My lunch special for $5.99 - a soda and half of a pizza, with extra cheese and ham.
    Rebecca H.

I had never had Marion's before, but many of my friends from the Dayton area are obsessed with it. Yesterday, my sister and I stopped in at the Mason location. We had never been before so we didn't know what to expect. One thing that wasn't super clear to us, until we found a very old Yelp review, was that you go to the counter and order like at other Quick Service/Fast Food restaurants. Once we figured that part out, everything was great. We both got their lunch special, which ends at 3 PM. It was $5.99 for half of a small pizza and a drink. For an up charge you can also add a salad, which I did. They were super quick to bring our food out. My salad was ready for me before I got my drink. They don't make giant salads ahead of time and let them sit in a fridge for hours - they actually make them to order. Our pizza didn't even take 10 minutes, I don't think. While the pizza is definitely not the world's best pizza, it is far from the worst. It was decent. I had extra cheese and ham on my pizza and my sis had bacon and green peppers. Their pizzas are thin crust - as in there's barely any crust at all (which is ok with me when it comes to thin crust pizza). The extra cheese was perfect and the ham was good. My sister really enjoyed her pizza as well. The restaurant definitely gives off a 90's vibe - especially with the arcade. I'd definitely go back. The service was exceptionally friendly and quick. The price is right for the food we got.

    Vegetarian pizza on gf

I feel like the only people who like this place is those who feel nastolgia for because it does feel like some creepy childhood memory, with the combination of Chuck E. Cheese and food court vibes. I was happy to see a gluten free option here and for it with the vegetarian toppings. However, the vegetarian pizza is what a carnivore must imagine vegetarians would eat. It is not made with fresh veggies, just canned stuff, including two kinds of olives and mushroom. On top of that, I nearly cracked a tooth on the pit of an olive in the pizza. It was also dry and barely had sauce, comparable to a microwave pizza.

No clue why this place is so popular. Called in advance and had to wait about 30 minutes because it was so packed. The pizza is mass produced and greasy. Ingredients seemed cheap and crust was doughy. Genuinely would prefer a normal chain. Salad was awful. I have never received a salad with slices of Kraft cheese cut on top.

    His cute face.

Great Pizza. Surpassed my expectations compared to other marions locations I've been to, especially the Centerville one. The staff was nice, and especially with this super hot, and buff blonde guy. Never got his name though, I will be back again though, and not just for pizza . The ambiance was great. Had some good lighting. 5 big booms! Update: I got his name, turns out he doesn't like men! I'm going to kill myself. Update #2: I didn't kill myself. I like their pizza too much. I still go to this location to see M and hus cuteness every other day. But i also get a personal cheese pizza that's SUPER good. And always hot (just like that boy!)

Marion's Piazza This is the horrific pizza I received when I ordered a large ham pizza. The crust was burnt, the entire pizza was covered in grease, abd there were large slices of deli ham thrown on top instead of nicely cut into small pieces to evenly distribute the ham. Yes, I called to let them know there was a problem. They answered the phone with only a "hello". The manager, Brian, had nothing to say. So I informed him I'd be posting this on social media. His response was "have fun with that". WTF?!?

Super cheese pizza, 2 Deluxe Dinner Salads, and pepperoni & sausage pizza (back)

This was my first time experiencing Marion's, my husband grew up in the Dayton area and told me about his childhood memories of it. We ordered a pepperoni & sausage, the cheesy deluxe, and deluxe salads with creamy French dressing. I don't know what I lived the best! The crispy cheesy outer edge of the pizza, how they cut it into the perfect bite-size squares, or the salad with the delicious creamy French dressing and the tiny cheese and green olives... needless to say we will always be coming back whenever we visit Cincinnati. So glad Marion's is here!

I grew up in the Dayton area loving Marion's Pizza. Best pizza ever with its thin crust. We love the sausage pizza as a family favorite. This was the first time we visted the Mason location. We loved the spaciousness and interior of the Mason restaurant. The banquet/big gathering style of Marion's is perfect for our large family and any size family or group. Price is right. Whenever we come to the Ohio Mason/Dayton region we will make Marion's a regular visit. They have what looks like a fun game room for kids and beer on tap for adults.

Pizza was heavy but good mustache was cool though service was quick and the vibe was nice

Tonight (Aug 10,2020) was my first time ever eating/ordering anything from Marion's Pizza. I ordered a 9 inch pepperoni pizza and my husband ordered a 9 inch deluxe. I wasn't sure what to expect. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. My husband believes it deserves a 5 star but me, not so much. I can't say that I'll be returning. The restaurant smelled good tho. It was also nice and clean. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I still have a few slices in my box, but as far as my husband goes, he ate his entire box. That's how much he enjoyed it. I don't have much too say just that I ate it because I was hungry. I try to leave really good reviews, but I also know that reviews are important and I have to be honest. Sorry, I couldn't leave it a 5 star. Just something about the taste wasn't sitting right with me.

Pepperoni and onion (which we think was dried onion)

Please come to this restaurant if you are in the Cincinnati area!…read more First, I wish to state that I am not from Ohio and that this is my first time eating at Two Cities, but this restaurant might be my favorite pizza shop going forward. Second, I only had two of the items on the menu but so many of the other options on the menu looked amazing as well. This Two Cities was built inside the old city hall of Mason, with Mason being a cozy little town in of itself. The restaurant smells amazing upon entering, course it would because they cook their food fresh. It's even got a little ramp that leads down to the main seating area for mobility impaired persons. My first minor issue with this Two Cities was that the booth I was sitting at was slightly raised by a literal step, which nearly made me trip while exiting the booth because I hardly noticed getting into the booth due to my height (6'3 at the time of writing review). There are other booths though that are not raised, so an opinion is to be based of where you are seated. My waitress was really kind and offered a helpful opinion when I was deciding on which pizza to get after being seated by a host. The waitress also allowed me to put in my order all at once (drink, appetizer, and entree). The appetizer (garlic parmesan fries) arrived fast and were undoubtedly scrumptious; the fries were a near perfect mix of crunchy and soft with the shredded parmesan and minced garlic adding extra flavor. Their ranch is also superb. I got the 13" Rhythm Road Pizza (which I shared with someone. I could not eat half of a deep dish pizza alone) and it was something else. Most importantly, it had MASHED POTATO on it instead of a traditional pizza sauce and notably, chipotle aioli drizzled on top (there are more toppings, of course, but they're more normal toppings). Unfortunately, the pizza slices were unevenly sliced, leading to inconsistent slice size and the toppings slide off the pizza easily when scooped up with the provided pizza spatula, all minot grievances of course. The only true complaint I had with this Two Cities was that my waitress did not actively seek out to refill my glass when it was empty. I will say that my drink was not close to the edge for her to see, but it was within view from any view of the table. There were a relatively high number of customers in the restaurant for the time I was there (about an hour before closing), so I don't hold it against her for not noticing. The cups were average size, so I wasn't exactly dying of thirst while dining. The music inside was of good taste and was at a very respectable volume. The other patrons were also well mannered and I had no need to raise my voice to speak to my dining buddy. The final thing I wish to add to this review is how nice the bathroom was. They were very clean, had two urinals (short and tall), one wheelchair accessible stall, nice smelling soap, a simple water control handle, a foot doorhandle, and MOUTHWASH. This is only public building I have ever been in that has offered complementary mouthwash, let alone a bathroom. This could be an Ohio or Midwest exclusive thing, but I enjoyed using the mouthwash nonetheless.

Not the best pizza but they have two unique styles (New York or Chicago) depending on your tastes…read more We went on a Friday evening and it was pretty crowded and the noise level was high. Be prepared to drop $25 - $30 for a pizza for 2 or 3. Good beer and wine list. Tight parking at busiest times. No reservations but they do a call ahead so call ahead for the fastest service.

They make the sauces in house! According to my husband, best Chicken Parm he has had since moving here! You get a healthy portion. And...best cannoli in the area! Growing up in a predominantly Italian and Polish area, I have been lucky to have REALLY good Italian pastries...and their cannoli was reminiscent of those times. This has been the ONLY cannoli in the greater Cincy area that is worth consuming, IMO. All in all, we would dine in at Il Gusto constantly, if we lived closer. Glad they're on DoorDash though!
