Order a standard pizza on a Friday night at 5:30. Delivery time was 45 minutes. Got an hour and 15 minutes. I called the store. I was told that the DoorDash driver that they had to use had stolen my pizza. They could either start a new order for me and didn't even even tell me how long that would be or they could refund my money. Great service! Jet's promotes its "text to order" feature. I used it to order two pizzas. With delivery it was estimated to be 60 minutes. At 70 minutes I called and was told "uh, your order is on the road." Fine. I live about five minutes from the store. I figured it would be any minute. Nope. Another 10 minutes goes by and I call again. "I told you your order is on the road." At this point it has been 80 minutes since I ordered 2 pizzas. I asked to speak with a manager who then told me the driver took three orders with him however long ago and there was no way to estimate how long it would be for me to receive my order. Jets pizza will take your text order and money, and when you arrive for pickup, act like they are clueless and can't find your order. Then you will find Jets texts that they will issue a refund in a few days with no explanation, just as you are arriving for pickup. They will tell you you can reorder and wait there and have to pay EXTRA since there will be no discount now. Contacting customer feedback, even twice, will elicit ZERO response--they apparently don't care enough to lift a finger or are part of this incompetence and shabby treatment. So we went to Papa Johns and ordered 2 pizzas. There was a slight issue with one pizza and they insisted on remaking both pizzas--before I could mention it. Jet's pizza is absolutely the best for chain places in my experience. Everything is high quality and very fresh. They remind me of the pizza hut as a kid in 1995 when they used to be good. I love the 8 corner pizza with the crunch at the bottom of the crust and flavoring my crust with either poppy seeds or turbo crust. This location seems to skimp on sauce so I just order extra sauce and it's great. If you haven't tried Jet's you're missing out. read more

I would've never tried this place if they didn't send me a coupon for free 1 large topping pizza. The pizza isn't really free. I didn't know "cheese" is considered a topping. I ended up paying $10 more for a topping + tip. The girl who took my order was extremely rude as if I'm taking the pizza for free. She was getting irritated to answer the basic questions I've had. So, it is a chain pizza place. What can I say to convince you to give it a shot? The food here is pretty good. Some items, like the wings are really lack luster. Other items are great. Admittedly, I love pan pizza but if you do, you should really enjoy the square pizzas. The salads are large and I'm told pretty tasty and the "boats" have also gotten great reviews. So, what makes pretty good food great? Well, for me, its the value. For those of you that live close enough for pick up, there are some pretty great lunch specials where you can split a small jet bread with someone and get a filling lunch for 2.50 a person. And the deals don't stop at lunch. Every day of the week has a couple of specials associated with it! It is not something I expect in a chain, a decent meal at a great price. Some of the best pizza I've had in a while. You know how Pizza Hut does their crust, it's almost a little fried but still tastes baked, it's something I loved since I was a kid, and it's a style of crust on their box cut pizzas that I love here. However the pizza's ingredients are to far superior to any chain restaurant I've been to in town, except maybe for Dewey's I highly recommend the Super-Special pizza (that's the name of the type of pizza)**BOX CUT ONLY!** (the small is more than enough for two people), and I HIGHLY recommend dipping it in their ranch dressing. Total comfort food when I'm stressed out. Also good is their BBQ Chicken Pizza, and just plain old pepperoni. I think I would stay away from the Chicken Wings, they were a tad underdone There's only three locations in the area: Mason, (corner of Michael A. Fox and I-75) and one that just opened in Florence. I hope their business grows to allow more locations closer to where I live. It's just a shame they don't have tables inside to eat, but during last spring thru early fall there are tables on which to eat outside. I called in a pick-up order from this location while I was driving back from a day in Clarksville. Unfortunately, Jet's Pizza doesn't feel the need to open a location right in Cincinnati so I have to order and pick-up when I'm near one. I ordered a large deep dish with turbo crust. The woman that took my order was very friendly and even applied coupons to my order which saved me a couple of bucks. I'm not familiar with Mason at all but I found this place easily when it was time for pick-up. Staff was just as friendly and my order was correct and tasty! I'm a transplanted NYer (used to "Bronx slices", thin crust foldable slices, Sicilian pizza) and have been searching for comparable pizza for over two years. Jet's is the closest I have had to true NY style pizza than any other place, and I have tried a lot, and all the others fell very short. Their deep dish pizza would be called Sicilian style back in NY. And it is GOOD, really GOOD!!! The 8 corner deep dish is our go-to, half pepperoni, half sausage. As a plus, for me, their sausage is closest to East Coast sausage too - the occasional pop of flavor of a fennel seed can't be beat. I drove to the other jets which also did not have the order. I called back to this location and asked to speak to the manager, who was named Chris. Turns out my order was there the whole time. Chris and I agreed that the order would be free if I came back to the store. This is our favorite delivery pizza. However every time we order, for some reason, our orders get mixed up in the system and we are told it is because we are in the edge of the coverage area of this store. Wed be happy ordering from the Liberty location but are not allowed to by the website. We don't know how to have our online orders work, there's always an error which results in us having to call the store and starting over. We usually get frustrated by this inferior website and say forget it and order from another chain. Please fix your website, it makes ordering highly frustrating and annoying. Extremely unhappy with customer service at this store. Very unhappy with staff's handling of correcting an order when they made a mistake with. First they had an employees two children hanging out for what appeared to be hours in and outside of the store with no mask on and boxes of food sitting there, pack backs on the floor and the two boys running around inside and out chasing each other with no mask on either of them.. This one mistake has now caused this family of 8 to now go to Tony's Pizza in Mason moving forward and or another one of the many places in the area. As well, all work related orders I continuously make for my office for my staff with delivery on Fridays, Birthdays and so on will now go to Tony Pizza or another business. Think about that, all over $7.00. The cost of seven dollars doesn't bother me at all, but how this staff immaturely handled this upset me a great deal. I ordered a large deep pan pizza with four toppings, boneless wings and a (steak sandwich with cheese only). I get home and the sandwich has only cheese, no steak. I call them and tell them and she says, (I thought you said Cheese only). Think about that, who orders a steak sandwich with cheese and no steak. On my way there, they actually called my cell which I did not answer because I was driving, and left a message saying I will have to pay for it when I get there and that the mistake was mine since I ordered wrong. Again think about that. I have never in my 49 years have ever had a place call me back like that. With all that said. I will send a response to the Corporate office, because if they have folks like this who do not know what they are doing. Also both times I was not given a receipt, however I have my card charge. This staff in this store needs some serious leadership and guidance. It use to be a good store, but as of now, myself, my family, my friends, neighbors and all work related parties will never use Jets again over this. I have not had all they offer, but what I've had makes it my #1 pizza joint in this town. Most other places I've sampled have been franchises (Jets is also a franchise), so there may be many locally owned ones that are also great... but Jets is tops with me. Beyond a great pizza, the people are always, always polite and very personable. They are known for their thick crusts, which I agree is exceptional, but I also get the thin crust as it is uniquely good, as well. I have no negatives for this Jets. This place has awesome pizza and service! Last weekend our HIgh school Band was in town for a competition and staying at a local hotel. We decided at the last minute to order pizza, within approximately the next 2 hours for 45 students plus adults. I called here, based solely on reviews and ordered 20 pizzas, they recommended a "platter" deal that they have, which was cheaper for us for that many pizzas.
