Not only will they Streal your money, but then the GM refused to and apparently making things right with the customer, doesn't prefer the customer being right which is the right thing to do normally but Tim has zeros interest in that decision. instead choosing to not make things right and would rather have his assistant manager who didn't even take or do anything with my order a $35 order might not be alot for them, it is to me. I assist in opening franchises on a weekly basis. I know what the customer being right does for your business, and what happens when you you don't. Ain't nothing wrong with good ol' fast food pizza option. The buffet for 2 and 2 sodas was $26.00, pretty expensive for a Godfathers ... Pizza was hot, ready, fresh, and decent options. I don't know much of what else you can expect from fast food, but they checked all the boxes. Ok, I was feeling too lazy to cook and too lazy to venture from my couch, but I was sooo hungry. I came up with the brilliant idea of pizza delivery. Big mistake, it was way overpriced and way bland. The cheese sticks were lacking cheese and flavor. The pizza was just oaky, not particularly flavorful, in fact the dough seems to have been zapped of any and all flavor. My family couldn't even eat the taco pizza due to allergies and when called back they would not even refund only an in store credit for twenty dollars. My most recent visit underlines the strength and weakness of this particular location: the drive-thru window. The drive-thru is a convenience not available at most pizza joints. Here, they've wedged a narrow, tightly-curved driveway into the corner of the lot to allow access to the window. I've always been kind of leery about that lane, but it was raining so I thought I'd give it a try. Bad decision. I found myself behind a driver who was having some sort of disagreement with the staff. I was trapped. I was blocked from going forward, and it was too dangerous to back up through the curved drive. Finally, after 15 minutes, the staff made peace with the driver and I got to the window. But the story doesn't end there. Several staff people acknowledged me with a glance or a smile, so I didn't feel that I needed to push the doorbell outside the window. Another 5 minutes passed before they realized that maybe I needed something. The young lady at the window apologized sincerely and fetched my order. The order which, once I got home, turned out to be missing a few items. The pizza itself was decent, but just a hair lower in quality than most Godfather's locations. The ingredients were flavorful, but not particularly generous in quantity. The pizza was quite a bit less greasy than a typical Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's. Prices are currently higher than most chain pizza stores (I paid $22, after coupon, for the "Don" which they consider a "super-specialty" pizza). As with all chains, prices and discounts can and do change overnight. At one point, they experimented with serving pizza by the slice, but too few people were interested to make it worthwhile. I've visited this location about half a dozen times over the last few years, and usually come away with a surprise, a story, and a fairly good pizza. read more

We tried to give this place a few chances. However, after two orders taking at least 3 hours - we will not be ordering anytime soon, which is a shame because I like their pizza. Not only did the service take forever, the lady I called to check the status said "we're busy" ....no "sorry" or anything. The delivery guys have been really nice though, and the guy in same incident as above had mentioned they were so behind because they ran out of pizza dough. We walked into this Godfather's and three workers behind the counter didn't acknowledge us. We had to ask if we could seat ourselves. Then the cashier seemed like he was on drugs when we asked him questions about the menu. Two of us ordered salad bar and the lettuce had a strange taste like sour rag taste. I told one of the workers about it and was not offered a refund as we had barely touched it and was told they would replace it, no apology! Then they did NOT replace it!! Went to this Godfather's to order take hone pizza ( the new Jalapeño Popper which is as good as it sounds- with cheeses, beef, bacon pieces and lots of jalapeños which weren't overpowering, just a little heat. I hope they keep this one). I was greeted by the manager at the door, who held it open for me. Tiffany at the cash register, who is on the management team was very friendly, answering my questions in a positive way. The pizza didn't take very long, not much more time than a pizza takes to bake. Godfather's is a little expensive, but if you use a coupon the price comes down and came out to about $4.50 a meal for a specialty pizza when divided up. With all the negative reviews, many of them older, I wanted to share my experience. This is the only Godfather's in the Bellevue area, and I value choice so if it's been awhile, I'd urge you to give it a try. One recommendation I would make to Godfather's corporation would be to put contact information for feedback on the receipt, so they can pass comments on to each franchise or store. This location is awful in terms of keeping a delivery time they quote. Twice now in the last month they have taken between 1.5 to over two hours to deliver to a radius of less than 10 miles. We call and they say the driver just left. Another 30 min goes by and we call and they say another 30 min before the driver is there. Called in a Pizza on Friday August 8th, was told that it would be 25 mins. Left my house in Papillion at 20 mins and sat in Drive thru for 10 mins and did not move. Backed up and went inside to a long line of people waiting to get food. I had ordered off the web site for the special, 2 med pizza's, a one topping and a specialty with two sides for $27.95. I received the two pizza's with ONE side for $29.95. After waiting inside for over 45 mins I finally get my order and the lid was not on the wings properly and I lost three of the five wings all over my white shirt walking out the door. I was so frustrated, with everything that was going wrong and my 3 year old granddaughter crying because she is hungry I just left. Worst time trying to get a family meal and it will be the last time that I go here. I spoke to the gentleman in front of me and he said that it will be his last time also, this is the second time they did this to him. We gave Godfather's Pizza in Twin Creek, Bellevue another try last night. After a previous experience when we had to wait 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered, we decided to give them one more try. This time we ordered we said we would pick it up. The order said that it would be ready at 6:49pm. When we went to pick it up we sat out at the pick up window for over 20 minutes.
