Chili Cheese Fries

We ordered on uber eats. I want to say service was good because it was fast and hot with no mistakes. Unfortunately you can't customize anything on uber eats. I've been here before and the ambiance is very laid back and not very busy. No complaints here.

Very efficient. Great customer service. The woman at the drive through speaker was nice and patient. Also, the woman who handed me my food was efficient and provided great service. She said "your napkins, cheese, and receipt in the bag." lol I was pleased.

I've been going here a lot lately. They have had a free fry, upon request, promotion since last year when COVID started. Because I usually get a combo when I order, I've never taken advantage of the promotion. Today I went and ordered a #5 and also an additional burger (which I've done in the past) and to my surprise, I got an additional fry! Thank you so much Carol M!!! I know it doesn't seem like much but it's the little things. Thanks for going an extra mile with the customer service.

The patty melt sandwich came out cold and weird looking. It doesn't even look like the two separate pieces did not belonged together.

Two stars although the food is usually delicious the service is normally very slow. Today I was able to get seated right away because not many people were inside. Our server was very unconcerned about making sure we were taken care of. I ordered a steak melt with onion rings and sweet tea. The sandwich finally came out after very loooong time of patiently waiting. When the sandwich came out it looked awful and and it was cold and not very many onion rings at all. The sandwich didn't even look like a whole sandwich it looked like it was shared between two of us as in two different halves but didn't equal a whole sandwich. I ordered a milk shake right after my food came out. I waited 15 minutes before I asked the server how long it would take to get the milk shake. I was told that it would be five more minutes, that wasn't true at all, it NEVER came. The server offered the milkshake to me as I was standing in line to pay for my bill which she never gave me, so I was standing in line after waiting the longest for the milkshake and or the ticket so I could pay the bill. Never came. As I was standing in line the server gives me the very late milkshake never apologizing for bringing it over 30 minutes later. I told her never mind because I wanted it in a cold glass while sitting at the table. She looked annoyed and just walked away. At the register I was overcharged, the milkshake that never came was on the bill. I let them know that I didn't have the milkshake and they took it off my bill. This restaurant is near other restaurants in the same area, I will never come back to this location because the service is slow awful. They really do need to hire servers who care about the customers. It's one thing for the service to be slow but it doesn't take much to treat the customers with kindness.

This location has been reopen since September I was told. I believe under new ownership, service was pretty good. Got the original double steak cheese burger and fries. Please with my order today.

After sitting in line for 15 minuets an employee came out and places a closed sign In front of my vehicle and informed me that they were now closed at 9:40 pm. The manager Janice then told me that the Stonecrest location was no longer 24hrs. Well damn it wasn't even 10pm, and I was in line well before 9:30 so wtf is the deal? Why do I have to go outside of my community to receive good customer service and not be lied to by the manager "Janice" (if that's her real name).,

M D.

The WORST service. 1 hour wait time with a half empty diner and an overcrowded kitchen with staff members just STANDING around doing nothing.

The hostess was great, very pleasant and accommodating for our party. We did have to wait behind 2 other parties when we arrived, but the wait was the amount of time suggested by the hostess, so no problem there. The server was quite forgetful but got things right when she did remember. We had to ask twice for silverware and she came back to ask if we wanted carry out containers after we'd just asked her for them... It appeared to be a family friendly environment, although I don't remember seeing any parties with children. There was a variety of music playing; the volume was good. The guest volume is about average for a restaurant setting with music playing. I will definitely be back to try other menu items. I liked the name and the cuisine. Pretty good reviews, but if you've been on Yelp as long as I have, you know that standards vary greatly. And Virgils was no exception! Food was excellent! Deviled Eggs, Corn Bread, Sunday Plate, Grouper, and Seafood Platter. Undeniably Good. Service. Undeniably Bad! Muy malo! If you have to sit at the bar even when you have reservations. No bueno! If you have to flag someone down to get them to take your order. I am looking for an alternative option. If you charge a 20% service fee for services not rendered. Shame on you. "People will never forget how you made them feel". Well in a nutshell, not very valued. Having been in the restaurant industry of over 17 years, I have the perspective being on both sides, I would say service is the part severely lacking at Virgils.

I went with the intent of trying their vegan bean burger which was the only option on the menu via their website, however that is no longer served. The other members in my party thoroughly enjoyed the whiting and catfish dishes which they found to be well seasoned, the steak cooked to perfection, and the fried green tomatoes which one member in my party stated that they were the best she'd ever tried. The food came out quickly, no long wait. The only criticism is that the fried okra had no seasoning. Other than that, the food was good, service was great. I'd visit again.

Considering I already think NYC has thee best food options, I went in open and hopeful to be proven wrong. I arrived excited and ready to vibe, but that excitement quickly faded. The aesthetic, or lack thereof, was disappointing. I expected something vibrant, colorful, or even a chic modern look. Instead, the space felt neglected and unkept. I was also surprised by the absence of music, which immediately threw off the atmosphere, though I tried to keep in mind that this isn't NYC. Once seated, I noticed how mash-up the chairs were. Mine literally had exposed nails. Still, in anticipation of mimosas and Jamaican food for brunch, I shifted slightly to the side and focused on enjoying my best friend's company. Our server was just alright. Very much giving "here for the paycheck," not necessarily service-driven. Unfortunately, that's become common these days, so I adjusted my expectations, and tipped accordingly. The menu itself had promise. I appreciated the Southern fusion options with a Jamaican twist, and the hookah menu was surprisingly comprehensive, though we chose not to order one. We opted for the unlimited mimosas, and to be fair, we definitely got our money's worth. That said, I was disappointed to learn they were pre-mixed. I prefer fresh orange juice with popped brut or sparkling, and once I saw how the drinks were prepared, it made sense for a busy brunch crowd- just not my preference. For food, we ordered the oxtail egg rolls to start, along with the Spice Breakfast and chicken and waffles. Everything was... fine. No real complaints, but no standout moments either. Overall, the brunch was okay. I might give them another try for dinner, but this visit didn't quite live up to the expectations.

Not that large that I would think it's a lounge, more like a bar or pub. You have to scan to pull up the menu and immediately there's no wine or drink menu. Princess our waitress suggested the wine daiquiris which was a mix of strawberry and mango. It was overly sweet and couldn't even taste any wine, so my friend didn't even drink hers. The "tapas" menu was only like 4 things to choose from, we expected much more. We had honey lemon pepper wings, jerk salmon bites first. I then ordered after asking if they do Buffalo with lemon pepper since that wasn't an option wings. That's an extra 75 cents to make what is a common wing flavor. So they are setting up birthday parties, while we are wrapping up. This location opened October 2022, and we were told by our waitress that brunch was better and more options. We automatically charged gratuity although it was only 2 of us and we weren't told until we had to pay. The music was so loud we had to ask for it to be turned down so we could hear and talk. There was no one there but the employees because they had no customers. With all the plazas around it was hard to find this place, even the employees order food from Uber instead of eating here. I loved the colors and the VIP area. They are amazing photo opportunity spots. The candles on the table added that extra touch of cuteness and they smelled amazing.
