Came here straight after my workout craving something fresh and clean…read more Got a pressed juice that was seriously refreshing, you could actually taste the fresh ingredients (not the sugary, watered-down stuff some juice bars serve). Paired it with their avocado toast, which was simple and done right ripe avocado, good bread, no shortcuts. Loved that they have self-checkout kiosks too! made ordering quick and easy, no waiting around in line to tell someone my order. Perfect post-workout spot when you want something that actually feels good going in. Will be back!

I was immediately greeted by friendly Chop Shop associate Victoria. I ordered a sandwich to go for my wife. She wanted the Grinder sandwich. This came with ham, turkey, salami, provolone, mayo, house greens, tomato, onion, banana pepper, oregano, and red wine vinaigrette on multigrain-sliced bread. She also wanted the strawberry ginger lemonade. She said the sandwich was a really good size (meaning that she could only eat half) and shared it with our daughter. They both said it was delicious and both rated it 9 out of 10 for the same reason. They would have liked the sandwich on a hoagie roll instead of the bread. They said nothing was wrong with the bread, except that they both felt the sandwich would have been better on a hoagie roll if that had been an option. I was here for a Yelp event. I ordered one of the Made For You bowls, the Hot Honey Chicken bowl + Hummus. It came with brown rice, house greens tossed in red wine vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato, banana pepper, red pepper hummus, hot honey sauce, Greek yogurt sauce, and house-baked tortilla chips sprinkled with Parmesan. I had the chips on the side because I wanted my bowl gluten-free. The bowl was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I also had the strawberry ginger lemonade, which is freshly made as needed, since I saw Victoria juicing ginger for another batch of lemonade while I was eating. All of the other Make It Original options sounded delicious, too. I plan on returning to try more of their bowls. Overall, this was a great experience, and we definitely recommend the original Chop Shop.

Chopt is my absolute go-to spot for salads, and my experience at the North Druid Hills location was…read moreno exception. There is ample parking available, and the dining area itself is large, clean, and offers plenty of seating. A nice bonus is that they offer an Emory student discount, which is a fantastic perk for the area. My usual Santa Fe salad was fresh and delicious as always. My only critique--and this is something I've noticed across all the Chopt locations in this area, including this one--is that the drink station could definitely be kept cleaner basically just tightening up the maintenance in that specific area.

Upon entering the restaurant, it smelled good, was well lit, and was clean, which is always a good thing. The establishment was welcoming and I was greeted politely with smiles, which was very welcoming. The restaurant employee immediately asked me if I need help with the menu if it was my first time, etc., I'm told her that I have never eaten there. She walked me through the different options and gave recommendations. She even asked me if I was allergic to anything. Which shockingly I am red onions. After I ordered what I wanted, she took her time to make sure that there was no cross contamination, and that I was gonna be happy with my order. Price wasn't too bad as I purchased two salads for $32. My only complaint is if this is a salad bar they need to give you more options to put on your salad without having to continuously pay for up charges. That's the only reason for a four star because of what I'm used to paying is the same and I get different options.

My sister was ordering with her toddler, who is on the autism spectrum and struggles with verbal commands. While she was holding him, he reached toward the sneeze guard glass. Instead of a polite, professional request, the male manager approached my sister aggressively, yelling at her and threatening to remove our entire party. It was alarming to witness a manager raise his voice at a young mother and her child. When my mother asked another employee (Mahandra) if that individual was indeed the manager, she began to argue with us as well. While they claimed it is store policy to prohibit touching the glass, there is no justification for the aggressive, hostile manner in which this was handled. A simple, polite explanation would have immediately resolved the situation, as my sister would have gladly complied. Beyond this interaction, I had a previous experience at this location where their steak caused me food poisoning. Given the lack of basic hospitality and these recurring issues, I will not be returning to this specific location.

The wrap was delicious, Ingredients were so fresh. It is on the pricer side for a wrap but well worth it to me. Located in a plaza with free parking. Unfortunately, there aren't enough fast food joints with a focus on fresh salads but lucky for me, Doc Green's was right on my pathway for the day. Located in a huge plaza in Smyrna, Doc Green's is a salad lovers dream. I can't believe this was my first visit! The restaurant itself is narrow but long, offering plenty of seating in the back of the place, as well as the entryway. Doc Green's is actually paired with another restaurant it seems, but I was focused on the salad. They have some recommended combos but you can also create your own with a wide array of toppings. I was in heaven looking at all of the fresh veggies, proteins and dressings available. I decided to create my own and just went wild. I was super bummed because I ended up forgetting some favorites (like avocado) because I didn't see/notice them on the cold bar. I chose my dressings, had it mixed up and then checked out. I opted for a fountain drink and unfortunately, the lemonade was toooooo sweet. But that was the only downside because my salad was wonderful!! Everything was fresh, the portions were generous and I felt like I got my money's worth. I'm always in the Akers Mill plaza buying things I don't need so I can't wait to grab another salad at Doc Green's when I'm in the neighborhood!
