NOT at all happy. When checking in and paying, I explained that I'm Just the 70 yr old driver and payor, the 2 girls 8 & 9 will be playing and the 15 yr old is there to keep the girls safe. They Tried to force me to pay for the 4, FOUR of us AND Buy 4 pairs of Their lost in space sox with Their logo. I Again explained the above, then some smart*ss young clown (Looked and acted like an obnoxious 20 yr old) came over, said he's "the owner" and it's "a Policy" that we Have to Buy Their sox. Told him that in our 14 Years of Regularly going there (6-15 X Yearly) we were never Required to buy Their sox, and the girls had on New white sox which we Throw Out after each time playing there because they get so filthy. Again he said "It's a Policy". He Still Insisted I pay the full price they rang up, saying that they have a sign on the outer door telling people about their New "policy". THEN some 300 pound guy from the kitchen came out to try to intimidate us with his size. It's a shame when businesses make SOO VERY MUCH $$$$ that they become Arrogant and Don't even Try to be at all reasonable. These folks Don't care about You or your children, Just How Much $$$$ They Can extract from families with young children. They Keep trying to extract Every Single dollar they Can From You, All the way Thru the place, Front to Back. HIGHLY recommend you go to Lincoln Children's Museum downtown INSTEAD of this place. A warm place to play when its frezzing out side. Took the GBs here and they just love it. This place is like many other in door playgrounds with lots of things to climb and jump on. Not to mention some hot mommies. They surve up some food and drinks mainly for kids. We had Hawaiian pizza. It was fresh, hot and tasted ok. The kids were mostly interested in all the climbing things and jumping things to sit down and eat. The GBs had a great time running, jumping, climbing, bouncing, and all the other -ings in the place. They have a snack bar that will server pizza (geared for the kids), and lots of sweet stuff. (is that why all the kids in here are running around and round?) They have two bouncing things and one with a slide, cool, eh? There is a booth that whip up the wind to a category 1 hurricane. There is also a lazer beam alarm room you can try to get across without getting caught. Landon tried them both. I wish I was a kid again. read more

I've been to a lot of indoor play areas with my active four year old -- but this one stood out above some of the rest. It's a large facility with several different rooms - my kiddo loved the bounce house and the big balloon trampoline thing. An entire indoor swing set sort of treehouse. And a space room with a foam pit. It was a great place for the kiddo to work off some energy. The only cons - the food/drinks are super over-priced, but that's sort of expected at this kind of place. The space room was pretty dark so it was easy to lose your kiddo in the foam pit, which was a little on the anxiety producing side for me. And last, we didn't get into any of the game options because it was anywhere from 50 cents to $1 to play -- seems like they have a similar Chuck E Cheese situation happening where you can accumulate tickets/credits and then trade them in for crap prizes. But at that price per game, I put my foot down with the kiddo quickly. We paid the entry fee to get in, so he had to stick with the "free" activities. read more

Lots of fun for $3! We took our 16 month old son here during the snowy weather and he LOVED IT. Lots for him to do and kept him entertained for HOURS. We're excited for him to get old enough to play on the multi-level bounce house (I almost went to play in it!). My only beef would be the kids without any socks on...it's all over their website and location that socks are required. I'm a bit of a germaphob so that was pretty gross to me. Didn't have the food here...we ended up heading down the street to Red Robin instead. read more

I don't know where to begin with this place. The ideas to have an indoor play area is great! Amazing even for Nebraska winters and cold rainy nights. The huge downfall is the staff is a crew of older teenagers. No rules are enforced at all. You walk in and the first thing you see is a ticket cash out counter full of cheapo prizes. If you go past that you see the menu (pizza/drinks) and this is also where you pay your admission fee. 1 year olds 3.75 2-5 year olds 6.70 I didn't pay attention to older kids prices. The five and under area would be spectacular if it was in fact five and under. Older children do as they please and no staff interfere or say anything. Young adults riding the 5 and under toy cars, it's absolutely ridiculous. There's also no where to sit to supervise children in this area either as it states you must do so. My toddler loved the ball pit area with slide. It is posted everywhere that you must wear socks but no shoes. Socks are available for purchase for $1.75 but the rule isn't enforced as children play freely with no socks. Foam pit area is dark and lit by black light. No where to sit to watch small toddlers who do need help getting out. Adults buried in the foam pit throwing pieces around hitting others in the face, setting a poor example for young children. The dark room is for This area because it has a video game projected onto the floor. Kids can step on toads for points, play soccer and race the clock type games. Constant movement. A big plus for an active toddler. It is a great idea but the end result is poor. This place is like an unsupervised daycare on steroids. I would not choose to return here. read more

My husband and I love to take our kids here. We go about 2-4 times per week. Especially when it's cold out side or way to hot to be outside. Our kids are 10mo old and 3 years old and they absolutely love it. It's a great place to take your kids and fairly cheap. Parents are free you just pay for each child and kids under 1 are free so right now for the whole family to go have fun we only have to pay for our 3 year old which is right under $7. And we all get to play!. I highly recommend this place especially to people with younger kids like 10 and under. It's a great place..not to say older children wouldn't have fun too cause heck I'm an adult and I have a blast every time I go with my kids! read more

We had my son's 2nd birthday party here last night and, once again, I am leaving five stars. The kids all enjoyed themselves and after the party was "over", they were allowed to stay and play as long as they wanted to. We were able to bring in our own cake and ice cream and they stored the ice cream in the freezer for us until we were ready for it and provided us with a scoop and cake server. Price wise I feel like this was more than a bargain in comparison to other places. When I checked the the Lincoln and Omaha children's museums, I learned that they charged for the children and the adults who came with them. At our party, each child had at least one parent stay (as most were 2 to 4 years old) and we did not have any extra charge for them which was wonderful! I believe we paid around $225.00, which included 2 toddlers, 2 infants, 10 kids, and 12 adults. That price also included 5 pitchers of soda and 4 pizzas, as well as the plates/napkins/forks. It also included a $20.00 arcade card, which my older nephew had a great time with! If you check other prices in the area, you will find that this is a very reasonably priced, especially if adults stay! We had a great time and the party went smoothly! Kids from age 1 to 14 all had fun and found something to do to enjoy the party! Another plus-we had his party on a Friday night and it was not crowded! Highly recommend! read more

Have you ever been on a multi-day road trip with toddlers, wishing there was a place they could run around like crazy for a couple hours? That was my unenviable position, and Lost in fun! was a perfect soultion. Well, perfect is a strong word for yelp. To be perfect it needed more fresh, healthy options on the café menu and a coffee bar. Maybe a few less 'big kids' haphazardly jumping into the foam and ball pits without checking first for little ones beneath. A hand stamp system to make sure kids leave with the adults they came with would have given this mother of 3-that-love-to-run-separate-directions some peace of mind, especially in such a large, segmented facility. Overall, though, this was a huge hit with my kids. I was worried when I read about arcade games that it might not be the active outlet we were seeking, but the games take up a relatively small footprint. I took my niece (5 years old) and my son (1 year old) during a Husker Home Game because we thought it'd be slow. We were wrong. I was really worried because it was my first time there. Great place to go when visiting Lincoln and weather is bad. Have taken my two girls, now ages 7 and 9, here a few times since it has opened and they have always had a blast. $10 per child over 6 years old, and if you have two kids like me, you automatically get a 10% discount. And the pass is good for the whole day so theoretically you could come and go all day as you wanted. In Chicago where we are from, a place like this would probably charge at least $15 per child and not have as much variety. They've expanded since the beginning and now, in addition to the play set (swings, slide, etc.) inflatable jumpers, basketball court and glow in the dark foam pit they have a big toddler area, an arcade, a laser game (costs extra, but only $1.50 for 1 play), and a hurricane simulator. Big snack bar that has decent tasting pizza and other goodies. Last time we were there it was packed so we had a bit of a problem finding a place to sit and eat, but it wasn't a super big deal. Place always seems clean to me. Would definitely recommend it and will continue to go. read more

We drove here from Omaha to check it out and we were pleasantly surprised, to the point we have returned. It's worth the drive. There are plenty of hop around, bounce, and climb places in Omaha, but this Lincoln venue seems different. It's perfect for kids under twelve. It is very clean and well supervised, with consistently friendly and efficient staff. Parents enter at no charge. There is plenty of variety on the menu and the food is good and sold at a reasonable price. We highly recommend it. read more

What a neat place for kids of all ages! Impressed with the creativity & overall structure of the venue. The only downfall to a great inexpensive indoor facility, is the inevitable overcrowding. Private birthday parties & open play should be exclusive, otherwise the facility should be larger to accommodate both. If birthday parties or open play was allotted only certain times of the day, that may help with the congestion. The concession & eating area would also be a quick win on improvement. When we arrived here, I was kinda skeptic of it being small and not looking like the online pictures showed... but when we went in, my opinion automatically changed!!! This place is really neat!! And super super fun! My 2 year old had an absolute BLAST here!!! I couldn't get her to stay in one spot for more than a minute!! She was running back and fourth between all the different plays areas! Came here for a Birthday party this last year and had a great time! We don't have kids of our own but have lots of friends with kids and nephews, so we were a little worried coming to a Birthday party at a kid's place with nothing for adults to do....we had the best time! My 6 year old loves this place. We have been coming here for several years. There is a good variety of things to do, so kids will stay entertained for several hours easily. We recently had my son's birthday party here and it was a great experience! Staff was well prepared and available to assist with all our needs. Plus they did most of the work, so it was much easier as a parent to be able to enjoy the party, instead of running around and setting everything up. They provided the cake cutter, napkins, plates, plastic table cloths, etc. and they did the clean up. We will definitely be back! read more

Brought my two kids (10 and 3) in for the first time this last July. I was worried at first that there wouldn't be much for both of them to do. (Most places either cater to toddlers or older kids, not both.) Man was I wrong! My toddler spent four hours in hog heaven in their toddler area and cried when we had to leave. A play kitchen, a ball pit, coloring station, five huge playsets and a train table. Not to mention the huge building blocks. She had a BLAST! The 10 year old played so hard he fell asleep in the car on the way home! (A first for him!) I didn't think it was possible for him to play that hard. Four HUGE bouncy houses, a basketball court and a foam block pit kept him busy for HOURS. And when he finally got tired of tearing it up, he had so much fun playing the laser maze game! (A laser maze, not laser tag, as I quickly learned.) We left halfway through to go get lunch down the street, and came back to play afterwards. I love the "all day, all play" policy. And adults get in FREE! (And I even got to play too!) Even though we left to get lunch, they have TONS of food too! We got lunch from Runza, but ended up having a pretzel and slushies at Lost in Fun. The food seemed reasonably priced, and my pretzel was delicious. My son loved the slushies and the staff even let him mix ALL the flavors. The staff was incredibly nice to us. They were friendly and helpful when I had questions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for something for kids of all different ages to do. I've stopped going other places, because I've finally found a place where BOTH my kids can have fun and burn off some steam. So glad I found this place! read more

Lost In Fun used to be an amazing place to take the kids for the afternoon. You would pay a flat fee for the kids while us old folks were free. There was bouncy things all over, numerous indoor playgrounds for kids of all ages and a basketball room. Fast forward to now. The bouncy stuff has been cut in half, no basketball room and the playground stuff has been downsized to make room for an overpriced arcade complete with the cheaply made prizes at the counter. It's clearly obvious that Lost In Fun is trying to become a generic Chuck E. Cheese, except Lost In Fun also charges an admission fee on top of the individual game costs, most well over $1 a piece. It truly is a shame as their used to be a good variety for all ages of kids, now its just geared primarily towards older kids. As I said earlier, this place used to be great, but someone decided to take a new direction and in turn chase away many of their existing customers. What a shame. read more

Lost in Fun used to be fantastic. We loved that we could pay one fee and play all afternoon. But we just went and now they've reduced the play equipment and turned the basketball court, which was one of my kids' favorite activities, into an arcade. They took out some of the toys and put in a prize counter. I was so disappointed that there are so many arcade games. We used to go to Lost in Fun so the kids could run, play, exercise and burn off energy. Now they just want to play the video games. Extremely disappointed and probably won't be back. read more

Although it is a terrific place, it's expensive and sometimes I doubt its cleanliness and sick kid policy being enforced. Many times I've seen ill looking kids with gross green and yellow snot coming down their face smothering it all over the toys and games. Eek! Also, memberships are too expensive compared to other fun or hot places in town. Now, instead of renewing our membership we go as a special treat when each of the kids gets a few bucks in the mail from grandparents or other loved ones.
