I like the variety of fabrics, textures, and fixtures that appear in the pub. It transports you somewhere else. I've been to pubs in London and all over the UK, so I can't say it takes you there (which is ironic), but Parliament does have a transformative quality. The prices are a bit high, but they know how to make a cocktail! Best gimlet I've had in Omaha hands down. The guy I was with wasn't sure which beer to order, so they provided him with a taster. Unexpected, and definitely sold the beer. I would say, though, that even when it's not super busy it can be hard to get a drink. The bartenders always look very busy and it is hard to get their attention. I would suggest staffing up a little on weekend nights.
