This was a great way for my daughters (age 11 and 8) to burn off some energy over Christmas break…read more It is a little pricey ($29 for the Platinum Attractions), but I personally feel the Deluxe Attractions is a winner at $20. If the ropes course was a draw for a higher level package, it was a little disappointing. The overall age range was a little younger - under 8, but there were plenty of kids in the 10 - 12 grouping and even a few teenagers. We didn't get anything to eat, but there was ample seating available if you wanted to hang out while the kids ran around. Both my kids had a great time and want to go back.

It honestly didn't seem like there was an attempt to make it look like they had tried. Stickers and garbage were inside the tunnels, ball pit balls had odd things stuck to them and a large portion of them were broken and just left in there. By the time my daughter was done with her two-hour play time her socks that were brand new were covered in who knows what and a completely different color. I feel like some better policies need to be put in place to keep this establishment clean and healthy for its patrons. I also didn't love sending my smaller child into the jungle gym play structure. There is no visibility in a large portion of the area so you have no idea where your child is and it made me nervous that larger kids were roughhousing without regard to the smaller ones. No one was saying anything to help keep everyone safe, which was a bummer. Lastly, I'm sure that teens are their normal demographic for staffing but maybe a no cell phone policy would do some good? Many staffers were locked in on their phones vs. paying attention to the safety of the children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I think they have thought of every detail, including a mother's room, awesome work spaces for parents, snacks available to purchase, and free (good quality) coffee for parents. There are so many cool things for kids to play with: costumes, sensory activities, books, magnatiles, etc. I like that they have a maximum number of kids per session, so it doesn't get too crowded or unsafe. They also leave time between sessions to thoroughly clean. I am so impressed by Playful Pines, and I've recommended it many times since my visit.

I mention that to emphasize: this was our FAVORITE one. Ages of our kiddos - 6, 5, 1. It had something for all three of them to enjoy, but the environment for the parents was the WINNING spectacle for me. You shouldn't expect this to be a spontaneous drop-in, because they do abide by 2-hour play sessions, booked ahead of time... but it is so worth it. The 'crowd' was so manageable - way less chaotic and loud and rambunctious and overstuffed than another play cafe in town. The noises are buffered well by all the soft surfaces, and they had little nursing corners for new mamas and plenty of space for parents to sit and work/chat outside the play space, and IN it if you wanted. The thing that REALLY sold me here was the staff and hospitality. An hour into the play time, one of the young women running the desk actually joined the bigger kids and played alongside them. At some point, a kid fell and bumped his head, and she immediately went and grabbed an ice pack without prompting. They also have a stash of wipes/pull ups/diapers/cream etc just in case you run out while you're on site. Now that is just plain genius. We will happily return. Job well done!

I hosted my daughter's 10th birthday party at this facility based on a coworker's positive…read morerecommendation. We booked the VIP package for a group of 15 guests, expecting an elevated experience. Unfortunately, the visit was extremely disappointing due to the facility's poor cleanliness and lack of available amenities. Upon arrival, the bathrooms were in unacceptable condition: a bloody maxi pad was on the floor, multiple toilets had smeared feces, and toilet paper was scattered everywhere. Children were entering the restroom in socks and then returning to the trampolines, tracking the mess throughout the facility. The staff appeared to be mostly teenagers. They were polite and our party host was friendly, but the overall support was minimal. Although our reservation was for 2.5 hours, we were reminded that our time was up--even though the five pizzas we ordered through the facility were not ready on time, delaying our ability to serve the kids. Despite their delay, we were still told we needed to wrap up our bill promptly. The VIP package was purchased specifically for the ICEEs, the free Mini Melt for the birthday child, and the included birthday gift. However, upon arrival, we were told to bring our own cake cutter because the facility was low on supplies. Shortly after, our host informed us that the ICEE machine had been broken for several days. We were offered ice cream or snacks instead, but even those options were extremely limited due to inventory shortages and we did not receive those due to the limited quantity of snacks, instead they got a small limited choice of soda due to majority of the soda being out too. Additionally, the Mini Melt for the birthday child was unavailable because they were out of stock. It is difficult to understand how the facility can charge premium prices for birthday packages, advertise certain amenities, and then fail to provide the items included in those packages. The "free gift" for the birthday child turned out to be a pair of socks--the same socks every guest receives--making the advertised bonus feel misleading. Overall, this was the worst birthday party experience I have encountered. The level of false advertising and lack of basic facility maintenance is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for specific package features that are not provided.

The staff are only for entrance and payment on exit. The facility is clean and well kept. There are many trampolines with wood floors around them (much less concern for someone falling to injury). There are also several more difficult trampolines for the adventurous, like the ones at an angle on the far wall. One can race to those and then bounce through several trampolines to reach the last available. Several kids did exactly that. Also a dodge ball-style set of trampolines. There are more, yet I cannot recall their specifics. Parking is easy enough. It's got a large enclosed lot. Well worth bringing your young family and friends to enjoy!
