Poor service from their GrubHub delivery service. After waiting over an hour delivery still was not made and the driver canceled my order following this GrubHub and the restaurant plans to hold on to the $50. I paid for the food and delivery for up to five days before paying me back. This is extremely poor customer service . Marco's used to be the best pizza in town, bar none: crispy, well cooked crust; hot, melted, slightly golden cheese; plenty of topping, perfectly cooked; and a yummy sauce. Then, one day, something changed. The pizzas weren't being fully cooked anymore. The crust became pale, not crispy, and gummy. The cheese was now pale and barely melted. The topics barely warm. I'm guessing that they increased the speed of the oven's conveyor so they can crank out more pizzas faster, but I don't know. I thought I could get a fully cooked pizza by asking for it to be cooked WELL DONE, but I quickly found that this request is normally ignored. Today, I gave them one last chance and ordered an XL, WELL DONE, but was sad to see a pale, limp, barely warm pizza waiting for me at the counter. So... no more Marco's. read more

Terrible for a first time. Never been here before, so I decided to order for my husband & I to try. Placed the order online, arrived at the location, & my order was never received after placing it online. I was told to contact customer service. I then sat on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why my online order was never received by the location after receiving & showing confirmation multiple times through email & my payment transaction being processed. Marco's Pizza is a pretty decent pizza chain. I remember trying it for the first time a couple years ago here at the Galvin Rd location which was formerly a Hollywood Video. As first time customers, the man behind the counter gave us coupons and a free magnet to put on our fridge. We also got some pepperoni & hamburger pizza which turned out really well. However they don't always answer the phone, so that needs to be changed. But the pizza is good so I'll still eat it again every now and then. read more

I've ordered from here 3 times now and the pizza has always been great. (Definitely get garlic and parmesan on the crust!) The cheesy bread is just ok - nothing special. Just tried their old world pepperoni with beef on thin crust and it was great. The pepperoni is about the size of a quarter and packed with flavor. They have a great staff, always fast service, and great taste. Plus is that if you order online, you can sign in with your Google, Twitter, Facebook ID etc and not have to create or remember yet another login just for a pizza. read more

Ordered online for the bellevue location. I have had their pizza before and always think it is good. This time I was disappointed with the quality of it. The pizza was cold when we got it. I placed my order at 6:53 pm and it said to pick up at 7:13pm, I got there at 7:15 and it was already cold!! The gal that handed me the pizza I believe knew they were cold since the boxes were cold said " be careful! The bottom is hot" Naturally, I placed my hand under it to carry them out because, that's just how I do it. I looked at her and said it almost feels cold and she said " weird, they just came out I swear!" I left because my kids were hungry and I figure I'll just pop it in the micro if needed.. ya I had to do that for sure!! Pepperoni varieties are also a fun addition and their cheese game is even stronger than most considering you can add romano. Marco's Pizza REALLY makes a great, thin crust pizza! Fresh ingredients, they said they make their own crust and they even have anchovies...which if you happen to like that (I do!), trust me, no one offers them any more. Their salads are very fresh with a variety of veggies. We are just glad they are here in Bellevue since Valentino ' s quality is way down and there isn't much else to choose from. Went in for the first time today and got a carry out order. Ordered a small pepperoni and a cheesy bread, ended up getting a thin crust cheese on accident. I live literally blocks away from the restaurant and someone called and offered to give me the correct pizza before I even got home. I've cooked professionally for 10+ years and I've made an absolute shitload of pizzas so I understand mistakes happen and I'm not worried about it in anyway. I always choose a straight cheese to judge a place anyways and this is a good pizza for a delivery franchise. It's definitely better than the big pizza chains by far. The cheesy bread is good, it doesn't give me that horrible acid reflux feeling like the big chains (Pizza hut, dominos) do. Customer service on point. Good delivery pie for a good price. read more

If I could choose any brand of pizza I wanted, Marco's wouldn't be it. However, I live in a total dead zone for most delivery places so my options are pretty limited. Given the meager selections available to me, Marco's is without a doubt my go-to food choice. They don't offer sales or specials directly on their website, so if you want to save a couple bucks you'll have to search online for a promo code (or just pay full price the first time and then save the coupons they give you with your pizza for the next time). They have quite a few specialty recipes on their menu, but I really like making my own pizza. The ingredients are fresh, the dough isn't too sweet, and they always follow my weird instructions with precision. (They have feta cheese! Enough said.) Marco's is attached to a movie rental store, so you can browse the movies while you wait to pick up your food or, if you're having it delivered, they'll bring the available film titles right to your house for you. read more

The pizza here is good. The reason for 3 stars is the service the last few times. The clerk that took my order insisted that hamburger and sausage were the same thing. I had to explain that hamburger was ground beef and sausage was pork. Pizza 101 really. After placing my order for 2 medium pizzas and cheese bread i was told it was a 20 minute wait. It was 35 minutes before it was ready ( and we waited in lobby) when they called our name they gave me the pizza and i had to remind them i needed cheesebread too. Thankfully it was not an additional wait. Overall....the pizza is yummy. But the staff i encountered could have used some extra training. Love the concept of pizza and a movie. Well I guess this puts the last nail in the coffin. I thought I would give these guys another shot after a long hiatus and some bad experiences that drove me to another pizza joint. Today I ordered a simple medium pizza with some meats onions and "extra cheese". They were light on the cheese to the point of it being a light cheese pizza. I let that go though. I had a nice movie night and then decided to have the cinna-squares that I had ordered. And what to my wondering eyes was not there..... the icing. I called them up, gave them my order#, phone# and address and they said that when the driver comes back in they would send him to me. I thought cool, it will be here in the next 20 min or so..... I was sorely disappointed. After 40 min, I try and call them back. no answer. I see that the driver texted me. They gave him my address that I moved from over a year ago. I texted him the right address. no reply. At this time I call again and stay on hold. And when I say stay on hold, I mean stay on hold for a LONG time. It has now been THIRTY minutes. At this time movie night is toast because I am in a very foul mood. I normally do not write these unless I have a unique experience. In fact I think this is only the 3rd review I have ever done. We have been ordering Marco's Pizza since door dash has been around. Several times before now, we have been disappointed. Burnt pizza, the chicken wings we liked were traditional and they either came almost raw, or with the wrong sauce smothered in them, and we were disappointed about something. I know it has been there for a few years but being attached to the video rental just made me think it was going to be sub-par. We finally tried it about 6-7 months ago out of desperation of trying something new in Bellevue. FANTASTIC! The service was great the pizza even better!!!! It is my favorite! The only thing I am disappointed about is I love mushroom and they use the canned rubbery things.... but every other topping is great. Try it!! Wow! Just moved into the Bellevue area and decided to give this pizza place a try and I have to say we are impressed! They have a deal going on for two medium one topping pizzas, an order of cheese sticks, and a 2 liter for 20.00. Even with delivery and tax it was only 23! The food was delicious! Everything was hot. And the cheese! It was so stringy and yummy. Everything we ordered had great flavor and was well seasoned! And delivery was supremely speedy! Will absolutely be going back for more! read more

We tried Marco's after tiring of always settling for Little Greasers. The thin crust is exceptional and the toppings are very good and fresh. They forgot our cheesy break on the first order we placed but quickly offered a free one on our next visit, which isn't that big of a deal since they are giving away free cheesy breads with any large pizza order. Having pizza integrated with movie rentals seems like a no-brainer. Walk in, order pizza, look for a movie, check out, pizza is done - walk out with dinner & a movie. The thincrust is good. Some of the specialty pizzas are REALLY good. I'm not a fan of their hamburger/beef topping - its like little tiny bits of ground hamburger. I don't care for it but the other things I have tried have been very tasty. They have a eat-in area too. read more

Twice now we have experienced bad service. 1st time, ordered two Italian sandwiches and a pizza, the delivery person had 1 sandwich and a pizza. 2nd time we ordered 2 sandwiches waited an hour and half and they never showed up, called them and they said it was the new girl and that they tried to call us but they didn't have the number. Really, come on man! If you want delivery, I highly recommend you order food from somewhere else. We won't be ordering there anymore, they are lousy at taking food orders and delivery.
