On the whole, we had a positive experience at altitude. Some of it probably had to do with the fact that we went on a Monday afternoon and not a weekend so the place wasn't swamped. The trampolines and play areas are kept very clean with no debris or visible staining or wear. Things seem to be in good shape, and the facility didn't smell when I walked in, which is saying something. I appreciated the different duration options which ranged in price, and it didn't cost me anything to just supervise my child as he jumped. A couple areas of improvement... there was only one person working there that I could see. When I arrived, there were two or three other families ahead of me buying tickets, so it took quite a long time, probably close to 20 minutes, for us to stand there and wait to be helped. The gentleman was very kind and provided good customer service, but it was just him. It was really mostly noticeable because I had a very eager kid, jumping up and down next to me while we waited. The women's bathroom needs a little TLC as well. There was one stall out of order and another didn't have a lock on the door and another was out of toilet paper.

It's a fine establishment, could be cleaner, but what do you expect when you have 200 kids running around. I see reviews about how people don't like it here, but you got to ask yourself... did you kids have fun? I look around and see nothing but smiling, laughing faces.. until it's time to go home , then those same faces turn to frowns. That's gotta say something! We bring our grand daughter here and she loves it. Tires her out and she always makes friends! We bought her a yearly membership, this way she can come whenever she wants. It looks like they are addressing the staffing problems and putting more of the younger staff in with the bouncers.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a trampoline park ran by teenage kids . No complaints, the kids love it. It's quite fun. It smells like feet but it's an indoor playground I don't know how they could sanitize the equipment, however they have hand sanitizer in every corner of the establishment. Very laid back. Lots to do, fun for hours. No problems with staff they check you in quickly and turn you loose.

Security guard armed with combat knife, baton and gun.

This is a fine trampoline park, a little run down but reasonably priced. I will never be back, however, due to the heavily armed security guard milling around amongst the kids. He is there Friday, Saturday and Sundays only. I was told this was due to 2 mass shootings at the nearby mall a few years ago and some unruly parents. Do mass shootings only happen on weekends? Is this guy planning on shooting the unruly parents? After asking why he needs to patrol around the jumping area, I was told he interacts with the kids up there. With his plainly visible handcuffs, knife, baton and gun. The manager's words to me were "the gun is not going to hurt anyone, don't worry." Absolute stupidity.

Broken window/security guard for a Fri night. Dk if this should make me feel safer...or not.

We had a blast and the employees were so helpful! It's awesome that they have a separate arcade area! We'll definitely be back soon!

It honestly didn't seem like there was an attempt to make it look like they had tried. Stickers and garbage were inside the tunnels, ball pit balls had odd things stuck to them and a large portion of them were broken and just left in there. By the time my daughter was done with her two-hour play time her socks that were brand new were covered in who knows what and a completely different color. I feel like some better policies need to be put in place to keep this establishment clean and healthy for its patrons. I also didn't love sending my smaller child into the jungle gym play structure. There is no visibility in a large portion of the area so you have no idea where your child is and it made me nervous that larger kids were roughhousing without regard to the smaller ones. No one was saying anything to help keep everyone safe, which was a bummer. Lastly, I'm sure that teens are their normal demographic for staffing but maybe a no cell phone policy would do some good? Many staffers were locked in on their phones vs. paying attention to the safety of the children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I came here for a birthday party over the weekend. A 10am spot and it was a madhouse! But,…read morerespectfully, I imagine that place is busy from open to close! Parking is kind of nuts, and you have to cross a very busy entrance so keep any eye on the kiddos. Inside, we had a special birthday room to house our things and snacks, however there is a large "kiddie court" where you can purchase food and drink. There are over 1 dozen areas of the kids to play from the first green space, to slides, to hills to roll down, arcade, mini rooms like childrens museum, trampolines, multi-story ropes and ninja like courses. It's a super fun place! My kids are 7-10 and they're a little older for everything, but I'd for sure come here more often with littles.

We are a big family (7 kids), and I just tried to book a play date online and they informed me my fees are now $140/month because they charge per child This family can't go anymore now. Also agree with the review about the sticky socks. We were made to buy more socks there because ours were urban air colors and not their colors. A sticky sock is a sticky sock. Why does it matter if it's blue or green? Forced to pay another $30 after being there for an hour and sent to the front desk over this matter. (We already bought Kipp socks prior and just didn't wear some of them that day)
