We came to Papio Fun Park as a larger family group to celebrate a kid's birthday party. They have quite a few attractions for kids to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, the cleanliness of the facility was lacking and quite a few of the games were malfunctioning (a little run-down). We went after 6pm so we got the 16 dollar wrist band which is a good deal if you do everything included in the package a few times. The batting cages were 50 cents for 10 balls which was fun. The go karts were fun but the track needs some updating. Very bumpy compared to others I've been too. Mini golf has allot of holes and our daughter enjoyed it. I thought it was out dated and needed some cleaning up. There was allot of trash in the mini golf area. Overall it was fun and everyone was very nice. read more

I know most people think of it as a 'summer' spot, but what a winter gem! We love taking the kids to Papio Fun Park in the winter to burn off steam. Laser tag, the two trampoline games all get lots of energy and wiggles out. Plus, we love spending time playing air hockey and the video games. We went here today to play laser tag. The young staff that were working were all incredibly helpful and cheerful, which was nice to see! It seemed like they all enjoyed their jobs. The owner was also very kind and allowed our 3 year old to partake in some of the fun too (see picture). I found it very affordable and our kids all had a great time! Located just 10 minutes south of down town Omaha, Papio Fun Park is great venue for family fun! Our family visited there last weekend and had the best time. Some perks of the park are: free parking, free admission and choice of the level of play you want to purchase. I LOVE that! We chose the extreme wristbands (priced at $22/each) and had unlimited access to go-kart rides, mini-golf, water wars, laser tag, and indoor trampoline games. WOW! As a family of 5 we rode the go-karts at least 6 times, and our younger girls rode them about 8 or 9 times. What great fun! Mini-golf is always fun, and we totally enjoyed the whimsical course which takes you on a tour of the United States. We played through New Orleans, Hollywood, Nashville and more! The trampoline games (Jumpshot and Space Ball) are indoors and are great for physical activity. Players are jumping while shooting the ball into their opponents hoop. Wow! What a work out! When you need a break, concessions are reasonably priced. Grab a snack with a drink for less than $4. Great value! I rate Papio Fun Park as 5 stars because of the fun and value! read more

Very dated and in need of repairs but that I could mostly excuse if there were more safety measures in place. There are two different height requirements for go karts and they differ by approximately 3 inches - and neither seem to be enforced. Very small children are allowed to drive and during the two rides we took we saw a child drive the wrong way down the track and nearly run down an employee and my daughter and I were rear ended at full speed (and injured) by a child who didn't know where the brake pedal was. Great place for winter fun! I was so pleasantly surprised! I always thought of Papio Fun Park as a place for outdoor fun. We love the play mini-golf and drive the go-karts. At this time of the year, I want places to keep our family busy outside the house. Those trampoline games and laser tag burned off some pent up energy. The kids love competing to see who can sink the most baskets while jumping. My husband and I enjoy playing pool and taking in some "old school" fun with air hockey and skee ball type arcade games. read more

Easily the best go carts around, big track and they don't freak out if you bump someone like at pizza machine, but choose your car wisely...some are quite a bit slower. The $22 extreme pass is a great value, unlimited laser tag, go carts, mini golf, & trampoline games. The laser tag is one of the best around, not the biggest game area, but the equipment works and is accurate. Plenty of options for team or free for all play and the game time is just right. The mini golf is challenging, but a bit run down, repairs are needed throughout. The arcade/video game area is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The selection is poor, most are outdated, and they are not included in any package...they run on quarters, so if your kids want to accumulate tickets for prizes be prepared to pay a bundle. Aside from needing some updating & repairs this place is great value for the money! read more

First visit to Papio Fun Park. Facilities are worn, but adequate. Would have given at least 3 stars, but for customer service. My 6 year old son won a sucker for scoring a hole in 1. Unfortunately, he accidentally dropped it while opening it, and was heartbroken. Surprisingly, the staff refused to give him a replacement-- and were not nice about it. They must have thought he was trying to scam them-- but he wasn't. Needless to say, that soured him on the whole experience-- which was enough for us as well. read more

What should I start with???? How about, I paid for a birthday package and my "party leader" was no help at all. I think she tried to help for about 2 minutes and then disappeared. The "jump shot" and the other bounce thing were always full so the kids rarely got to jump. They got 1 round of lazer tag (which took 15 minutes) and then opened presents and ate (15 minutes). So for the remaining 1 hour and 30 minutes, I got to spend $150 cash for 8 kids to do arcade games because there was nothing else to do and no one to help me. This was on top of the party package that I already paid for. ALSO.... I was told I can't bring food (only cake) so I ordered one of their pizza food packages. This consisted of them running across the street to Pizza Hut and picking up pizza and then over charging me for it. Maybe it's better in the summer??? Not enough to do in the winter though!! What a great place to go for family fun, for all ages. There's plenty to do, and the prices don't break the budget.

Our family had a fantastic experience here! We have four children between the ages of six and 13, one with special needs. Everyone had a blast and spent plenty of time enjoying ourselves in each area of the park. Prices were reasonable and staff was great. I would highly recommend this entertainment option. I am a nanny to two boys ages 10 and 12. We went there along with their friends same ages. When we walked in I was kind of taken back. Nothing that I had expected. Things looked worn down and old. Anyways we went on a Wednesday where we got the wrist bands that allowed them to do everything unlimited times excluding batting cages and arcade games(during the summer not sure if this band happens year around) . The boys seems to really enjoy themselves. But I feel it's because they had their friends. One of my boys went on the go karts and had bad luck had to switch between three karts in one race. Overall I would say it kept the boys entertained for the few hours we were there. The concessions wad pretty cheap but not a lot of selections. Also hardly any of the workers spoke to us besides when we paid for our bands. Not even a checking on us or anything. I was suprised by that but I understand. I am pretty sure it is one of those places we would only attend once or twice a summer. I am giving this place a two star rating just because of how run down the place looks as well as the amount of "broken" activities. read more

Took the nieces to Papio Fun Park yesterday, and they had a pretty good time. The place is very dated, and could use some real TLC and upgrades. The mini golf area looked run down and tiles of terf were not level. There were also lots of rocks on the course itself, and no one really tending/monitoring the action. The arcade has some very old skee ball games, and we watched a couple kids tear the front panel off one and steal a bunch of tickets. The laser tag is also very dated and the arena has poor ventilation. However, it has towers and platforms etc. (This was the nieces' favorite thing) The go karts are also old, and one of our niece's cars broke down on her. Overall, this is nowhere near as nice as Family Fun Center or Amazing Pizza Machine. The prices are great, especially with a large family. But safety, cleanliness and health standards are not a strong point here. We ordered nacho's and watched as unwashed bare hands grabbed the chips, when we asked they said they are not required to wash for every order... Gross!! As for safety, it seems as though the 2 "Assistant Managers" (one male and one female) were to busy watching each other than the go-kart track. We had to yell over to them to pay attention when there was a wreck! Cleanliness....this place is very old and dated. It just feels run down. Frankly, we will find someplace else to take the kids.
