From the first green space to slides, hills to roll down, an arcade, trampolines with basketball hoops, and a 3-story playground, there's something for everyone. Kids aged 6-12 would do well here; there's also a centrally located toddler area for parents with multiple age groups. Weekends and the adjacent parking lots can get quite busy, but the online system shows limited time slots due to its popularity.

WARNING ON URBAN AIR SUMMER MEMBERSHIP:…read more I signed my two children up for a summer membership which explicitly stated that it would roll into a month to month membership at the end of summer. During the summer, I had trouble with my online account (new system on their end) and sent them an email. In the email, I stated that I wanted to cancel the membership now instead of waiting until the end of summer. They responded stating that they could not do that but would follow up with an email to all of their customers about summer cancellations. They did in fact send a cancellation email on August 6th. I immediately filled out said form which was several weeks before my summer membership would expire and roll into a month to month. On September 8th, I was then charged for a monthly membership for my two children. I went to my account online which showed the membership had rolled from summer into month to month. I sent a message from their portal asking them to refund as I had clearly filled out the cancellation form and gotten a confirmation email (which I have a picture of). They did not respond. I sent an email with a picture of the cancellation form and asked them to refund the extra charge. They responded with "we hate to see you go, your membership is good until October 7, 2026." I responded (very heated after this third interaction) with "that is an absolutely unacceptable response and you will be refunding the charge or I will be contesting the transaction and taking this to the Attorney General and the BBB" - paraphrased, full conversation attached. They responded that they don't deal with threats and would no longer respond to me. It's not about the 32 dollars. This is the third year running that Urban Air has overcharged and then pretended there were no issues. I'm tired of them scamming their customers. I did put in a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General at this point. And I'll be contesting the transaction as soon as it shows as no longer pending on my account.

I think they have thought of every detail, including a mother's room, awesome work spaces for parents, snacks available to purchase, and free (good quality) coffee for parents. There are so many cool things for kids to play with: costumes, sensory activities, books, magnatiles, etc. I like that they have a maximum number of kids per session, so it doesn't get too crowded or unsafe. They also leave time between sessions to thoroughly clean. I am so impressed by Playful Pines, and I've recommended it many times since my visit.

I mention that to emphasize: this was our FAVORITE one. Ages of our kiddos - 6, 5, 1. It had something for all three of them to enjoy, but the environment for the parents was the WINNING spectacle for me. You shouldn't expect this to be a spontaneous drop-in, because they do abide by 2-hour play sessions, booked ahead of time... but it is so worth it. The 'crowd' was so manageable - way less chaotic and loud and rambunctious and overstuffed than another play cafe in town. The noises are buffered well by all the soft surfaces, and they had little nursing corners for new mamas and plenty of space for parents to sit and work/chat outside the play space, and IN it if you wanted. The thing that REALLY sold me here was the staff and hospitality. An hour into the play time, one of the young women running the desk actually joined the bigger kids and played alongside them. At some point, a kid fell and bumped his head, and she immediately went and grabbed an ice pack without prompting. They also have a stash of wipes/pull ups/diapers/cream etc just in case you run out while you're on site. Now that is just plain genius. We will happily return. Job well done!

One can race to those and then bounce through several trampolines to reach the last available. Several kids did exactly that. Also a dodge ball-style set of trampolines. There are more, yet I cannot recall their specifics. Parking is easy enough. It's got a large enclosed lot. Well worth bringing your young family and friends to enjoy!

The food they make onsite is actually pretty good instead of the usual cardboard fare you can get @ places similar to this. Now they have the cool chill Patio side where the parents can relax with some awesome margaritas or other drinks. One of thr owners was actually onsite adding some nice greenery to the patio area doing an great job of it. Besides street parking there is a small parking garage right across the street with various spots. FYI There is a fire department right down the street so if you have noise sensitivity be aware of that if outdoors.
