During the waiting process our server came to check on us once and we asked if we were going to be receiving our oysters soon and the level of unprofessional customer service I received was baffling. She said can't you see it's busy? And I can't go in and rush the kitchen. I never once asked her to rush them nor did i give her an attitude I was just genuinely wondering when we would receive our order as the table next to us who came AFTER us already received theirs. She then sent her manager over and the manager told us they were actually out of oysters but after some back and forth she states she was mistaken and it will be coming shortly and our order made the cut off as the later orders would have no oysters since they ran out. Another table was seated next to us and our server proceeds to take their oyster order and states the wait times will be long and I don't want you all to get upset at me like others and proceeds to look at our table . This was very unprofessional and rude. We got our oysters after 1 hr and 3 mins and shortly after speaking to the manager. I will give her credit as she was very nice and understanding.
