Most bowling alleys are full of leagues on week nights so it's nice to be able to walk in here.

Axe throwing was always something that my wife and I wanted to do, so we finally got to do it on a…read moredate night a few months back. One important thing to note is that you have to schedule your throwing time beforehand on their website. At the time, they supposedly did not accept walk-ins, but I do not know if that has or will change. Also, closed-toe shoes are required, so leave the sandals at home! The building itself is pretty basic and not a lot of decorating flare (which is fine, because I am here to throw axes). When you arrive, you have to sign the waiver, you have an opportunity to buy food, drink, etc and then you wait for your time to come. Once it is your scheduled time, you are taken back to your lane, giving a demo and overview of the various games and operating rules. After that, you are on your own but our guide was nearby most of the night if we had questions. He was able to answer questions and take food/drink orders. For the menu, they had popcorn and other small snack menu and a selection of canned beers, seltzers, and ciders. Prices were reasonable for the items my wife and I purchased. For the axe-throwing itself, you can reserve by the hour or lane. One hour is $20 per person or $35 for two hours (6 people per lane, includes training prior to starting). You can also rent two lanes for an hour for $200 (up to 12 people) or two hours for $350. There are a variety of games, including a traditional target, a Connect 4 style game, 21, a matching game, and more! Players are given clever names such as "Pain in the Axe" and "Axe Hole". You can also choose to use an axe or throwing star for additional fun or challenge. It's actually a bit more tiring than it seems. The atmosphere was very welcoming and there were plenty of bathrooms and they were clean and had all supplies stocked. Staff was friendly and helpfulWhen we were done, we were taking selfies near the entrance (there is a backdrop and props), and the hostess offered to take our picture. We both had fun and are looking at going back with the kids.

I was hesitant. It was a Team Building exercise for work and no one seemed excited, except the…read morefella running the place and the gal at the counter that had the beer. After a quick explanation and a brief demonstration we were off and running. It was super fun and I'm certain that every one of us had a Great time. They had decent canned beer and the bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend doing this with anyone and everyone.

I've gotten to enjoy the karaoke, rooms, Cornwall, boards, outdoor tables, and more! They have so much more to offer that I haven't even had a chance to explore yet. The food here is amazing as well! The churro fries are probably the best crowd please I found, but everything else taste delicious as well! Prices are very reasonable for a place like this. And service is always amazing too! Highly recommend trying this place out, especially if you have a group of 5 to 10+ people looking for an event in town!

At one point nothing was supposed to happen and two balls shot out at once and hit my son in the stomach while he was listening to the employee on how to play a particular game we were about to start. He was fine, and the employee was super apologetic. Overall, our food tasted great, and I was shocked with how much the food the street tacos provided. My teenager and I easily shared that platter, and they were delicious. Even with the technical difficulties, we will definitely be back.

They are able to reset rooms with amazing speed between players and I have had rarely any issues with mistakes when they've been reset. So far, we have done Abraham Lincoln, Batman, and Reindeer Games rooms. My favorite has definitely been Reindeer Games as it's a lighthearted and cute room with tons of puzzles to solve. Batman was a little more difficult if you didn't have much knowledge about it, and Abraham Lincoln has so far been the easiest! Definitely try it out! Staff, building, and rooms have been exceptional!

Overall, I liked the room, however there was one clue/puzzle that really made me annoyed because of technicalities, and you'll know if you do the room. We also found a key that opened a lock box that wasn't meant to be opened with, and that slowed us down a bit because we thought we were missing a key. Staff was great even though the game master kept making some small remarks as we played. I don't particularly like when game masters offer help when we don't ask. If we're messing up, let us cook. We'll ask for a hint when the time and pressure hits.
