Dave and Busters is always a good time! We love coming here and hanging out on our less busy days. It seems to be newly remodeled game wise. A lot has been moved around and the space feels like a nicer layout from the previous set up. Staff is always helpful and majority of the games are all working. I feel like the prices are pretty fair for what you pay game wise and they have good deals for game credits. Games were a great pastime during ad breaks and halftime, and there wasn't much of a line behind the games so they were fun and easily accessible. The overall service was quick. We come to this location at least once a year. We were here this time while one of our kids were at a birthday party for our other kids to pass the time. This location is always a lot of fun. The kids like several of the games including the pitching game, Hot Wheels, the Basketball style Connect 4 game, and the little fish harpoon game. There is always a good selection of ticket game prizes for the rewards area. The service here is always good, we've eaten here several times and the food is always fresh and delicious. We like the burgers a lot. The location is always clean and not overly loud which is surprising given all the games and kids playing. I'm not sure that I even notice any noise when we're eating and watching various sports games on the TVs. Definitely a great location to visit with great staff and service! read more

Our server worked her butt off and provided great service, delivering drinks on a timely manner along with our food. It's not like W.C Franks of yore, but it is one of the only centrally located arcades in town. If you do have a previous game card, be sure to keep it because it adds up activating new cards. We were invited for a birthday party, and this was the first time that we had ever been to this location and establishment. I personally didn't eat anything, but I know both my husband and son enjoyed their wings. The queso and the pretzel bites looked good as well. We had a large party, and our server worked her butt off to provide great service. Walking around the gaming area you could tell there was trash, but not as bad as what I anticipated. The bathroom on the other hand was an absolute wreck. Most of the stalls needed toilet paper. Trash was thrown all over the floors, and the trash cans need to be emptied. As you could tell by my pictures, they also have large sections of the wall missing. I'm guessing it's from previous damage but kinda surprised the wall was left exposed. I can see kids messing with it without supervision. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience first time around but could be improved based on looks and cleanliness. Dave and Buster's has been a favorite of mine for years since it came to Omaha. We went to visit recently for a day date as a getaway to play games, so this review is based on their activities, not food service. They continually have kept up to date on the latest games while sticking with some of the original favorites. My wife and I had a lot of fun spending a few hours here checking out both old and new games we have never played. The prices are reasonable for what you are getting: A reusable points card for each game costing a various amount of points to play. My only complaint would be the ticket prices for their prizes. For anything halfway decent it is 1000s of tickets. However, most games give out 5-15 tickets per try unless you're an expert. So I feel this is a little bit out of reach for most people. However, if you're simply looking for a fun afternoon or evening of casual gameplay, Dave and Buster's has what you need! read more

I've been here a few times now over the years and for what the place is it is pretty alright. They have a nice variety of games, arcade and carnival type that are quite fun. Using the cards to scan instead of old fashioned tokens makes it easy. They have a nice room for corporate or larger events. We had an event and they did a good job. The food was done well, we had a nacho/taco bar and the churros were quite tasty indeed. They have a great TV set up for all the sports watching too! read more

For games only, we had a great time. We spent $110 and my two kids were able to play for around 2 hours. This included me and my husband playing a few games as well. I wish they would allow you to have to cards. The girl literally acted like I was asking for the hardest request ever. The kids won tons of "tickets" and were able to trade their tickets in for a whole bunch of stuff/prizes including a light up gaming headset. After nearly a ten year absence, I recently visited the Omaha D&B. It was a blast! The key might have been their smokin' Thursday deal at the time of all you can eat wings and fries and an unlimited game pass for a measly $20. I managed to finish maybe a dozen wings while my buddy (whose idea this entire trip was) put down like 30+ wings! Like he was a bit "wing drunk" if that makes sense. Yeesh. But I guess you had to put down as much food as possible, because once you get up to play games, the unlimited wings are over. All good. The unlimited game pass was worth the $20 on its own. Understandably, it didn't work on games where you win tickets to redeem prizes, but it did work on all the shooters, racing and other just-for-fun games. It was great, because we could actually beat a few games! My two favorite games were the Walking Dead and Luigi's Mansion. By the time we left, I was spent and a bit overstimulated (it's loud in there). And I'm probably good on at least another few months before visiting another D&B. But I had a blast! read more

Friday night video games are still fun when you are knee deep in adulting. We brought two teen boys and they were entertained for about an hour with the reloadable card with about 170 credits. Our favorite shooting game was 8 credits a play, but we beat the game before running out of credits. There was a military discount, which we appreciated. It has been about 6 years since I last went to D&B to hangout, so it was a fun night with friends to play games, drink beer, and enjoy a little friendly competition. We also chose to go on a Wednesday night, where the games happened to be 1/2 off (weekly special, it was pretty busy!) so that was a complete score. The food here is all American- (think Applebees or Chilis) so we had no problem choosing some deliciously unhealthy things to eat before playing games. The drinks were of course overpriced but it was fun to have a few beers and play games together. It's been a long time since I played most of these games, the basketball and air hockey are always classic favorites but there are obviously so many new games current with zombie, jurassic park, pokemon and other currently popular movies/shows/console games. $30 took me and my sig other a good 2 hours to burn through, so it's not really much more than going to a movie these days. Me and my husband love coming to D&B for date night especially just for the food. I'm not even sure where to begin on this night. We arrived and waited 5min at the podium to be greeted by the Manager Stephen King where he said it would be a 45min wait so we put our name on the list. We walked around and played games for about 20min when I remembered we could sit and order from the bar so we removes our name from the list and headed to the bar. Sat down, ordered drinks and then realized these poor girls (Courtney and Loredna and another girl) were trying but not successful in avoiding a puddle of sewage that was coming up out of the drains in the floors. Then there was a server named Devin who was still serving his tables trying so hard to use a shop vac to take the water away for these girls multiple times. Me and my husband left him the only little cash we had since he wad trying to do his job and help with the sewage problems while the manager Stephen just stood up at the podium talking not helping. We waited 30min for our cantina nacho appetizer, I was almost ready to just walk when it finally came out but now I really wish we would of just went somewhere else as this was only the beginning of our nightmare. We start our nachos when the bar manager finally tells them that now after 3hr of plumbing problems they are going to call last round and close but to hand out coupons for Spend $25 Get $25 in play points. About 15min after our nachos Courtney said she was going to the kitchen to figure out why it had now been over 45min since we ordered and all it was (Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Parm) about 5min later they bring it out. Presentation of my husband's sandwich clearly showed they just threw it together. I cut my chicken take first bite, eat couple bites of noodles and went to turn back to my chicken when I notice it's PINK. Really not cooked. I cut into it long ways to make sure and sure as Shit squishy pink. So they rush it back to the kitchen to show them when Stephen has the nerves to walk up to me and ask "do you want them to make you a new one?" As I'm thinking why yes why would I not want food that I have now waited over an hour for and specifically only came to eat dinner. I can say it was nice that since it took over 45 min to get our actual food the bar manager took our entrees off our bill and half priced our appetizer. I will say I'm very disappointed on how poorly the manager Stephen handled everything and wasn't helping his staff. So now we move on to waiting for the remake. 20min go by and Loredna is like what is taking them so long (mind you everyone else in the dining room is gone) she stays back there until they finish it, box it and bring it to me with plastic silverware so I could eat it on the way home since I worked the next day at 3am and at this point it was already 9:45PM. We had lost so much of our night literally sitting waiting on food for it to be raw. While watching the poor staff try to make the best out of the night they could. So our compensation was the same (give us your money and we'll give you game points) just like everyone else, but we lost hours of our time and got raw food. I will say shout out to Courtney, Loredna, Devin and the other girl behind the bar for helping trying to get everything right for us. As a health code stand point I don't see how this manager kept the building and kitchen running with no open bathrooms and the drains backing up. read more

I don't recommend coming for the food. This is my second time here and they told us it would be a two hour wait. That was fine so we played one game and my friend looked at the phone and they had call bombed her and sent her a ton of texts saying they were ready. Definitely wasn't 2 hours. So that was okay but when we did order our food it took forever to come out and wasn't very good. I would recommend burgers if you do eat here. I am mostly here for the games! We had the game card where you can pay some money for an equivalent amount of points. We spent around $80 for a night. I could say it's a bit pricey but not bad in terms of enjoyment and lots of choices. They have a bar that's pretty neat. Their menu is good, the drinks are great. This review is specifically for their "Breakfast With Santa" morning that they do once a year in December. My kids are 9 & 10 and we are probably looking at this being our last year to go and speak with Santa before the 25th comes. For the past several years we did an alternate thing at another venue, but the kids were getting bored with it, as it was for younger kids. I received an email from D&B about this Santa breakfast and thought it might be a nice last hurrah for our final year with Santa being involved. I followed the link and it was really easy to make a reservation and pay for it online. The tickets said it ran from 8am to 10am, but when we arrived at 9am, a sign on the door said it went to noon. We were greeted at the front and a gentlemen gave us a couple envelopes and said we could sit wherever we liked. So, here's the deal: you get a buffet breakfast, an encounter and picture with the big guy, a five dollar card to play a few of the ticket machines, plus free time ALL day on the non-ticket, video game machines. We picked out a table, got a beverage (they had soft drinks, lemonade and orange juice available) and looked over the buffet. They had some donut type stuff out, but no hot food, so my kids ran off with their cards to play a couple games. The food started coming out about ten minutes later so I went to find my kids. I'm looking around and see a kid and Santa Claus sitting in one of those giant, sit-down shooting games, zapping dinosaurs together. So funny. The breakfast was not too bad. Eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, biscuits and gravy, some fresh fruit. Their were several servers swooping in to take your empty plate or refill your beverage for you. Everyone was in a good mood and very pleasant. We got our pic done with Santa and the picture lady went nuts and we ended up with about twelve different printed pics of the kids (and of the whole family) enjoying the morning. I think they were only supposed to just give us one! We played games all morning and had a great time. I'll bet there was about 15 other people attending, pretty much had the place to ourselves. We had such a good time, this might be our new family tradition, even if the kids are getting too old to "believe". It was an amazing value for what we ended up getting. read more

We very randomly ended up here on late Wednesday afternoon and had a great time! Almost no crowd at all so it was wonderful for our small children. The place was very clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate that at nearly every game station there was an adjacent table where we could set down our drinks and tickets. Very convenient. I think my only gripe, and this is very minor, is that some of the boxes where you swipe your card seem to not work real well and in the arcade section it was a little bit too loud for me. I think this place offers fun for all ages. Consider checking it out at a quieter time to avoid the crowds. If you are in employer looking for a place to train, this facility also has private rooms available and I know with booking those training rooms you get free playing cards. read more
