I came here for a birthday party over the weekend. A 10am spot and it was a madhouse! But, respectfully, I imagine that place is busy from open to close! Parking is kind of nuts, and you have to cross a very busy entrance so keep any eye on the kiddos. Inside, we had a special birthday room to house our things and snacks, however there is a large "kiddie court" where you can purchase food and drink. There are over 1 dozen areas of the kids to play from the first green space, to slides, to hills to roll down, arcade, mini rooms like childrens museum, trampolines, multi-story ropes and ninja like courses. It's a super fun place! My kids are 7-10 and they're a little older for everything, but I'd for sure come here more often with littles. read more

In general a great experience - the complaint is it can get really busy, and with kids of all ages (1- probably 8-10), it can be overwhelming for the younger kids. They have also recently changed their pricing structure (I think likely 2xing the cost), so i don't know if that will lead to less people/it being less busy? read more

Took my boys to Kipp today. Overall pretty cool place. Now my boys are 9 and 11 1/2 . It's almost geared for 9 yrs old and below. Feel Like 12 and above are a tad old for Kipp. I liked that there was plenty of seating for parents. Actually love to self serve kiosk snack bar / coffee. Sadly the coffee machine was down today. They have trampolines, slides, indoor playground. On website it says zip lines but there wasn't any there. Great place though for young kids. read more

Talk about amazing indoor play place! KIPP truly has it all: Trampolines, slides, huge jungle gyms, turf, pretend play, and even an arcade! To top it all off, a large parent area with coffee and snacks to relax while the kids burn off their energy. Individual day passes can be purchased if you want to try it out, but they make a membership worth your while with all that's offered here. Their reusable socks are required to purchase for $3 to ensure safety and a waiver must be signed as well before you can play. Lastly, an online time slot is required to book before you can play to keep them at their capacity. I highly recommend if you have kids to check out KIPP for your next play session! read more

What a bull crap business! We were OG members, like literally day 3 of them opening. It was $40/month. We are a big family (7 kids), and I just tried to book a play date online and they informed me my fees are now $140/month because they charge per child This family can't go anymore now. Also agree with the review about the sticky socks. We were made to buy more socks there because ours were urban air colors and not their colors. A sticky sock is a sticky sock. Why does it matter if it's blue or green? Forced to pay another $30 after being there for an hour and sent to the front desk over this matter. (We already bought Kipp socks prior and just didn't wear some of them that day) read more

This indoor playground is one of the best I've been to & as a toddler mom I've been to a lot. The membership is 100% worth the money. The staff is so friendly, the entire building is immaculate with staff cleaning & sanitizing constantly. They have monthly events for holidays that always come with a free goodie bags. Safety is 10/10 with staff constantly monitoring and gates to keep little ones away from the front door. I also recommend this place to homeschooling families and SAHM's. read more

Kipp is beyond amazing and so much fun for kids! They have so many amazing cool things to do. It pretty much a one stop shop. An arcade, trampolines, slides, play cafe, play grocery store, a snack area with snacks, coffee machine, icee machine, and drink vending machine, tiny teacups, rope climb area. This place legit has all the things for two hours of fun. We love it here and will definitely be back. With pictures next time!! read more

This place has gone way up in price since it opened. Why? There isn't anything new in this place. Not to mention, one of my kids had Urban Air sticky socks and they made us buy new Kipp socks because of their "policy." What a bunch of crap. Sticky socks are sticky socks, for trampolines. No where in the liability waiver does it mention socks, specifically Kipp socks. The girl at the front desk was rude about it. I hope my $3 keeps ya'll warm at night. They clean like every 15 mins. It's crazy but awesome!!! So your child always has toys in the little experience rooms. Love love ALL the seating for the parents. And the atmosphere is so chill. A fun place for kids and families. read more

I took my five year-old boy there today and it was a great day! Great place when the weather is bad outside. The staff was friendly and one particular employee Logan interacted with my son multiple times and kept a good eye on him. including giving him high five on the way out the door! read more

Despite wearing our own grippy socks we were forced to buy their over priced pairs. Blatant money grab since its for sanitation reasons when we can bring them back. Not more sanitary than what we were wearing. My 2 year old and 9 month old had sufficient socks. Forcing the adults to buy your socks as well when they had their own is a different kind of scummy money grab. Infant area was not large enough for her to accomplish anything she doesn't even walk so sure makes sense to force her to wear the over priced socks you forced us to buy when she came in her own Save your time and money and go somewhere that isn't trying to suck every last penny off of you. read more

Came across a low integrity business practice at this establishment. Was not made evident that you can only wear their socks, and had to buy them. Checked out on the site before going in, was informed later that it was posted in the FAQs, a section we didn't know we HAD to check. Once we entered the center we were told we needed to pay $3/pair for socks to enter the place we already paid to visit when we would've been fine buying them with the tickets and not getting hit with a last minute cost trap. During checkout it asked if we were new customers, and could've easily made any effort to warn us of this requirement that was not made evident at this point. Felt trapped spending $12, almost half of what we already paid, just to not have wasted the trip with my family, and it makes it feel intentional for this very reason. I'm not upset about the sock rule or having to buy them, but if they go out of their way to make you feel forced to pay more than you though, their honor and integrity comes into full question, and it became both hard to trust other aspects of the business, and desiring to spend more at a place that feels like they tried to scam us on purpose. It really feels like the information was only in the FAQs to say they warn people, but hidden enough to be easily missed so you would still come in. read more

This place was so clean! We took my two nephews and were a little worried about the cleanliness of the place, but were pleasantly surprised! The cleaning ladies never stopped cleaning and wiping down surfaces. The kids had so much fun running around and enjoying themselves. We loved how safe it was and it allowed them to run without us feeling like we had to be by there side at all times. The staff was very friendly, and making sure that everyone was following directions and staying safe! Would definitely recommend this place! read more

I would NOT recommend this place. Went today to take 9 yr old grandson, paid for him online under individual pass. When I got there to check in I was told I needed to $25 to sit and watch him. What a rip off. We turned around and left. We will never be back read more

Clean, security guard on duty, safe environment. There are tons of different activities for every age. My 4 year old had a blast!

Management likes to gaslight customers who ask to have a place without propaganda from the news. There is no need to have news on in a children's play space. read more
