I should have looked at these reviews before I spent my hard earned money. I rarely visit any restaurant on Panola Rd simply because, it's the hood, they don't have measurable standards at ANY of the restaurants and well, the quality from any of these locations is piss poor. So I'll start with this. I get it, you're being renovated, there's new construction going on, etc. But THERES NO LINE AND THE DRIVE THRU ISN'T BACKED UP...Why are my regular fries cold? Why are my Chicken fries so hard I can barely eat them? I'm literally going to dispute the charge on my credit card and get my refund because I am NEVER EVER going back. I ordered two shroom and Swiss melts, one in a combo with a large Coke and the other separate and an additional order of Spicy Chicken fries. I live less than ten minutes away. When I proceeded to eat my regular fries they were room temperature cold as if they had been sitting on my porch. I put them back in the bag. I even gave a few to my pup and HE didn't even want them. The sandwiches were warm (Not HOT) and the chicken fries were so hard I couldn't even chew them. I put them back in the bag as well. Not wanting to sit in thirty minutes of traffic I called the number to "MANAGER" on the receipt and it rang endlessly before simply disconnecting. In this day and age AND on this side of town you will NOT get any standard of quality. The blame falls squarely on the backs of the people who own these establishments and by the Burger King on Panola Rd. You WONT get to have it your way and you DON'T Rule ANYTHING. These sorry excuses for employees serve you food that should have been tossed out hours ago. If I owned this restaurant I would fire the woman who took my order, the person on the fry station AND ANYBODY else who was in the back smoking what I can rightfully prove was a Newport cigarette. The standard at this restaurant is trash. I believe consumers have a right to know what they're in for if they stop at this restaurant expecting to get a decent meal. All of these reviews prove what I'm saying. Albeit as the cashier was waiting for my burgers to be put into the window she LITERALLY had her iPhone propped up on the heating shelf watching a television show on her phone. I wish there was a person at the end of the line when I called because they would make a beeline for that store (pink slips) in hand after I spoke with them, then again, this clearly is the norm for them based on this restaurants service. If it's a franchise location it is disrespecting the Burger King brand FULL SEND. I'm reaching out to corporate to speak directly with someone about this because it's unacceptable. I don't even want to give them ONE star, because they deserve to be shut down. *** Update: After a couple of back and fourth BS emails, the franchises only response was for me to come back and ask the same people that screwed me out of my money for a refund. I had stopped going to this Burger Kings for years because there were some women that worked there that did not care about the quality of the food, service, or timely service. I started going back this January, and in those 3 times, I have yet to get exactly what I wanted. I have even gotten other peoples' orders. As bad as this sounds, it is still better than it was. The only thing correct was the restaurant. I ordered both whoppers without onion to be on the safe side because my wife has an onion allergy. Onions on both. We requested no ice in our drinks. Associate fixed drinks with ice 1 minute after request. They couldn't find out order. Claimed to know what we ordered and just threw two whopper meals together after I told them. The fries were undercooked. They forgot my side of onion rings. One positive is they upsized our order to a medium versus the small we ordered. I'm sure that was an accident too. I visited this location(Panola Rd) in July 2019. The food was hot, customer service fine. While there a employee starting re stocking napkins, & pulled a bin from under the counter. The bin was suppose to be white, but it was BROWN/FILTHY!! I understand the bin does not store food,but people put their mouths on napkins! It would only take a second to wash, so why so nasty?
