We love sky zone! Even though trampoline parks make me nervous with their waivers and injury protocols, we have a great time here. We come often for birthday parties which are always really fun. This facility is always really clean and well maintained. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful with all things and parties are always such a hit! We have only ever been for a party actually and never a free jump. There are a ton of cool things to do and play with or on and keeps kids entertained for hours. We were here for a nephews birthday party for this visit. Our kids have an absolute blast at Skyzone. Usually around the dodgeball area, zip line or large trampoline area. The staff is friendly and attentive and the location is spacious so it doesn't feel cramped with all of the kids playing. read more

Trampoline park was perfect for older kids I had my daughter birthday party here 2023 and we had an awesome time. The staff was helpful and even though it was so many kids the staff kept their composure. The party discount was helpful so please look online for discounts prior to going. Because it was a Saturday and very crowded we couldn't find parking right of way which made us late the staff was understanding and we did not lose any party time I do recommend going early to avoid any mishaps. read more

We've been to sky zone before but we have never been to the one in Omaha. We went for little leakers time which is for kids 5 and under and our boy loved it. It's so nice not to have to worry about big kids. Added bonus, the music is awesome. I was jamming to Encanto and Frozen jams all morning. There are so many different areas for the kids to go to. A family friend was having his son's 10th birthday party here, and my daughters were excited to participate. There's definitely been some changes, since we were last here. It seems that they have reduced the party room area, for more tramp space. Unfortunately, this makes the party rooms EXTRA cramped (especially when you have 15 kids at the party). There were two, incredibly nice, hostesses that did a great job of keeping everything in order. They ensured that the kids transitioned from the tramps, to the rooms & made sure the food was brought and ready to be disbursed. Saturday's are their busiest time, so it was extremely crowded. Overall: Really good tramp park (9/10) for a family outing. Definitely not spaced for a kids bday party. read more

I dare you to jump on a trampoline and not immediately smile. Go ahead. It is the most fun thing, really truly. Right up there with roller skating and swinging really high at a play ground. I swear I am a grown up, but I really really love trampoline parks; it may be why I decided to have children, so it is socially acceptable to head to these tramp parks. But enough about me... I've been to a few in Omaha and I think sky zone is my favorite. It's much more spacious and has the best open layout. There's more than just trampolines and basketball hoops. There's zip lining, trapeze jumping, mosh pits and then the hoops and dodgeball. There's something for everyone. There's plenty of parent space to stand back and watch too. Did I mention they have the fancy massage chairs with full vantage point of the park. At first thought I think ugh, how can we really be here for an hour but as the final minute in my session ends I wish we did 90 minutes. My only gripe is that age for "kid" is 3 and I think it should 4-5. Otherwise pricing is fair and they do have occasional specials. It's also centrally located. read more

We love coming here with my 5 year old during the little leaders 5 and under times. Another time we came as a family and my daughters back started to hurt 20 minutes into our 2 hour time. Rick the manager said he wasn't able to exchange our 2 hour for the 1 hour tickets, but he did give us card for free time the next time we came in. This might have been the highlight of my 7-year-old grandchildren's visit to Nebraska. Originally bought their tickets on Groupon (buy 1, get 1). She spent her time doing flips into the foam zone; he preferred dodgeball. We did have to purchase special "sky socks" to use at the facility. You get to keep them so kids who live in the area and have an opportunity to visit repeatedly can re-use their socks. We only stayed for an hour so didn't buy snacks/drinks which are (as expected) are pricey. Great place to burn off some energy, and get a little exercise. read more

Very clean! The man at the counter was super helpful to explain the different options to buy a monthly membership or a little leapers pass for our 3 year old. He even said if bigger kids get too rowdy for him they would rope off a section just for the little kids. I thought that was very nice. First time going up I worried that meant things could get crazy up there but that was not the case at all. We had a great time and the kids were not out of control at all. Unlike trashy old Altitude, this place actually has working lockers for a quarter and hand sanitizer. I'll never go to altitude again after discovering this place. The parents can actually go up and sit around the perimeter and watch their kids...without buying jump socks. Shocking! I can't say enough about how much better this place is than Altitude. read more

We take our kids here frequently to get rid of their energy. It's usually busy with all the tables taken and a steady stream of customers. You can make reservations online before your come so check that out. Make sure if you're just watching you bring a jacket because it's FREEZING! Great for the jumpers but so cold for the parents. You have to buy socks specially from them but once you do you can rewear them each time. You can also bring in your own water. This is great since the drinking fountain hasn't worked since COVID and the kids get really thirsty during jumping. They do sell water but cheaper to BYO. Staff is friendly and we've never had any issues. Make sure you fill out a waiver for each child BEFORE you come so you don't have the kids waiting while you complete the forms. Worker that goes by "Imagine Dragons", but i'm pretty sure his name is Lane, NEEDS a raise or promotion. This man does his job absolutely amazing. He makes good conversations with the jumpers, enforces all the rules, and is overall just an amazing person. When 2 kids fell on top of each other and doing inappropriate actions he immediately broke it up and did called them both "Among us imposters" and calling them "sus." Very good place the only thing my children complained about was the foam pit fuzz getting into their eyes. They wanted it to be switched to a different material that wouldn't break is easy or even some thing like urban air's foam pit. But overall, this place is better in some cases than urban air and I would definitely take my kids back. read more

We have purchased 3 month passes and even a year pass and are very happy with Sky Zone. The owner is great and my kids get off their electronics and burn calories. I recommend buying the passes. It has been money well spent. We drive the 7 miles regularly. read more

45 minute wait in line to check in even after you've previously paid online and filled out the waivers. I suggest you arrive 45 minutes before your allotted arrival time because your jump time will not be extended even though you had to wait! read more

We had such a pleasant experience at Sky Zone! We are so thankful for the hard working employees that help keep the kiddos safe. There was one particular employee that really stood out to us. When I need to remind my nephews & niece that I am the cool aunt, I take them to Sky Zone. It's fun for them and burns all of their energy so I can take them back to their mom and it turn remind her why I am her fav sister. Works out for all of us :) You pay by the hour and are given a wristband that coordinates with when you came in, so you can't try and sneak in extra time. I think that is fair. You also have to wear special "Sky socks" to use the facility. They come in a range of sizes and can be bought for $2 a pair. The staff is minimal and 90% bored teenagers who can care less what is going on around them. The facility has free all jumping trampoline floors, basketball, a dodgeball area and a foam pit. I took 2 preteens and a 5 year old and we had a great time. They also offer a concession area with overpriced drinks and snacks. Don't waste the money, venture into the L shopping center across the street after for treats. All in all, this is a good place to burn excess kid energy off and be reminded of your own mortality the next morning when you wake up sore beyond all reason. read more

I am here now with my kids. They are having a great time! I've noticed a couple of things... 1) There are employees who are constantly watching the kids. It tells me that they care about safety. 2) I'm watching the manager constantly clean the tables where people can sit and eat. He's making the chairs orderly too. I totally appreciate that! Fun place, highly recommend if you have young kids who need something to do on a rainy day. Or if you're a kid at heart and want to remind yourself that you're too old and out of shape. Prices are reasonable, you have to buy "skysocks", if you don't have them, for $2. We've been to Defy Gravity & the only reason we chose Sky Zone was because they have the foam pit & DG doesn't. I would've said we had a great time if it weren't for the teen staff who throw attitude & dirty looks at you every chance they can. I understand, they're teens, but they're now in the work field. Be rude & snotty to your friends, but not a paying customer. The front desk staff member was high as a kite, and the rest were standing around in groups talking or staring off into space. I mean seriously, one of the workers had a massive hickey on the side of her neck.. what a great thing for the young kids to see! My advice- go to Defy Gravity. Went here last night for our friend's kid's b-day party and had an absolute blast. I think the adults had even more fun than the kids! There are different areas of the park, so you can switch things up if you want. There is a foam pit, basketball court, normal jumping areas and, my personal favorite, the dodge ball court. There aren't many socially acceptable situations where you can bean your friend's annoying kid with a ball, but this is one of them. My only tip, wear workout clothes. So we celebrated my daughter's birthday there this past week. The location is good and clean employee friendly. First I thought they did not have any massage chairs but I located them. My daughter and her friends had fun she was turning 17 So we did not reserve a party room. I just purchased 10 tickets for open jump. Only downfall since they are all teenagers I ordered pizza and it was just the frozen red Baron pizzas for $10 each. And they can only cook one pizza at a time. That's a little pricey for a red Baron pizza when I could get three for 10 or fourfor 10 at the grocery store. I believe they have the Valentino's pizza as an option for parties. They should open that up to purchase without a party as well. Because trying to feed 10 teenagers on those red Baron pizzas was not enough I had to purchase three nachos and popcorn just to go with the pizzas. Overall they enjoyed themselves but at the end it was a little bit pricey for the additional food I had to purchase. read more

I have been to similar establishments in the Southwestern US and by comparison this place has all the spontaneity and fun of a trip to the Dept of Motor Vehicles. However well you adhere to the posted rules the teen attendants will make up more and more rules until you are left with nothing to do but wait around until your time is up. read more

Not one to usually write reviews, but I have to warn my fellow jumpers about Landon. Ok I have been there many times and usually everyone is so nice but Landon (he has glasses) was screaming at me and my friend the whole time. I mean just following us around and telling us we were breaking all these rules. I was of course very confused because no one else had ever seemed to mind, us just jumping, but no apparently, no jumping too high, no throwing the balls in dodgeball too hard, I have a wimpy arm mind you so it's not like I can ever throw that hard! No sitting to the side, you have to be jumping at all times or else -Landon- would come out of no where start screaming at us. My friend was wearing these general socks specifically for jumping, because we go to these jumping places all the time so you can see it's not convenient for us to buy new socks at every place we go to. He of course had an issue with that. Again none of the sky zone employees had ever had a problem with that before, except for ... you guessed it .. Landon ! The redeeming part of this whole story tho is this wonderful angel of a woman who must have seen Landon yelling at us, and took pity on us. She said I'm so sorry about Landon, and she comforted my friend and gave us the socks for free. Love her. read more

The product is so good but the service is terrible. It might be my expectations for customer service are unfortunately too high for today's world. I appreciate eye contact being made with me and maybe just maybe talking with the customer and asking if they need help. We stood in the wrong line for 5 minutes while 3 workers stood behind the counter talking and doing everything they could to not make eye contact. Once we figure out on our own thay we are in the wrong line the young lady at cash register is just there to take our money and give us socks. No small talk, no here's how this works and what you should do next. She literally handed us our socks and stickers and turned and left register. We figured out to put the stickers on and that each sticker even had the participants name on it. A little customer service training could go along way to over customer satisfaction. read more

Excellent experience! Staff was terrific - one girl sat and talked directly to our little kids so they understood the rules before their jump time. Manager was awesome and personally checked with us later to see if everything was OK! Can't wait to go back! Check in staff was excellent - suggested we wait until next start time (every 15 min.) to let kids get adjusted and to look around....Great advice - Kids had so much fun their parents are setting up a reward system for their chores - with this as the reward! Staff at each station was friendly and seemed to really enjoy the kids but were very attentive to keeping them safe. Parents were encouraged to watch and enjoy! I wish I could say good things. This is a disaster waiting to happen. I notified the manager on duty that multiple violations were happening, he did talk with a few people but within a few minutes, everything had gone back to the way it was before. Super disappointed that I felt my big kids were going to inadvertently hurt youngsters that shouldn't be in some areas. It seemed like a free for all. One child clearly wasn't even a walker and was allowed to crawl in a jump pit unsupervised while my 14 year old who's 5'11" is supposed to be jumping! We left rather then see the inevitable happen. read more
