Hot honey deep dish and pepperoni thin crust
    Katie D.

We got takeout from here and tried one thin and one deep dish. Both were great, but the showstopper is the Detroit deep dish. We got the hot honey and it was delicious. I wish there was a stronger honey or spicy flavor, but it was still good. The large is also not that large (see picture- only 6 slices).

Came for the Gf deep dish pizza! And it did not disappoint! Being GF, it can be hard to find good pizza. While deep dish is not my favorite, this definitely fulfilled a craving! We came in a little before noon and there were only two other tables full. So a very quiet, chill lunch! My mom and I split the GF deep dish pepperoni because we didn't want to be overly full. And it was perfect. I'd definitely come back and get more. I like that they have various styles of pizza too.

Absolutely delicious! The deep dish Detroit style is literally to die for. The hot honey adds the perfect touch of sweet and spicy. The service was very good; friendly staff. I'm not a drinker, but for those who enjoy craft beer they seem to have a nice selection. Definitely will be back again

    Detroit style pizza

I have been wanting to try Taglio since I heard they had a gluten free Detroit-style pizza. No one on Yelp was talking about it so I decided to volunteer as tribute. Detroit style is my favorite kind of pizza, and I get very excited when I can find a GF version. I was not disappointed at all. There was the crunch, then the soft interior that is often tough to get right. Not too doughy or dense, either. I feel ashamed to talk in this great detail about pizza crust but hey, we are who we are. All of the ingredients were fresh and we got great service despite coming in an hour before close. It was a tad small for the price but I would definitely treat myself to this on occasion. It was also cool to hear they have their own bourbon. My gluten-loving kid also approved of her pie as well. Hot honey seems to be the move for those meat eating folks. Anyway, GO!

    Spicy Italian pizza

Taglio-Montgomery is a top 10 pizza joint for sure! I ordered the spicy Italian pizza and it didn't disappoint. Of all the pizza places I've been to this one has the best pizza sauce, the crust creese and topping were equally delicious but that sauce made my day. The interior was clean and modern, service professional and price reasonable. If you are in Cincinnati check out Taglio's

Decided I wanted to try pizza tonight and I had heard about Taglio on Instagram so I decided to give the Montgomery location a try. Great parking options and located in the heart of the Montgomery area, this place is bright and industrial chic. The service was very friendly and the food came out quickly. Tons of vegetarian and vegan friendly options made this place already high on my must try list. You can choose between new York style and Detroit style pizza. I went with the excellent mozzarella sticks as a classic starter followed by a small (4 small pieces) Detroit style spinach and ricotta pizza with cherry tomatoes added. Both are super delicious and just what I was looking for in a pizza. Crispy, hot, and with great cheese pull opportunities. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by for a great meal!

First time at Taglio on our Friday pizza night. We decided to try both Detroit style and New York style: NY was the Old Schooler and Detroit was the pepperoni and hot honey - both small size since it was just two of us. We ordered a small Greek salad to split while we waited. Hubby also had a blonde ale, which had an almost rose color to it; he didn't love it but did appreciate the full pour in his pint glass. Salad was very good. The Detroit style pepperoni pizza won the contest - nice and crispy, good spice/sweet flavor. The NY Old school was also tasty but more on the average style good fresh tasting sauce though. We would try either style again with different flavors to fully test them out! We were seated quickly in spite of being Friday night (and also, apparently, prom night). Server was attentive and helpful. Lots of parking in the back. All in all, a good spot for pizza!

    Vegan menu

Vegan pizza is one of my favorite I've found in Cincinnati! Tonight was a bit different unfortunately, we came ready to order two vegan Detroit deep dish pizzas, for the first time (and very excited), and were let down when told by the waiter that the Detroit style can not be veganized due to, "the pan being greased with butter." Why advertise it in the vegan section, when it's not actually available? Soured the experience a bit.

One of my favorite pizza spots for sure! First, there's plenty of parking. The inside sitting area is pretty big too. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but I've never had to wait to be seated, which is great if you need last minute dinner plans! The food is delicious. Most recently I split a medium New York style pizza and did half pineapple chipotle (no bacon) and half Asiago chicken. Loved the chipotle! The Asiago was pretty good but felt a bit too cheesy for me. I've tried the buffalo chicken and margherita in the past, both excellent! Overall great vibes and food that keeps me coming back!

    Cold, flavorless cheese stick
    Jennifer L.

Definitely the worst food experience I've had in a long time. The food was cold, flavorless, very greasy, and cheap tasting. I get it's just a pizza spot but I've definitely had better experiences elsewhere ie Catch-a-Fire. I will definitely never return to any of this establishments locations.

I LOVE this place…read more They may single-handedly have the best margaritas in town. Tasty and strong -- just how I like them. Every time I go, the drinks are consistent and well-balanced, and they don't skimp. I usually pop in for a quick happy hour with friends or former coworkers, and it's perfect for that. So far I've had the deviled eggs and the potato latkes, and both were really good -- great little bites to pair with a margarita. The vibes are super cute, cozy, and welcoming. I cannot wait until the weather warms up so I can sit out on the patio -- it's going to be such a whole mood. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Pro tip: if you get there around 4:30-5:00 PM, you typically won't have much of a wait. If you're in Blue Ash and want strong margaritas, cute vibes, and easy happy hour energy -- this is your spot.

Our server brought all three food dishes out at the same time, which we could not even fit on the small table without taking off some things to put on the bench next to me. The soup was tasty, but mostly large cubes of bread with practically no cheese at all. The Croque Madame had no discernible cheese on it at all. The worst part: we each requested a coffee refill (one was never offered), and our server poured half of my friend's topped up coffee directly from her cup into my cup! I was so shocked that I was speechless. To top off this incredible faux pas, she split the check into two without asking, and I was treating my friend. Instead of bringing a new check as I requested, she had me sign her tablet that just showed the total, with no breakout, had me fill in her tip, and then walked away with neither asking me if I wanted a receipt, which of course I did, nor providing me with one. The coffee thing was so gross and unsanitary that I never shall return.

I came out in December for their Miracle pop-up in 2025…read more As someone who has gone to a ton of holiday cocktail bars and pop-ups over the last 10 years, Overlook Lodge's is probably the best I've ever been to. Be aware it will be FAST. Look at the order ahead of time if you're a picky eater/drinker. They run your appointment like clockwork, and you'll be in-and-out, gulping down cocktails, through the entire experience. Your two drinks are included (this year, anyway), and I'd honestly be surprised if you managed to have time for a third. Time zips by fast. That being said, because they do it this way, you essentially have constant service, there's "events" that happen at the end of your reservation time, (I don't want to spoil it, but cover your drink!), and then they kick you out. Service was friendly, though, and I saw the server make time to take group photos for all of the tables (including ours) with someone at the table's camera. (No bullshit "group photo" upsells here) It's kinda loud, though, and I wouldn't recommend this as a chill meet-up-and-socialize spot. (If you wanna talk, they have an addendum, Christmas-themed laid-back bar next door.) It's more of a "get blasted in the face by Christmas for an hour and then leave" experience. It's pretty loud, and talking can be a bit difficult over the music and constant interruptions (more drinks? Photos? Cute Christmas video montage?) But this works in its favor as it feels the most Christmas, over-the-top, and seasonal out of all the holiday bars I've ever been to. It also keeps it from feeling too crowded as reservations are required, so you for-sure have a seat and you don't have to stand forever in line to wait for drinks. I'd probably guesstimate that bar staff is making all of their seasonal drinks, constantly, and servers just pick one up to deliver. With the capacity in here, it would make sense. No idea what the bar is like the rest of the year; this is just a review for the Miracle pop-up which, again, is probably the best I've been to in the Midwest. Cincinnati, you're spoiled down here. (Sidenote, I was absolutely taken aback by their TV presentation on the wall. It's hard to describe, but it isn't just a projector showing a giant rectangle. It's specifically slotted into the holes in-between holiday decorations. Staff told me that had to hire special technicians to get it to show up that way and that's seriously a level of detail I am so amazed by.)
