Beercade 2 is one of my favorite spots for a good night and good drinks! It houses all of my favorite things: a photo booth, plentiful seating, and pinball! The wall is lined with a variety of pinball machines, which are fun to play and even have cupholders for your drink. There are a number of arcade style games, and Mario Kart is a great one to challenge your friends to after a few of their delicious fruit beers. My boyfriend and I come to Beercade 2 all the time, so I can't believe I'm just now writing a review! We love it here--the beer selection is always amazing, with something new to try every time. It's also one of our go-to date night spots because it's just so much fun with all the arcade games. They definitely have some of our favorites, and we always have a great time playing games and trying different beers. The bartenders are always nice and helpful, which makes the experience even better. We usually visit earlier in the night when it's not too busy, so I can't speak for how packed it gets later on. I had a great time at Beercade 2. The layout and wall art / details are so well done. There is an awesome selection of a variety of pinball machines. I saw. A few I haven't seen at some other similar places I've visited. There's also plenty of classic, recognizable arcade games. There was one that ate my quarters, but all others were in good working condition. I did not have much interaction as far as service, since I just ordered one beer. I believe there are around 25 beers on tap. There's a solid selection of different types of beer. I would visit again if I'm in the area and recommend for both beer and game lovers. read more

This is one of my favorite spots. The vibes are just what you need for a Friday or Saturday night. The drinks are ok I don't really go for the drinks but the atmosphere is nice. The bartenders are friendly and bring cash for quarters because the games are short. There is decent parking if you get there early but on the weekends close parking maybe be hard to find. read more

We always love checking out arcades when we travel so we have been here a couple times as part of our stays in Omaha. Pinball is our favorite so it is great they have a large selection for about 50cents/play. But they have other games like classic video games, shooting games, and skee ball. I had not been to Beercade 2 yet (been to the OG Beercade in Benson only), until they held a Simpsons trivia that I and a group of friends attended. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to say the least! Beercade 2 is located in the Little Bohemia neighborhood, which is so neat to begin with. But when you walk into Beercade 2, your nerd heart will do a little dance with all the cool games and theming. The bar has a really awesome tile backsplash in a Mario theme, with the Beercade 2 name on it. There are wooden picnic table style tables at the front, and those fill up pretty fast when they're busy. They have booths more toward the back that look like arcade cabinets, but with leather seats and tables in the middle of them (and not wires and electronics like an actual arcade game LOL). There are murals above the wall of arcade games that feature several recognizable video game characters. Even the bathrooms are game themed, with Princess Zelda in tile at the women's restroom entrance and Link at the men's entrance. We were there around Christmas time and they also had gone all out decorating for the holidays, with icicles hanging everywhere and colorful string lights hung all round the bar. Aside from just being in the theming, they also have all the classic games for playing too. Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam, Space Invaders, Tetris, and more. They also have other style games like several pinball machines, Big Buck Hunter, DDR, and Skeeball (my fav!) The arcade games do operate the classic way - on quarters! But they do have a quarter machine on site, so don't worry about bringing your coin purse here. Their drinks are also on point, with about 30 rotating taps to choose from for beer. And if you're not a fan of beer, they also can do many mixed drinks. They don't serve food, but you're allowed to bring your own in (just no drinks, since they're a bar). Fizzy's is right across the street, so that's a no-brainer. Beercade 2 is an excellent counterpart to their Benson brother, and I highly recommend giving the newer Beercade family member a try! read more

Overall had an amazing night with the pin ball games and retro games, there was only one game that didn't end up working for me (forget which one) but every other one worked great! 10/10 recommend if you wanna have a chill fun time with some fun pinball games and others! read more

Beercade 2, unlike it's counterpart Beercade 1, isn't all its cracked up to be. After visiting Beercade 1 we expected friendly service, great drinks and fun times. Unfortunately, the only similarity are the games. The unfriendly bartenders really brought the mood down for us. This is the second Beercade (thus the 2) in Omaha. This one is on 13th street, south of the Old Market area by around 3 blocks just past the Union Pacific railroad overpass and near the Bohemian restaurant. They did this place nice. Learning from Beercade, they got a bigger place, which means MORE games and more classic fun. We grabbed a beer and mixed drink, and got to dropping some quarters! For games, they have a lot of classics, and a good number of fun pinballs that are more recent, as well as Iceball (which is a Skeeball derivative) to play. Half the fun we had was watching some people try to play that game! The place is kept clean, and they have someone at the door checking IDs, so make sure you have yours handy unless you are old enough that they can tell just by looking at you. This place is amazing!! They have a huge selection of beer on tap, tons of old school arcade games, and they're cheap! Most games aren't any more than $.50 to $1 to play, and the selection of games goes from pinball, ski ball, Mario Cart, and even NFL Blitz. It's a fantastic place to just go and spend a couple hours to have a great time on $20. And Little Bohemia is a great place to wander around, drink from several different spots, and grab some food. read more

This bar is super cute. OG video games everywhere. We were recommended the peach princess and it was phenomenal and soo cheap (4.95). It was worth it and the bartender Davis was awesome to us! He recommended a variety of drinks that suited out tastes, not to mention the vide variety of beer on tap. I wish we didn't have to pay for the games and there was more seating so that's why it's 4/5. But otherwise the drinks and atmosphere are awesome!!! read more

We went to play pinball and had a good time. The employees were friendly and helpful, the games are reasonably priced, they have an impressive selection of games, and every game we played was in good working order. The lighting was subdued... it was dark enough in the backof the establishment that we had difficulty seeing to play some of the more dimly-lit games... As for the games by the window, we couldn't play them because we couldn't see the screens due to the glare of the sunlight. But they would be fine at night. The only real downer was that it was about 5 degrees too warm inside; we left two hours earlier than we had planned, because we were all uncomfortable - dripping sweat. We liked this place a lot. I might try it again in the winter when it is colder. read more

Beercade in Benson has a sequel! Located in the heart of Little Bohemia, Beercade 2 is more open and airy than the original Beercade in Benson. They went a bit crafty here; the booths toward the back are constructed to look like hollowed out arcade game cabinets. How cool is that? What would Beercade be without Skeeball? Still don't know the answer to that one as this location has 3 of them. In addition, a large 4 player PAC MAN game where you can compete with your friends for bragging rights! A robust beer list adorns the flat screens above the bar showing you how much of each is left, based on the amount in the keg graphic (red and blinking means it's running low). From hearty stouts to intense sours they have a decent variety. If beer isn't your thing. mixed drinks are also available. Make sure to visit for happy hour which includes 4 quarters with your drink to get you on your way. Overall, a great place! read more

Love that this place exists. Arcades with robust pinball selection are a vital resource. Draft beer selection here is impossible to beat, and a bit tough to wade through. Bartender very helpful in sorting through choices. The big gap: absolutely no food. This is a great setting for beer and pinball, limited on other arcade options. But again, no food. Zip. As an adult, it's tough to justify, let alone set aside time for, a place where I can't also get a simple meal along with a great beer and pinball. I got one beer and $5 worth of tokens, but stopped at that point due to playing enough of the games there, and not needing another beer at that point without some food to justify a longer stay. read more
