I had Marco's pizza because EVERYTHING in this town closes at 9:00 PM- even applebees and BWW close at 10. I didn't get to my hotel til 9:15 and there wasn't anything else open later than 10. Marco's was a close drive from the Home2. Placed my order and paid online. I got the boneless wings with garlic butter and a 6" steak hoagie and it was ready within 15 minutes of my order. The parking lot is not well lit at all. I got there around 9:45 and even though they don't close until 11:00, the open sign was off. Staff was nice though. The food was so so disappointing and I had been traveling all day and could've eaten cardboard. The wings were disgusting; frozen wings from dollar general would've been 10x better. They were clearly just frozen wings and they tasted freezer burnt. And the "garlic butter" sauce was a garlic sauce you would get at Papa John's- NOT a wing sauce. The steak hoagie was at least edible, but nothing spectacular. The bun had a crust all over it, and the hoagie was loaded with cold, canned mushrooms. Read another review that said the paper stuck all over the sandwich and I had the same issue. I should've just went to Wendy's or Mcdonald's ‍ Not sure how their pizza is but I would 100% avoid the boneless wings and I would never go back for a steak sandwich. read more

Not sure why anyone eat at this restaurant the food is disgusting. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, buffalo and Parmesan garlic wings, buffalo chicken pocket thing, and cinnamon bread. The pizza was chewy, the wings have potential, sauce on the wings very basic, buffalo chicken pocket good flavor on top inside very undercooked. The cinnamon bread was just nasty, but my kids loved it. For it to be almost closing time I did pick up and the service I received was mid it was late I understood that. The ambience was cool a few little benches if you wanted to dine in not dirty at all, would have allowed my kids there to eat. read more

I called them just see if they were open today on Christmas Eve and the guy was rude for no reason. I didn't appreciate that because I just asked if they were open still because online it said they were. I guess he had a busy and bad day but either way, there was no reason to be rude. We placed an online order for two pizzas. The website said we would have it by 6:55pm. I called at 7:33 pm because we still don't have the order. The young man was totally unhelpful; just repeated back to us the order was enroute. I said yes I know, but why is it so late and he said I don't know. I asked to speak to the manager and he repeated the same thing that it was enroute. I asked have you called the driver to check on them? What is something happened to them? He said in a very rude and angry manner he did not have the time to call all his drivers to see where they are. My husband heard the conversation as I had it on speaker and said that is it we will never order from them again. (We order at least one a week). I also said I will be contacting your corporate office to file a complaint. He got even angrier and yelled into the phone I am sorry you feel that way then hung up on me. This man has no business managing employees as he obviously has no concern for their welfare and should not be in his position as he has the customer service skills of a slug. read more

Order was wrong. By a long shot. Called and was put on hold 8 and a half minutes before i gave up and called back. No answer. Continued to call a total of 15 times in 32 minutes, until the store closed. No answer. The driver apparently texted order notifications from his personal phone, so when i texted back, he was quite unhelpful, and refused to give me a contact for a manager on duty. While he was not overtly rude, if you use your number for business purposes, you don't then get to claim that you shouldn't be contacted for issues related to the same business. Horrible experience. We have used this location many times. But this time they took my order to someone else and gave it to them. Without verifying the name on the order. Inexcusable!! Plus a neighbor that knew it was not theirs. But took it anyway. This is the last time I will use this location. After they did not offer anything except the pizza I ordered 2 hours ago. Ordered online via curbside pickup at 6:20 pm. The app said pizza was ready at 6:42 - 6:52. It was ready at 7:20. IThe store is slammed - it's Sunday night during Football Playoffs. Why not build that time into the app? It's not fair to the store employee to communicate the pizza is ready in 25 - 35 minutes. The manager was very apologetic about the wait. While in Cincinnati for business, I was extremely tired and decided to order delivery. After looking at several places, based on the ratings, I decided to choose Marco's Pizza. I placed my order online and after 3 attempts was successful. In other words, their online ordering is horrible. I submitted my order for a Veggie Sandwich (no cheese) and a salad w/ balsamic dressing. After about 15 minutes I received a call and it was Marco's Pizza. Apparently they were out of the dressing so I asked for Oil and Vinegar, but they didn't have that either. He told me all of the other dressings, but I told him that I do not do dairy so no cheese, milk, etc. He muttered something and said, "Actually we can do the oil and vinegar." Great. The order arrived promptly, which was great because I was starving. I grabbed the bag and closed the door. When I opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. At that point, due to starvation I didn't care, so I opened my sandwich and lo and behold there was cheese on the outer regions of the sandwich. Very strange just to be on the outer edge. So I ate the portion that did not have cheese, which was not great either. The salad was okay; but, the dressing was not oil and vinegar. I'm not sure what it was, but it wasn't great. After I ate what I could, the smell of the cigarette-filled bag had permeated through the room, so the food almost came back up. Maybe this was a bad night for Marco's since the reviews are so good; but based on this experience I won't order delivery in the future. read more

I am a fan of Marco's. I've ordered many times and I think they do a great job of adding plenty of toppings. No issues with their pizza. I tried one of their subs. Went with the mushroom sauce hoagy. Ordered to go, and picked up within 15 min. When I opened it up and tried to unwrap the sub the paper stuck to the sub in so many places! Paper pieces were literally all over the bread. I ended up throwing the sub away. Not worth eating bits of paper. They should use Styrofoam containers. read more

We were visiting the area for the tennis tournament and wanted a quick dinner. Pizza seemed to fit the bill. Marcos delivered to the hotel within 35 minutes. The crust was delicious, thin and crispy with a buttery, garlic flavor. The sauce was also very good - it tasted fresh and flavorful. We will definitely try again when back in the area. read more

Good pizza is hard to find. Good pizza in Cincinnati is even harder to find. We've ordered pizza from Marco's several times. Each time, the pizza has been very good and very reasonably priced. I've ordered online, over the phone, picked up, and had delivery. Each experience has been good, with food being relatively fast and very fresh. The crust is good...as a carb lover, crust is very important to me. I've had some bad crust, but never from Marco's. While I've discovered that I make the best pizzas at home, I don't always want to take the time to make them. So, next time I want a pizza, I will order from Marco's. They have locations all over town and more seem to be popping up all the time. My Marco's experience has only been with their Cornell Road, Blue Ash location. read more

Excellent pizza and fabulous salads! We were in Cincinnati for a football camp and Marcos provided the campers with lunch. My son loved it so much, we stopped and grabbed some for our hotel room. We live on the East coast and don't have a Marcos near us...hoping to find one close soon! read more

Stood around for ten minutes waiting at the counter while a guy in back awkwardly stared at us. He pretended to be busy doing nothing without acknowledging our existence. Finally, another employee walked out of the bathroom, but he too brushed past us and tried not to acknowledge us. Five more minutes passed before he finally came to the counter. Didn't have any small pizzas ready like the sign on the front said were available. Two useless employees. Walked by after getting lunch at subway next door and saw several more employees. Might just be bad to go to before noon. read more
