I ordered pizza, salad and wings for delivery. It Got her 1 hr after it was supposed to. The driver just dropped It Off at the door w/o knocking or calling. Pizza was cold, salad warm. I called to talk to manager (herald) and he said driver called I made him aware I got no call that I'd show him the call log and he told me well people can delete calls. And then hung up on me when I questioned him. Service was terrible. Delivery was terrible. Food was terrible. read more

Stolen credit card number and fraud after ordering for delivery at this Mason Montgomery Jett's Pizza!!!! Twice I ordered at this place and one of the workers used my credit card and I was alerted in time to contest the charges. Twice I had to request a new credit card. Be warned! The pizza was good, but will only order for pick up if I have to return there. read more

Did their Large 3 topping deep dish carryout for $16.99. Bacon, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. Perfect amount of toppings (they don't skimp), baked perfect. Was an excellent pizza. You can't go wrong at Jets in my opinion. read more

The overall food is good, but there is something about the marinara sauce that's just "off"

Order a standard pizza on a Friday night at 5:30. Delivery time was 45 minutes. Got an hour and 15 minutes. I called the store. I was told that the DoorDash driver that they had to use had stolen my pizza. They could either start a new order for me and didn't even even tell me how long that would be or they could refund my money. Great service! I knew there was a reason I didn't order from pizza and now I remember what it was. read more

Ordered Jets last night because we were finishing up yard work we had it delivered. It's literally 1.6 miles from my house so maybe a 5 minute drive. Delivery time said 30- 45 minutes which was no big deal since we were finishing up the yard. I ended up calling after it hadn't gotten here after an hour. Guy was super nice said oh he's leaving and should be there in 5 minutes. It took another 40 minutes for our pizza to arrive!! So we waited an hour and 40 minutes for our food and it was cold when we got it. So disappointed because we love Jets read more

Ordered through DoorDash and 2 separate drivers waited and canceled the order because it wasn't done in time. I called the store- 2 HOURS AFTER ORDERING!!! And the manager stated they "had a rush" and had to "bump my order". This isn't a DoorDash problem- it's 100% on this individual location. DO BETTER. read more

Delivery is horrible. They third party DoorDash but don't explicitly tell you when you order. Three times I've ordered delivery with a time estimate from under 30 minutes and the food comes over an hour plus or never. Ordered at 6:31 today and they said they were waiting for a driver at 8:01. Pizza is always good but cold. read more

Jet's promotes its "text to order" feature. I used it to order two pizzas. With delivery it was estimated to be 60 minutes. At 70 minutes I called and was told "uh, your order is on the road." Fine. I live about five minutes from the store. I figured it would be any minute. Nope. Another 10 minutes goes by and I call again. "I told you your order is on the road." At this point it has been 80 minutes since I ordered 2 pizzas. I asked to speak with a manager who then told me the driver took three orders with him however long ago and there was no way to estimate how long it would be for me to receive my order. This is what happens when they charge you a "tip" before providing any service. I cancelled my order. That pizza would have been cold if it was even edible after spending half an hour or longer in someone's car read more

I ordered the round pizza it was great! Wish I could have tried the four corners but no time... Good cheese, good sauce, cooked perfectly, great toppings. read more

I loved my pizza! I got the Eugene supreme, and it was very good. Pizza was ready right as I walked in the service was excellent and friendly. Restaurant is very clean too! I will definitely be back! read more

Picked up a deep dish veggie pizza and it was really good. The crust was crispy on bottom. Lots of toppings. Service was thoughtful and wanted to make sure it was correct before taking it home. This is the place for deep dish pizza. read more

Pizza was amazing, hot and fresh! The person who checked me out was super friendly. And the whole experience was very fast and friendly.

Jets pizza will take your text order and money, and when you arrive for pickup, act like they are clueless and can't find your order. Then you will find Jets texts that they will issue a refund in a few days with no explanation, just as you are arriving for pickup. They will tell you you can reorder and wait there and have to pay EXTRA since there will be no discount now. Contacting customer feedback, even twice, will elicit ZERO response--they apparently don't care enough to lift a finger or are part of this incompetence and shabby treatment. So we went to Papa Johns and ordered 2 pizzas. There was a slight issue with one pizza and they insisted on remaking both pizzas--before I could mention it. Unlike Jets, THAT is great service. read more

Jet's pizza is absolutely the best for chain places in my experience. Everything is high quality and very fresh. They remind me of the pizza hut as a kid in 1995 when they used to be good. I love the 8 corner pizza with the crunch at the bottom of the crust and flavoring my crust with either poppy seeds or turbo crust. This location seems to skimp on sauce so I just order extra sauce and it's great. If you haven't tried Jet's you're missing out. read more

Good service good pizza good people I will go there often second next to my favorite LaRosa's but very good

Like others said, pizza crust is awesome if you like buttery soft crust. Pizza overall is well flavored and very reasonably priced. Very fast delivery too. I didn't like cinnamon stick as it was a bit overbaked and too sweet. Not recommended. read more

Love Jets but I got one question about this pizza joint and others.... "What's the hurry?" I know pizza is popular but sometimes I get so rushed at the counter or over the phone you feel like you just don't know what you ordered cause you had to tell them something. You are the biggest inconvenience if you don't know what you want when you come to the counter. Slow down, learn to relax and give good courteous service/ geez people. read more

I would've never tried this place if they didn't send me a coupon for free 1 large topping pizza. The pizza isn't really free. I didn't know "cheese" is considered a topping. I ended up paying $10 more for a topping + tip. The girl who took my order was extremely rude as if I'm taking the pizza for free. She was getting irritated to answer the basic questions I've had. Pizza was ok. Nothing special about it to mention. Don't expect customers to return after such bad experience. I'm never returning, at least not to this location. read more

Jet's is far and away the best pizza in town .... maybe any town. I've eaten pizza in dozens of places - New York, Philly, DC, Winchester VA, Detroit, St. Paul, Quad Cities, Medford, OR, San Francisco and more. I can think of only 2 others in the same class: Buddy's pizza in Detroit Red's Savoy in St. Paul Last time I was in the Twin Cities, I was saddened to learn Red had passed away and his prime location had closed. Jet's - we're happy we got you - thanks. read more

Had an issue 2 weeks ago and decided to try one last time since we like Jets pizza. This one took the issues to a whole new level imagine biting in to your second piece of pizza only to find a 10-15 inch long black hair baked in to your crust. So tightly wound in to it you can lift the piece of deep dish 4 corner up in the air with the hair read more

I am a frequent customer and I had some issues last time I ordered from them. I wanted to give them another chance since I really do enjoy their pizza. They were very accepting of my criticism and very accommodating. I think the customer service was great this evening. read more

So, it is a chain pizza place. What can I say to convince you to give it a shot? The food here is pretty good. Some items, like the wings are really lack luster. Other items are great. Admittedly, I love pan pizza but if you do, you should really enjoy the square pizzas. The salads are large and I'm told pretty tasty and the "boats" have also gotten great reviews. So, what makes pretty good food great? Well, for me, its the value. For those of you that live close enough for pick up, there are some pretty great lunch specials where you can split a small jet bread with someone and get a filling lunch for 2.50 a person. And the deals don't stop at lunch. Every day of the week has a couple of specials associated with it! It is not something I expect in a chain, a decent meal at a great price. So, give em a shot, go in and check out the deals and hopefully you'll be as satisfied as I am. read more

I called in a pick-up order from this location while I was driving back from a day in Clarksville. Unfortunately, Jet's Pizza doesn't feel the need to open a location right in Cincinnati so I have to order and pick-up when I'm near one. I ordered a large deep dish with turbo crust. The woman that took my order was very friendly and even applied coupons to my order which saved me a couple of bucks. I'm not familiar with Mason at all but I found this place easily when it was time for pick-up. Staff was just as friendly and my order was correct and tasty! Still wish they would open a location in the city. We deserve good pizza too! read more

Great pizza! Jets never disappoints. Staff was friendly and accommodating with special requests. Jets bread was awesome!!

I'm a transplanted NYer (used to "Bronx slices", thin crust foldable slices, Sicilian pizza) and have been searching for comparable pizza for over two years. Jet's is the closest I have had to true NY style pizza than any other place, and I have tried a lot, and all the others fell very short. Their deep dish pizza would be called Sicilian style back in NY. And it is GOOD, really GOOD!!! The 8 corner deep dish is our go-to, half pepperoni, half sausage. As a plus, for me, their sausage is closest to East Coast sausage too - the occasional pop of flavor of a fennel seed can't be beat. Their Boat sandwiches are pretty tasty as well, and filling. read more

I always order the Detroit style pizza from here... A very high calorie option, but the taste of the toppings and the crunch in the crust make it completely worth it. The chilly sauce is unique, and adds a spicy kick to it that is rare with most pizza places. read more

I ordered a pizza an hour ahead of time to be picked up at 6:30. I showed up right on time and was told that they did not have my order and that it was at another Jets 15 mins away. I drove to the other jets which also did not have the order. I called back to this location and asked to speak to the manager, who was named Chris. Turns out my order was there the whole time. Chris and I agreed that the order would be free if I came back to the store. When I got there he told me he could only give me 20% off for the pizza which had now been sitting in a warmer for over 30mins. Total and complete lack of competence by all involved. read more

This is our favorite delivery pizza. However every time we order, for some reason, our orders get mixed up in the system and we are told it is because we are in the edge of the coverage area of this store. Wed be happy ordering from the Liberty location but are not allowed to by the website. We don't know how to have our online orders work, there's always an error which results in us having to call the store and starting over. We usually get frustrated by this inferior website and say forget it and order from another chain. Please fix your website, it makes ordering highly frustrating and annoying. Delivery people are excellent. read more

It is concerning to me when I go in to pick up a pizza and see if one of the cooks with a mask over their chin not their nose and mouth. I don't know why she wears it if it doesn't cover her nose and mouth. read more

I just called to place an order. Nobody was picking up. I figured they were busy. On the 3rd try, an employee picked up and snapped at me. She stated " we're closed and is there anything else I need." I said no and she hung up. It's 9 o'clock on a Saturday night. I don't know what I did to get snapped at. If they were going to close early, could have just left a notice on their phone. Doubt that I'll call back to this location again anytime soon read more

I don't give out stars easily when it comes to food... so 4 stars is pretty dang great. I have been a pizza fan all my life and have lived in many other states etc... finding great pizza in Cincinnati has been very difficult... till now. Of all the pizza joints I have gone to in 12 yrs of living here, Jets is one of three I am willing to pay for. (Others would be Dewey's and Comets). This is very, very good and the way I think pizza should be. Sure, I know we all have our own opinion on that, but if yo have eaten pizza in cities like NY or Chicago, then you know what "real" pizza is! :) This is the pizza that you will oo and ahh At Jets, you can have it made anyway you prefer, but I've always ordered from the menu. I have not had all they offer, but what I've had makes it my #1 pizza joint in this town. Most other places I've sampled have been franchises (Jets is also a franchise), so there may be many locally owned ones that are also great... but Jets is tops with me. Beyond a great pizza, the people are always, always polite and very personable. They are known for their thick crusts, which I agree is exceptional, but I also get the thin crust as it is uniquely good, as well. I have no negatives for this Jets. I had never heard of Jets till recently (2 yrs ago), so have never been to any other location. This particular location has no eating area, so take out is it. read more

Extremely unhappy with customer service at this store. Very unhappy with staff's handling of correcting an order when they made a mistake with. First they had an employees two children hanging out for what appeared to be hours in and outside of the store with no mask on and boxes of food sitting there, pack backs on the floor and the two boys running around inside and out chasing each other with no mask on either of them.. This one mistake has now caused this family of 8 to now go to Tony's Pizza in Mason moving forward and or another one of the many places in the area. As well, all work related orders I continuously make for my office for my staff with delivery on Fridays, Birthdays and so on will now go to Tony Pizza or another business. Think about that, all over $7.00. The cost of seven dollars doesn't bother me at all, but how this staff immaturely handled this upset me a great deal. I ordered a large deep pan pizza with four toppings, boneless wings and a (steak sandwich with cheese only). I get home and the sandwich has only cheese, no steak. I call them and tell them and she says, (I thought you said Cheese only). Think about that, who orders a steak sandwich with cheese and no steak. On my way there, they actually called my cell which I did not answer because I was driving, and left a message saying I will have to pay for it when I get there and that the mistake was mine since I ordered wrong. Again think about that. I have never in my 49 years have ever had a place call me back like that. With all that said. I will send a response to the Corporate office, because if they have folks like this who do not know what they are doing. Also both times I was not given a receipt, however I have my card charge. This staff in this store needs some serious leadership and guidance. It use to be a good store, but as of now, myself, my family, my friends, neighbors and all work related parties will never use Jets again over this. There is more than enough places around to use, Like Tony's pizza. read more

3 words: Eight Corner pizza. Mind that you may only enjoy that as much as I do if you like deep dish pizza, but wow is that square pizza delicious and totally reminiscent of the old Pizza Hut pan pizza except with toppings from corner to corner! Next best thing to chicago style deep dish. I can't believe that Jet's isn't more popular here because it's one of my favorite pizzas! It's a chain pizza place that doesn't taste like chain pizza... read more

Some of the best pizza I've had in a while. You know how Pizza Hut does their crust, it's almost a little fried but still tastes baked, it's something I loved since I was a kid, and it's a style of crust on their box cut pizzas that I love here. However the pizza's ingredients are to far superior to any chain restaurant I've been to in town, except maybe for Dewey's I highly recommend the Super-Special pizza (that's the name of the type of pizza)**BOX CUT ONLY!** (the small is more than enough for two people), and I HIGHLY recommend dipping it in their ranch dressing. Total comfort food when I'm stressed out. Also good is their BBQ Chicken Pizza, and just plain old pepperoni. I think I would stay away from the Chicken Wings, they were a tad underdone There's only three locations in the area: Mason, (corner of Michael A. Fox and I-75) and one that just opened in Florence. I hope their business grows to allow more locations closer to where I live. It's just a shame they don't have tables inside to eat, but during last spring thru early fall there are tables on which to eat outside. I believe they deliver, but at the time I was eating there frequently I was close enough to drive over there. read more

It tastes like pizza hut before pizza hut sucked. So thats a GOOD thing. Props on that. Best chain pizza around.

I ordered from this location. When I received the order it was incorrect. As the driver had left when I discovered the mistake I call to report the issue. I was treated like a criminal. This place has awesome pizza and service! Last weekend our HIgh school Band was in town for a competition and staying at a local hotel. We decided at the last minute to order pizza, within approximately the next 2 hours for 45 students plus adults. I called here, based solely on reviews and ordered 20 pizzas, they recommended a "platter" deal that they have, which was cheaper for us for that many pizzas. Within 2 hours they delivered our pizzas with plates and napkins (which we didn't ask for but needed desperately). They were very helpful, the pizzas were awesome, everyone loved them and the service was great! read more
