Stopped here on a Tuesday night after getting some tacos next-door at the Taco Co. I'm not a huge beer drinker but the selection was very grand here. Lots of fun arcade games and pinball to be played. For a Tuesday night they had a pretty nice crowd in and out. Because I'm not a huge beer drinker, I really did appreciate the bartender letting me sample a couple before making my order. I definitely appreciated that. Had two drinks that night and found a nice booth by the window and both bartenders I encountered were very nice. I'll definitely go back here

We had a blast. Beercade had a free play day geared towards family. It was so much fun to play the arcade and pinball games with the littles. We will be back.

Happy 11th anniversary! Free game play all day today. Brought the kids in for their chance to beat mom at some skeeball, street fighter, and others. It's always a blast. Was surprisingly not as crowded as I expected with the promo of free play. Service at the bar was on pace with the crowd. Overall a good time!

One star missing because multiple games were broken. That being said, it's still very cool to see so many old school games in a pub setting. It's a great Benson location w/ a decent beer selection. Big tables and, if the basement is open, recommend to make a trek downstairs for more game options. There is a minibar down there as well and I've attended an event where we rented out that area, which was very cool as well. When I'm Benson, we generally make at least a stop at Beercade if not just make it the place to close out the night. Always a good time.

Want to feel like a kid again? Want to drink like an adult? Beercade is the place for you. I've come here half a dozen time with friends, and with co workers to "bond." I can't say a lot of relationships were built by crushing them in ski ball but, I think we all had a good time. Theres plenty of games for everyones taste. Speaking of taste, the beer on tap seems endless and is priced well. The bartenders are friendly and conversational. I love any excuse to come in to this place.

It's a beer place it's an arcade. It's Beercade!! This place takes pride not only in its plethora of throwback arcade games, but also their beer selection. If you like microbrews, this is your place. If you are more of a tall boy mainstream or cheap beer fan this is your place. What I really like is that they are conscientious about clean tap lines. It's amazing how a neglected line can significantly affect a beer's taste and not in a good way! The staff meticulously cleans the lines on a regular basis. This ensures that your pint from Stone or Bell's brewery taste their absolute best. One thing I wish Beercade had was snacks or light bites. I guess it makes sense they don't have these offerings because greasy smudges on pinball flipper buttons or game controllers would be kinda gross. Cheers, Beercade!!

Beercade takes me back to my childhood days, playing arcade games after school with my grandparents since they would pick me up from school and take me for a snack and a few arcade games. This nostalgia lives on in Beercade, a craft beer establishment that makes a night out more than just drinking. No real food here (popcorn anyone?) but some great beer choices and mixed drinks. They have all my favorite childhood games such as mortal combat, street fighter, pinball galore, pac man etc. You'll need some cash to exchange for quarters, and the machine only takes $1, $5. Alternatively you could come prepared with a roll of quarters or go to the basement for $3 all you can play for 3 hours. There are enough games down there to keep you occupied for 3 hours and you can even sit on a couch and play console games like Wii Mario cart with your friends on the big screen. There is a separate but smaller bar downstairs and it's own set of bathrooms. A very unique and fun concept for your inner child's night out. and DOG Friendly!

My kind of place. Nostalgic video game and beer!! Wish i could rent a room overhead. This was my first time coming to the new location and was nice to see one of the same bartenders from over a year ago. (Why have I not been to the new location sooner?) Happy hour is great and I ordered a pizza from down the street and had it in the new booths. Really great Idea. cant wait to go back and play some more old school games and some pinball.

Beercade throws you back to 90s arcades where pinball and Street Fighter was all the rage. The place is long and spacious, with ample room to have a drink at the beer or at a booth with enough social distancing. It is connected to St Andrews, the sport bar and share the same tab so you can back and forth. The bartenders are cool and they play random movies in the TV. The beer selection is ok. I think its not too long so as to confuse someone. The low light makes for a good ambience, though sometimes it can be a little too dark. Overall, nice watering hole to spend the night with a fine drink

Decided to give this place a try to see what the arcade room is all about…read more The place was clean and spacious, and my kid did have fun, but compared to Dave and Buster's, this place is just not worth it. You can find most of these games at Dave and Busters. The way their point system for games is set up is weird. Let's say a game is 1.5 points--that means they are taking $1.50 from your game card. Many games were 1.5 points, but there were quite a few that went up to 4. So paying $4 to play one game is outrageous and a rip-off, to say the least. At Dave and Buster's, they have a much better system, and your dollar goes a long way compared to this place. Also, some of the claw machines weren't working properly. People would win a toy, but the door wouldn't open to retrieve it. The staff was walking around, and I let them know. They said they were going to get someone, and we waited for maybe 10 minutes, but nobody showed up. I then decided to go find someone working at the shop, and she helped right away. Maybe we will come back and try the bowling and food, but when it comes to the arcade unfortunately we won't be back for that.

I did not enjoy this place at all. I was entertaining a friend from out of town and we were having…read morea hard time finding things to do with it being the holidays. So when we stumbled on this place we thought oh great let's go bowling. Since it was Tuesday it was 50% off bowling and it's misleading how it says that. 50% off all day bowling. And when you go to check in it's like 1 hour for two people the price drops down to something like $18.95 + $5.95 for each shoe rental. Which I know it's been awhile since I've been bowling but that seemed awfully high priced. We went to look and see if there were any open lanes and one line was open so we went to check in. I'm not going to lie I told my friend I didn't want to stay and do it that I thought that was way too much, but we put our name in cuz they said it'd be about 45 minutes which it was and then as a side note I was irritated to see that the lane we were assigned was the one that we saw was empty when we checked it out. We played games to fill our time which one I reflect on this whole experience I kind of wonder if that wasn't just a play to get people to spend more money there. It's very confusing on ordering and getting drinks and it's also really frustrating because if I had to realized that you needed to go to the bar to get drinks, I would have definitely had my drink before our hour began. The shoes didn't fit right which is frustrating when you figure you're paying essentially $6 to rent them for an hour! They also didn't connect right on the floor it felt like they kept stopping my movement there was something that didn't work with the floor in the shoes - I honestly kept feeling like I was going to hurt myself if I tried to bowl like I know how to walk up and throw a ball. I know part of that is me and it's been a few years since I've been bowling but I do know how to approach the alley and throw a ball but I did not feel safe. The balls are frustrating too there's no real variety of holes or sizes - all of the 12 lb bowls have the same size finger holes. This was true for all the balls which I'm sure makes it easier for them financially to bulk buy, just makes it less the user friendly.

I found a couple new-to-me, limited release games for my older console. They've also got bunches still in storage, so if you're looking for something specific, just ask! The owners are currently remodeling and expanding into the space next door, with plans to expand their in-store gaming space. It's going to be amazing! There are bunches of other gaming products and accessories to complement both gaming (like controllers, guitars, mics, etc.) and the gaming lifestyle (like mugs, pins, graphic novels, etc.). I'll be back to look for gifts for my gaming family. My eldest bonus boy was excited to see how good a deal was at the Pokémon Trading Card Post. All of the kids found something to call their own. ^_^b Oh, and it isn't for sale, but the collection of Poké Balls from the 1999 Burger King kids' meals at the front desk is so cool!! The complete set!! XD There are a few other things like that sprinkled in the store. Just a joy to see them and enjoy them for a moment. Another thing that isn't for sale--the owners! They are a treasure to speak with, and so knowledgeable about the gamers' universe. My kids were delighted to find ready conversation with them about a bunch of gaming things I didn't fully grok. And I found their expertise deeply fascinating and engaging, as well. All in all, this place is true to its name--The Gamers Oasis. A place where you can relax, sink into a world of gaming for a while, and come away refreshed and powered up for the real-life play outside. 10/10

They are 4 and 7, and immediately the extremely friendly front desk clerk made me aware as nicely as possible, that these games are designed for kids 8+. However, she graciously allowed them to come back and try some roller coaster rides, my son LOVED it, and my daughter liked it, but as she stated at the beginning these are for older kids so I wasn't surprised. I would definitely recommend coming here with kids in an older crowd. There are so many games and things to play.
