    Cucumber vodka drink
    Jana J.

Great location, we got cocktails while eating at sauced next door. Love the vibe--casual and Rustic. The service was good although they were very busy. The drink selection was great! I do not like win and they had plenty of cocktails and beers to choose from--more than I expected and a very good variety with interesting cocktail recipes. I loved the cucumber drink I had, not too sweet and very refreshing. All in all a great place to be!

We ordered drinks when we ate at Sauced by Alfaro the waitress was amazing, listened to us and recommended the perfectly delicious drink! It's a jalapeño margarita! The day we went there was a music bingo event, ambiance was fun!

What a beautiful, cozy, well-stocked place to get a drink!

This is the best of the neighborhood bars. Wherever your neighborhood, you'll feel at home in Twisted Vine. The beer list is outstanding, with over 40 taps, many of which rotate. The wine list is well-curated too, offering easy by the glass options all the way to top-shelf bottles to cellar and savor. There are even mixed drinks and an excellent selection of mules, with vodka, gin, whiskey, mezcal, and more. While you may come for the drinks, you'll stay for the people. For the friendliness and family feel. For the live music. For the best-in-class back patio. For everything that makes a community gather and come to life. It's become Papillion's lively living room for a reason - come check it out and see.

We had a great time here! Unique atmosphere and so many options for drinks! Also enjoyed the live music. Will definitely come back!

You know the kind of place where even the staff are having a good time...Twisted Vine is that place. Make reservations for Thursday night music bingo and don't leave without a "whippy tail" (coffee and rum chata with all the whipping cream your little heart desires).

Plenty of room for large and small groups on the patio

Twisted Vine is a great wine and tap bar in downtown Papillion. They frequently have live music, bingo, and food trucks on their schedule. The inside has beautiful wood floors and is nicely decorated. They also have a good sized patio out back with fire pits. The drink menu features a large selection of wine, beer, and cocktails to choose from. Seasonal cocktails tend to be on the menu which are always unique and creative. Prices can vary on drinks. Cocktail prices are fair, but I do wish some of the house wines were slightly cheaper. You can also bring your furry friend on their patio! Great place for date night or to meet up with friends.

A nice Malbec....great start to the night!

On the main street in Papillion, great location, but it may be difficult to find parking right in front, but VERY easy to park on the side streets...only a 1-2 minute walk! Very casual, great prices for individual glasses of wine, beers, and spirits. Their last comfortable leather chairs, and a sofa...but the lighting is just a little bit too bright to call it romantic.

The bartender/server was very friendly. My friend and I were have a conversation and didn't look at the menu much, he kept checking on us until we were ready to order. I got the Goose's Burger with tots. The burger was cooked well and had grilled tomatoes, grilled onions and a mango habanero sauce. The sauce wasn't too spicy and added a lot to the burger. It was a bit messy, but I scarfed it down. Tots were nice a crispy. The place wasn't very busy so I was a little skeptical whether it was going to be good, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rest of the menu looked good, I will be coming back to try the pork tenderloin sandwich!

These people, and this place have my heart. When my (bio) Dad passed suddenly and unexpectedly a few months ago, I was scrambling to find a place to host a gathering after his service. He was an Omaha native, a Navy veteran, and an avid Harley rider that maintained a variety of lifelong friends. How many, I had no clue. How many would see the notice and attend, I had no clue. Yet when I called Goose's Bar & Grill and spoke to Nathan and his Manager- the reply was short, sweet and put every ounce of my anxiety to rest, "We've got you" - and THEY DID!!! No questions, just the most perfect suggestions. They opened doors, brought in extra staff that accommodated and served us with the warmest welcome and comfort food you could image. (Oh, and the kicker?! - of course this all took place during the busiest week for all of the Main Street Papillion businesses- "Papillion Days" - still, they made it happen for me. I will forever be grateful. If there's one thing I could ask that you do for me, please stop in and support them. I have no doubt you'll love everything about this place just as much as we do!

We started with the fried pickles and the cheese curds, which were both very good! We loved the chipotle ranch! I ordered a bloody mary which was very strong and strangely kind of sweet? Not sure if that's how it was supposed to be... but I didn't really like it. I ordered the chicken caesar salad with a side of fries. Just wanted something light! Unfortunately the caesar salad was a miss, the dressing was weird and tasted a lot more like ranch than anything else. The popcorn chicken on top was just eh. I realize this may not be the place to order a salad... but even for a sports bar it wad just not great. My boyfriend got a burger and seemed to enjoy that a lot more! We probably wouldn't be back. It was a pretty mediocre experience. I will say the portion sizes were HUGE... but can't say much else.

The burger was cooked a perfect medium rare and the truffle fries had a nice texture with a little sauce on top. The risotto was nice and creamy. The Argentinian steak was tender and not too heavy. The only thing I wish they did was maybe do something extra special for my birthday... like maybe a birthday dessert or something! However, service was fine. A member of our party gott a hibiscus Margherita, which she liked. The beer list is good, but they make it very tough to know what beers are available. The server had a hand written list. The list was nowhere else that I saw. A but inconvenient. The Red I had was really good, though. We didn't do appetizers, and I decided to try the Argentinian Steak. Wow, I was pretty disappointed. I should have known it wasn't what I expected when I wasn't asked a temperature for my steak. I expected it sliced, which it wasn't. It was.little bits of steak that werent very tender over a bed of corn. The dish was kind of bland. For the small size, I expected a savory presentation, which was not the case. They forgot the crispy potatoes that were advertised to come with my meal, but I didn't ask for them, as I initially thought they were inside the small pile of food on the plate. They were not. The tortillas were corn, but the menu does not specify. (I prefer flour tortillas, but that was just a preference of mine that didn't affect this review.) The small portion and bits of steak that was bland are what I will remember. The rest of my party loved their food. A couple got actual steaks and a couple got the buffalo chicken gouda pasta. One got a wedge salad with steak, and she got more steak than I did in my dish. I'd like to give it another shot later, but this visit was underwhelming. I'll update when I try it again. Service was great.
