables and eat please bring your mosquito spray. The amount of mosquitoes were horrifying. We waited about 20mins for 3 kids meals,a milkshake a slushie and a order the ring. I believe they give priority to the orders at the drive-through . We tried to eat our food at the tables provided but due to the odor and amount of bugs we left. I give them three stars for the quality and taste of the food. I took off one star due to the wait time, and one star for the dirtiness, odor , and discomfort of the dining area. So , the big question? Would I go back? Yes, but drive-through only! Lol. I go to Sonic almost daily for the slushes, and unfortunately the closest one to me is this one - perhaps the worst I've ever been to. Two weeks ago they were unable to make drinks because the 'system was down', but no notice of this. I've been charged different prices for the same item at the same time on different days. And today I arrived over 5 minutes before the happy hour ended to get a slush and was kept waiting for over 10 minutes, presumably to deny me the discount. Can't be sure because I was never asked for my order. It's possible that the terminal wasn't working - something that happens far too often and again they don't do the courtesy of putting a sign to let you know something is out of order.
