I can't say enough positive things about this place. The layout is open with clear sight lines which is amazing if you actually want to have a coffee and relax for a bit while your kids play. You always have them in your sight so there's no stress. The staff is very friendly and on top of cleaning. The layout of the play area has so many things for the kids to play with including a full size playground and slide. Even if it's a bigger crowd, it doesn't feel overwhelming because there is so much to do and toys to play with. Impressively, the toys are in great shape too. 100/10. Would recommend to everyone with kids.

I love seeing more kid-friendly indoor play spaces opening up around the Omaha area! Chirpy's is a great addition to the Papillion area with all kinds of pretend play themed areas, a climbing tower with a slide, a crawler area for the little ones, and much much more! For the parents, they really thought of everything. Snacks, coffee, energy drinks, smoothies, even full-sized sandwiches too! The eating area and play areas are separate in order to maintain the cleanliness of the toys. Highly recommend their homemade, warm cinnamon roll-like croissant. As for the actual play times, Chirpy's does it differently. You book a two hour time slot to play (either online or drop in if not booked). Then the hour between each session gives the owners time to clean, reset and prepare for more kids to come play. Be sure to check their social media pages for updated time slots before coming in!

Theres plenty of seating near the cafe, in the play area and two clean bathrooms with diaper changing stations.

Just a heads-up: you won't start the course until your scheduled time. First, you get harnessed up and then watch a short safety video. To be honest, it felt a little overwhelming at first. After the video, the staff takes you to a practice area where they show you how to clip on and off correctly before sending you out to the main deck to choose your course. We started with the zip line course, which included eight zip lines. It was a little intimidating at first, making sure we knew exactly how to clip on and off, but after about 20 minutes we felt much more comfortable and confident. During our visit, we completed three courses and even repeated the zip line course because we enjoyed it so much. You get three hours to do as many courses as you'd like. Some of the obstacles were a bit challenging, but overall it was a fun and exciting experience--though definitely tiring! My daughter had a blast. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!

If the ropes course was a draw for a higher level package, it was a little disappointing. The overall age range was a little younger - under 8, but there were plenty of kids in the 10 - 12 grouping and even a few teenagers. We didn't get anything to eat, but there was ample seating available if you wanted to hang out while the kids ran around. Both my kids had a great time and want to go back.

It honestly didn't seem like there was an attempt to make it look like they had tried. Stickers and garbage were inside the tunnels, ball pit balls had odd things stuck to them and a large portion of them were broken and just left in there. By the time my daughter was done with her two-hour play time her socks that were brand new were covered in who knows what and a completely different color. I feel like some better policies need to be put in place to keep this establishment clean and healthy for its patrons. I also didn't love sending my smaller child into the jungle gym play structure. There is no visibility in a large portion of the area so you have no idea where your child is and it made me nervous that larger kids were roughhousing without regard to the smaller ones. No one was saying anything to help keep everyone safe, which was a bummer. Lastly, I'm sure that teens are their normal demographic for staffing but maybe a no cell phone policy would do some good? Many staffers were locked in on their phones vs. paying attention to the safety of the children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

When we checked in, we were the only ones participating in the private experience. The intern working there, I believe her name was Kara, was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining everything throughout the tour. This experience is advertised as an "interactive, hands-on experience," where you get to meet some animals that aren't included with general admission, such as the capybara, kangaroo, fox, porcupine, and raccoons. Most of the other animals can be interacted with during the regular experience, with the exception of the animals mentioned above and the wolfdog. The description states that the tour lasts 90 minutes, but we completed the entire experience in about 40 minutes. That may have been because it was just the two of us rather than a full group of six. As part of the safari experience, you're able to choose one animal to spend an additional 10-15 minutes with, and we chose the fox. I do wish they had mentioned at the beginning of the tour that the foxes tend to be skittish. Had we known that, we might have chosen a different animal for our extended interaction. They also provide a bucket of food so you can feed some of the animals during the experience. Overall, we definitely enjoyed spending time with the animals and learning more about them. However, in my opinion, the experience is priced way too high for what is included. While it was a fun and memorable visit, I personally don't feel it was worth the $125 per person cost.
