Kids had a blast here. So many bouncing options to choose from. While it skews a little younger, my kiddos are between 8-13 and they all loved it. Great place to wear them down and they have plenty of snack and food options to choose from. Will definitely be back! read more

This place is pretty awesome and the staff is great. The kids loved everything about this place. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because although the kids loved it, the hosts were stressed by the tight schedule and they felt rushed. My daughter was anxious and were in a hurry to make sure we were able to set up everything within the small time-frame we were allotted before the guests arrived to the party room. The pizza has to be ordered ahead of time as it is delivered from an outside source. Overall it was a great experience. read more

In the last month I've been to two birthday parties here, and it hasn't changed much since we hosted a party here 8 years ago. It's amazing the bounce houses can hold up after kids climb on them day in and day out! They are in great shape. The first room is 30 minutes and had everything from an inflatable basketball court, to obstacle courses, and slides. This room can be turned into a dance and bubble party. The second room feels bigger and different inflatables with more to obstacle courses and huge slides. They have this party down to a science. 30 minutes per room and then 1 hour in the pizza and cake room. All the kids leave with goodies and everyone has a good time! There are also open bounce times so you don't have to come for a party. You can check it out all on line and sign waivers there too. read more

I think this is a pretty good place for a birthday party. The times I have been there the staff was very organized and they more the children from one room to the next and keep to the schedule. They are also friendly with kids. They have a good number of inflatables, which is nice. The kids aren't all trying to get on a the same one. You can do add ons like glow in the dark and bubbles. They also have party favors, which I don't recommend. They are poor quality. The candy gusher is worth it, if you think they need more excitement and sugar. read more

For my daughter's birthday party I expected to just let the kids loose in a room full of inflatables, eat some cake, and leave. But Bounce U has a very organized flow and energetic employees. The kids had half an hour in one room and half an hour in the next. By the time we got to the third room for pizza and cake they were exhausted and delirious. Our two Bounce U hosts took care of everything from organizing the kids to serving the food. They even kept a list of the gifts for Thank You cards. I barely had to lift a finger. This is a great place for birthday parties. It's a well-oiled machine and I'm amazed at the employees' ability to not get frazzled after hours of herding hyper screaming children. Also, it's clean. Really big bounce houses! My son and nephew,both five, spent two hours here without bothering my SIL or I once. It was great. There are a couple huge slides and so fun obstacles, but I think they liked the basketball turned dodgeball court the best. It seemed clean and the bathrooms were tidy. The drinking fountain was nice and low for them, so no accidentally touching the spout. At $8, this was well worth the trip. read more

We had a party there and before even booking the party I had called and asked if we could pay for additional time to either jump or in the party room. I was told we could add 30 minutes for an additional $25 dollars. I made the reservation and called back only to be told by someone else that I woild have to wait till it got closer to the party. I called a week before the party(as suggested) only to be told that they only allowed people to add on time of they were the last party of the day or there was no party after them(had they of told me this I would have booked the last party). I tried explaining that I was told something different and asked if there was more then 1 party room. They confirmed there were 2 and I had the largest room. They said they could not do anything. Day of the party came. I got there 10 minutes early to fill out waivers and welcome friends and family as they arrived. I again asked about adding the time and was told that it was based on the manager. That some managers allowed you to add on time and some did not. I tried again explaining that I was told different and they again told me they could do nothing for me. Our guests started arriving and the hostesses would take the presents and put them into a cart. It came my attention that the cart they were putting presents into was from the last party(another child). We took thr presents that had been put into the cart(hopefully we didn't miss any) and they got us new carts. We paid extra to so the glow room and while the staff was going taking pictures like I'd paid for they were also going through the bounce houses. I was going through one with mu daughter and came accross a pen. I brought it to one of the workers and sge confirmed that it was her pen and didn't even realize she had lost it. We went into the 2nd bounce room and again the staff were playing in the bounce houses. This time around my husband ended up finding a name tag(with the needle point and everything) inside of one of the bounce houses. Had it stuck the bounce house while a child was in there I dont know what would have happened but it probably would not have been good. We gave it to the staff(same one that had lost her pen) and she confirmed again that it was hers. We went to the party room only to discover that only 5 of our 11 pizzas had been delivered. We were told they would be there soon. We rushed through pizza and cake snd didn't have time for presents. We were making our way out of the room only to see that the party behind us was in the other party room. I don't understand why we couldn't have additional time in the party room if they weren't even going to be using it. I feel I over paid for the experience we had there. We will not be coming back and will be sure to share our experience. read more

My nephew is in town from South Dakota, he is 4, I have a 3 year old daughter and a 6 year old daughter. They wanted to go to BounceU while their cousin was in town. Since my 6 year old is in school, we had to wait until she got out of school to come. We got here around 5:05 PM, it is now 5:36 PM. The first 5 minutes were spent signing up on their new computer system on a computer that's the size of a notepad. I paid $20 to bounce for 15 minutes? That is ridiculous. Online it says they are open 9 am to 9 pm but what they mean by that is that they are open for open bounce that time unless someone has a birthday party. BUT THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU THERE IS A BIRTHDAY PARTY IN 20 minutes WHEN YOU PAY. They told me I had 45 minutes. So they limit you to "open bounce" in the bounce room that isn't equipped with Bounce houses for the younger kids. When I was told we had to go to the other room, some sassy, unprofessional twerp of a teenager wearing a braid who works for BounceU came up and said, "you're gonna need to get out of this room because we have a birthday party coming". I then said, that's not fair as when we came you said we had 45 minutes and she said, "well, yeah...you could have come sooner in the day". Ummm, no baby girl, I couldn't. She said it with resentment that she even had to be bothered to ask people so she must of thought that being polite wasn't needed. When I went to go talk to the "acting manager" who also looked like a teenager, her and the twerp were talking crap about me. When I confronted the manager, she made every excuse in the book to avoid saying, I'm sorry, we should have mentioned you were only going to get to use the room you came for, for 15 minutes. I am going to encourage all moms in my mom group, all moms in my Girl Scout troop and any place I can, not to bring their children here. Clearly customer service doesn't exist when they have teenagers running the place. read more

OPEN BOUNCE: Bounce U is my favorite bounce place in Omaha. First off, they have open bounces every day during the week and you can stay there all day, if you want. Secondly, it has bounce houses that are more fun. We love the baseball bat one, huge slides, and obstacle courses. It is not true, however, as advertised on Bounce U's website, that open bounces include snacks, games, music, and etc. BIRTHDAY PARTIES: I've been to one birthday party and it was so much fun and so easy, that I plan on having our next party there. As you come in, you put presents in a cart with the child's name on it (and they wheel that in the party room while the kids bounce). After all the kids watch a quick safety video, you are taken into one room for a half hour or so, then to the next for another half hour. To end, the Bounce U representative takes all the kids to the party room. They take charge of everything. I can't remember if they do cake or presents first. But, for presents they sit the birthday child in a blow up birthday chair and all the kids sit in front of it. Then the attendant brings each present to the child and discards wrapping paper behind the chair. They also put the presents in bags to make it easy to take home. They light all the candles for the cake (even if you bring everything - which in this case they forgot candles and the attendant of course was ready with them). Everything went perfectly and it was as much fun for the kids as it was the adults. A great experience! THE STAFF: I have never run into the old lady that the last person mentioned, and all the staff have been very nice. I've always had a great experience. read more

The birthday parties here are awesome! It is easy to keep track of all the kiddos because it is only your party in the bounce room! No other random kids running around, which not many other party places offer. Parents even came up to me and commented how nice that was and how safe it seemed! The party is stress free too because you get a couple party helpers who help things run smoothly, set everything up, and keep things on schedule! They serve up all the food and write down the gifts that were and do all the clean up! They even take pictures you can purchase at the end. I seriously just got to play with the kids, talk with the parents and enjoy the party! Best birthday party experience we have ever had. I have to say that BounceU is really just great. I love that they allow adults to go on the equipment with their children. They have now put in more bounce houses and they rotate them so if you visit often you don't get bored of the same things. They have plenty of party spaces so if you have a birthday coming up, come here. My kids and I have really enjoyed the experience with BounceU. They do allow you to close the doors so if you have a little one you're worried may escape no problem.( I stated as a slight concern in my last review) We are moving and will definitely miss this place. read more

Me and my family went to BounceU for my nephew's birthday party. When I got there, I was immediately greeted, and they took all the stuff I was carrying to a safe place, including two big ol cakes. So we're starting off great right outta the gate. The rest of my family showed up, and were greeted and we were ready to go. Now, my nephew is on the Autism Spectrum, and is very non-verbal, but a whole lot of fun. Before we could go in, there was another party in the room, and he took off, running into their party. I understand the need for privacy, but he's just a little boy. The dad in the room was your typical asshole, not realizing that my child could possibly be special needs, and said something rude to him, can't remember what, I explained that he was on the spectrum, and just got an eye roll. I have a membership for my two kids and have been coming for a month without any problem and the kids were having so much fun. Today one of the employees named Emma was very rude and the "owner" was there and gave her the reason so I guess they don't care about the customer. I have recommended this place to my friends but I will not recommend a place we're the owner doesn't care about his costumers anymore. read more

Kids crawling and jumping and bouncing and sliding and running off their energy ... all for relatively cheap. Ummm...yes, please. We took my little guy to his cousin's birthday party here when he was just shy of his 18 month birthday. I thought for sure he'd be too young to actually partake in the fun, but he LOVED it. And since it's all big enough for the adults to come with, you can hold the hand of a shy or nervous little one until they get comfortable on their own ... or until you get tired because, in case you forgot from the days of your youth, bouncing can be a heckuva workout. Surprisingly, the staff was really helpful and engaged here. It's just a bunch of high school and maybe college kids - but they really seem to enjoy their job, which is not very typical for these types of places. We'll definitely do a party of our own here someday! read more

I've been here twice in the last 2 days and it is money well spent for kids to burn off energy especially when we have crappy weather here in Nebraska. I drive in from Fremont so it's not near but I get to do shopping after my kid gets his fill cause he's too tired to complain. Staff is friendly, facility is clean and supervision is adequate for a place this size. Will definitely spread the word to friends and fellow FB peeps about Bounce U. My kids love this place to unreasonable levels and it's a good place to run off some energy. They sleep like babies after some time here. The place is always clean, the staff walking the rooms are basically useless and do nothing, the non-teenage blonde woman working the counter is always nice and let us use a birthday room for lunch once, which was cool of her. Too many parents who come here use the place as a pseudo babysitter and just sit on their phones while there kids act like maniacal monsters. This is where the staff could step in and help but never do. The price is good too considering that the trampoline parks in town are nearly double that price. I have to agree with another review on here and say that the place is basically not open on the weekends which sucks. So if you work Monday - Friday good luck getting in with you're kids. My childrens uncle and aunt have been wanting to go here with them but they only come in town on the weekends and have never been able to go. Overall it's a great time at a reasonable price, I just wish it was really open on the weekends. read more

My husband and I had grand parent detail for the Christmas holiday vacation from school. We decided to take them to this venue. The front end whose name was Paige. (It would not surprise me that she used a phony name.) was rude and that is being polite. We had never been here. We arrived at 9AM and were directed to the key pads at the side to check in. They were closed. When I asked for assistance she quickly took the pad and opened it and gave it back to me. I attempted the checkin process without too much success when I asked again she told me "use the keyboard". "Really". My husband and I are both educated retired adults and at the least expect to be treated with dignity and respect. If I had a business that I relied on the public for my existence I would try to hire people who had a basic understanding of dealing with the public. I understand in our world today that finding good employees is a hardship. A reprimand if not a dismissal would be a good place to start with this employee. I am sorry I cannot give you establishment a better rating because my grand kids did enjoy themselves. My husband and I did not. I am sure we will not be back but will choose somewhere else to spend our entertainment dollars. read more

If you're looking for somewhere to take any kid under the age of six in order to wear out all of the crazy, bundled up energy that they have somehow attained, then this is the perfect place for you. There were at least seven different bounce houses, one being out of commission, for all sorts of barbaric rough housing. In order to create a level of expectation for you, I have concocted a list of things that I liked and disliked. Liked: They allow the parents to go into the bounce houses with their children. The staff is very nice. The cleanliness is overall kept. Disliked: During the summer time, it is really warm and humid inside and everyone gets sweaty and gross. There was no real involvement from the staff during free play, as in there was a lack of mediation for the parents if two children were to hurt each other. Where most patrons were very kind and patient, there were a few that were rude. There weren't any designated bounce houses for the smaller bouncers. In the end it was a fun time, but as I stated before, it's mostly a place to take a child under the age of six. read more

Our daughter wanted amazing pizza machine but they were way too expensive so we decided to use Bounce U as a compromise. This place did not feel like a compromise. As soon as my daughter walked through the door they treated her like a superstar! She felt so special when they were excited to have her birthday. Ray and the other girl (feel bad I can't remember her name) were the best! They didn't just monitor the kids they played and entertained them. The girl was going through the obstacle course with the kids and Ray was in the ball pit throwing balls with the kids. The bubbles was a huge hit when we went to the second bounce room. The thing I loved about this place is everything was taken care of. From greeting the guest to collecting the presents, cutting and serving the cake and even writing down the list of presents and who they were from was all done by BounceU. They even took photos for us and had them displayed on a tv while the kids ate. I love that we just got to show up and enjoy our daughters birthday instead of being stressed out making sure everyone was happy. Every parent kept saying "this place has the best parties!" We are definitely using them again!!!!!!! read more

Bad idea for planning a birthday party on a hot summer afternoon! Party rooms are hot! There is no air conditioning or ventilation in the party rooms. The window side bounce room is also super hot and you have to pay extra for the hurricane machine to cool you off! There are no boxing gloves/helmets as advertised. It would entertain young children, but not likely to entertain teenagers or even young adolescents. There are no outlets to plug in chargers or anything extra you may want to bring. They do not allow you to decorate the rooms prior to the party. The supplied plates and cups are plain white paper plates and cups that are not at all festive. Overpriced for the birthday parties. Worth the money for open jump for the little ones. read more

I enjoy taking my kids to Bounce U. For the most part the prices are pretty good. Kids have energy especially mine and this is a good place to have them burn that energy. The only thing you may have to be careful of is kids can get rug burns pretty easy on the bounce equipment. read more

I AM DISGUSTED BY THE STAFF AT THIS PLACE. Until my most recent trip, I have always had a pleasant experience at Bounce U. The older woman with dark hair, working the front desk (didn't catch her name) was so incredibly rude I will not be going back. My son and I came with a a few other children and their mothers. I left my phone in my car, so my son (under the watchful eye of my friend) continued to play while I went to the car to get my phone. The rude woman at the desk, stopped me and said " NO! UH-UH! YOU CAN'T LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE." I informed her of what I was doing, told her my child was not being ABANDONED and I was there with another mother. She then had to the nerve to say "Really? You sure? Who?" I understand that there are plenty of other parents who may try to drop their children off, however who does she think she is to imply a paying customer was doing that. As a very attentive, watchful and concerned mother I AM BEYOND OFFENDED BY THIS STAFF MEMBER. I did notice she was as sweet as can be while on the phone discussing reserved bounce times with customers. Other parents out there- there are two other similar bounce centers in Omaha, I would HIGHLY recommend taking your money and children there. I hope this woman is not the owner- if she is, she is in desperate need of some people skills. read more

We held a party for both of our children here last month and opted to rent the building out for three hours. Our goal was to have a laid-back party where our children and their friends could bounce until tuckered out. Needless to say, that goal was met and everyone in attendance, both adults and children, enjoyed themselves! The party coordinators did a stellar job announcing when food was available and brought out some party extras, such as the bubble machine, inflatable bowling pins, a type of piñata that involved keys, and party favors for the kids. The rest of the staff did great behind the scenes, ensuring everyone was checked in and waivers completed, making sure the extra food that we brought stayed refrigerated or warm until ready for consumption. I can honestly say that this was one of the few times where we had zero complaints with a venue and everyone walked away elated! I really don't have much other experience with bounce places, but compared to another on in Papillion, we were pleased with our visit. The front desk girl was very friendly. There was a party going on in the room next door, but it did not intrude on the open bounce night experience. Staff was circulating and visible, and parents were monitoring their children (as opposed to another bounce location we've been to). Lots of room between the bouncers and there was something for all ages. We have a 2 and 3 year old and didn't have to worry about them being run over by other kids. We would return. read more

This has traditionally been a favorite place for my now 8-year-old and his friends to play, but the franchise recently changed owners. I was not happy to learn when we went there the other day that the prices have gone up and the service has gone down. Way down. I showed up with two boisterous boys who were ready to play, but was told to sign myself in on one of two laptops. This meant entering the information for my son and his friend on a confusing site while the attendant watched me struggle. She wouldn't just help and sign us in. When I finally navigated through and entered all our information, while the kids are running around and anxious to get in the play area, I STILL had to give the attendant our info verbally and pay her. What a waste of time! Not to mention, the prices went up quite a bit. I had been searching Groupon for days and weeks previously, where they used to offer deals and discounts, but there was nothing. It was nearly $20 for 2 kids for open bounce for a couple hours. They used to have a coffee pot at the front offering $1 bottomless cup for parents, but that was gone. We went in to play and I soon learned the lady at the desk was the only one working that day. On previous visits, there were always high-school and college-age kids/employees roving the room for safety, rule enforcement, and interaction with the kids. At one point I saw an older gentleman emerge from the "Employees Only" door, who I would guess is the new owner. He did not interact or even smile at the customers or the kids, but soon went back in. Sad that one of our formerly favorite places has gone downhill so fast. It was a disappointing afternoon, especially in light of how terrific the previous owner, staff and atmosphere used to be. read more

I attempted to use my Yelp vouchers for my son's birthday party, but was only credited $40 for two vouchers rather than their $50 value. I have left two messages during business hours, but have been unable to speak with anyone regarding this issue. Overall service for the party was decent. There was some confusion when two of my guests brought uninvited siblings and I was charged for them. When I brought this up they did take it off of the final bill. Also, we had a man and his two sons come in to our private bounce session and stayed until we moved to the party room. I am not a very confrontational person and did not want to ask him to leave myself, and could not find staff to assist (they were setting up the party room I believe). Staff also lost track of time and I had to remind them to switch rooms, so we spent 45 min in one room and only 15 in the other. Otherwise, staff did a fantastic job entertaining the kids as everyone arrived, serving the cupcakes, facilitating the gift opening, and cleaning up. I would probably have another party there. read more
