Super slow service...30 min wait...for eggs and pancakes ...while all surrounding tables were served in10 min. (Yes I was timing it). Order wasn't correct when it finally got to the table but by then we were afraid sending it back would be a longer wait. They're in a great location, there's lots of parking, they offer multiple different ways you can order their food and the service is pretty good. I would say most of the time my food and drinks are pretty good and service was pretty good too. I've ordered online as well and my food is always ready in a timely manner. My favorite dish to order is the Power breakfast quinoa bowl,Protein-packed quinoa, Italian sausage, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and tomatoes, kale, Parmesan and EV00. Topped with two basted cage-free eggs, and the A.M. superfoods bowl. I can order these numerous times and still be satisfied. One of the times I've come here they forgot to give me my drink order so after we finished our meals she gave it to me in a to go cup at no charge which was nice. The most recent time I've come here I ordered the power breakfast quinoa bowl and it came without the Italian sausage. It was disappointing when I first took a few bites because the salty taste from the sausage really balances out the sundried tomatoes and the mushrooms, I let the server know and it was brought out in a little portion cup. Overall First Watch is a great place to have lunch or breakfast if you're looking for a variety of menu options, including healthier choices. But just be aware that the servers and cooks may miss something every once in awhile so a kind reminder is always helpful. read more

The current management has no idea how to staff for a holiday. Additionally, after waiting for 35 minutes, we watched 3 parties who came in after we did, get seated before us, then we were told we were still 7 parties down on the list and it would be 20 minutes or more. I'm from out of town and my first time in Nebraska. Stumbled upon this place because I have a friend that lives here and she suggested this restaurant. Walking in, everything looks amazing! Love the interior, it's very barn farm. The service and staff is super friendly, greets you when you walk in and is sat down fast. When we ordered, the food comes out super fast, only took 5 minutes! I was super impressed and amazed at how fast it came out. The food tasted delicious! I highly recommend getting the BLT Benedict if you like bacon and hollandaise sauce. The best waffle I've ever had! The berry compote is added in with most of the waffles, pancakes or French toast and it's always 10/10. I always crave this place and the staff is always so attentive & nice! The hostess that's usually up front is always so bubbly and just a ball of sunshine to see when we come in! Great, friendly service and a fun place for breakfast. The food was okay. I got the Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy with Eggs. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Seasoned potatoes were incredibly salty. The biscuits were not good, not light and fluffy, and the gravy was also salty. Coffee is also on the weak side (but they leave the pot at the table so you can have as much as you want.) Plenty for one person easily with the corn, pan fried potatoes, cheese, eggs, avocado and seasoning. Overall very tasty and would recommend it. Our server didn't tend to us too much which was nice for conversation but not when you want refills. To start off the restaurant was nice, but it's not the type of restaurant I typically chose. My Bloody Mary was very good, and the fancy bacon piece was a nice touch. I went with something I usually don't get which was my fault. The summer menu peaked my interest, and I ordered the egg enchilada thing (can't remember the name). It was huge and full of meat, cheese, and a whole lot of other stuff. The fried potatoes were probably the best with the seasoning and the fresh fruit. Service was hit or miss because our server took our order, checked on us when we received our food, and delivered the check. My wife waited a while for a refill of water which was disappointing. We love to grab breakfast for lunch and First Watch - either this one or the one in Bellevue are usually a sure bet for a good meal. Unfortunately, that was not the case when we went to dine on a weekend. Service was okay, but our food this time was under par. I got the Classic Breakfast and asked for my eggs to be poached. They came out a little less than hard boiled. My wife's breakfast was simply, just some scrambled eggs and bacon with side of toast, but when the eggs come out and they are not scrambled -literally you had egg whites on one side and yellow on the other. I am not sure how they did it, but we took pictures. When we checked out and the cashier asked how my meal was, I said the cook got a bit carried away with preparing our eggs and rather than inquire as to the issue, the young man at the cash register totally ignored the comment and went on about his business. Parents brought me here as they are frequent and avid fans/customers. To start with the "handicapped" parking area wasn't shoveled so my mother wasn't able to get out of car safely. So we adapted and managed to get inside okay. Parents ordered one of the favorite dishes. I had the Traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs and pork sausage. The meals weren't served at same time. My mothers waffle wasn't even warm enough to melt butter. My meal was luke warm at best. My fathers was brought out about 5 mins later and it too was luke warm at best. Mom had her waffle remade since they didn't have a microwave. Was told it would be another 8-10 mins. Came out in five which was nice. So overall not a great experience. read more
