Go here for the games! The food is mediocre- there are many other restaurants within the area that you could go for a much better dining experience. The drinks from the bar are fine, but nothing great. I recommend you download the Dave and Buster's app. Nearly every week there is a buy $20, get $20 free coupon for chips. Reedem/use the coupon before you go, and if you're able to, go to Dave and Buster's on a Wednesday. Then you'll get the most bang for your buck games-wise. They have 1/2 price games on Wednesdays but don't let you use coupons that day, so using the app in advance of Wednesday is the most convenient way to get around it. The games are well-maintained, new ones are added every few months, and they have game technicians who might even throw a few extra things your way when a game's goofing up. read more

Extremely over priced burnt food (just get chipotle across the street), lame games and a confusing ordering experience really ruined the night. It's clear that the corporate side of this company has no interest in the customer and just wants to drain you for as much as your worth. I'll admit I'm not a D&B guy but we had a great experience here this week. We took our team (12) for a night out for drinks, dinner, and games. As others have mentioned the happy hour deals are more than reasonable actually it's a great deal! My experiences with large party dining are usually hit or miss with poor service, wrong/ missing food and so forth. Our experience was quite opposite. Our server was spot on, drinks where refilled quickly, and our correct entrée orders came out at the same time. My peppercorn steak was done med rare as ordered. This was my 2nd time eatting here w/the kids. I didn't like the nachos' the 1st time, so I tried the $13 chicken pasta. It was very bland, not temperature warm, much less hot! Twelve of us went last night to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday. It took forever to be seated. Once we were seated, it took forever to get drinks (and it took the server twice to figure it out), and once we ordered it took a half hour for the food to come out. We were literally the only people in the restaurant. Oh, and she managed to get the food order wrong, too. Brought me my check, I handed her my card, and she brought me out a receipt for $6 more. I asked what was causing the six dollar difference. I should have just sucked it up. She took off. Came back ten minutes later muttering about signing some form for the manager. This was a $230+ ticket - and she managed to charge it twice to my account. I don't know what she did - but she left my bank account at zero. Literally zero dollars. No apology. Manager was trying to fix it - no solution really other than to wait and see. I'm sorry. I'm much to poor to be waiting to see with over $200. I will never be back. Poor service. Incompetent server. Complete with eye rolling the entire time the manager was explaining her error to me. I hope this is all fixed sooner rather than later. read more

I've been coming here for many years with kids and a few times with just adults and have spent in estimation a few thousand dollars. My favorite games were always the big Captain Wheel and the Elvis token machine. I've always thought the prices for food and drinks were outrageous. But had thought food and service was usually at least average and sometimes better, so mostly a 3 star experience over the years. But that has all changed after the two latest visits, one being today. It wasn't overly busy at 2:15pm on arrival which is why I pick off times like this to avoid big crowds to begin with. The wait at the "please wait to be seated" sign took awhile. I had ample time to observe and study the situation. A few tables were wrapping up their meals, one had just been served, two high tops were available in the bar area. With previous visits having terrible service at the bar, and witnessing only bartender, I opted to continue the wait by the "please wait to be seated sign." It looked like two servers and a manager were running the dining area. We weren't in a big hurry. The wait I estimated to be 15 minutes or so. We were finally greeted and seated two steps away at the nearest table. The table sat 5, but only two of us. After further observation, every table sat 4 or more people. Why were there no booths? Who knows, but it looked like everything was spaced for a pending locking down. Anyways, we got sat right next to a family that had two kids throwing paper airplanes everywhere. Was it my job or the government's job to discipline those kids? It dawned on me that maybe D&B shouldn't belong in this type of state--The inept parents eventually apologized. What was more bothersome was that at least 8 other tables were available as we froze our asses off at this table was near the entrance. Although the entire place did feel cold so maybe it wasn't the waitresses fault. I've never cared for their menu layout as in the past it has been confusing as far as what it is included with game play, happy hour times, yada yada yada. But now, we have a digital only menu where you order only from your phone. The menu has gone from confusing to extremely limited. From the perspective it is easy as hell to find something to order on the phone menu. What I particularly didn't like was that before you confirm your order on the phone, you still don't have water or drinks AND IT ASKS FOR A TIP. Before you get ANYTHING IT ASKS FOR A TIP AND FOR YOU TO PAY. Luckily there is also an option to pay via CASH- You know, that currency we all used to know. So I advise to opt for that so you can pay AFTER SERVICE AND FOOD. Anyways, I'm getting bored here with this review. Food sucked, nachos are a no go. The waitress cleaned off another table while we were eating and slammed one of their chairs into our table. Wow, what crap service! Had to ask for plates, finally got those after our food arrived. Guess what, I'm a good guy and still tipped 15%. Who deserves it though? The cook? Never met them. The app designer? Never met them. I'm so done with this place. Worst of all- THE CAPTAIN WHEEL AND ELVIS TOKEN MACHINE ARE NO LONGER HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What were D&B owners thinking?????????????? Even worse- THE RING OF FIRE GAME TOOK OUR CREDITS TWICE, THATS TWICE! 24 CREDITS it stole because it wasn't working correctly! I asked the gal at the gift shop and she said she would send over someone to fix it and get our credits back. Well guess what, do you think they accomplished that 30 minutes later? You guessed correctly, no they did not. We got screwed out of that, as if the games don't screw you enough already. We were also charged for a side of wing sauce. Oh and the TO-Go containers they were out of. So I had to pack up our nachos which sucked anyway in 2 handful mounds into the 2 square paper containers meant for a brownie. As an adult - you're here for the games....and the bar... not so much the food. Kids are always happy with the food because it is more kids kind of food ...nothing fancy, on the plain side...but you aren't here for the food! And this place is going to be cleaner (as it is catered more to adults) than a PizzaMachine or Chucky Cheese but still fun for all. You come here to relax, laugh and have fun getting competitive w friends and/or family. Trivia is great for a large group, as is basketball, skeeball, racecars/Mario Kart, air hockey... the Walking Dead 4D type of games are awesome for multiple ppl. The Tailgate buffet was pretty good with nachos and fixins, mini pizzas and slider burgers. I have not been to this Dave and Buster's in several years and decided I was going to have dinner there. Upon arrival, the restaurant was not crowded and the server quickly took the order. The issue was the wait time for the food and noticing upon the arrival, some parts of the food was not hot... meaning it sat out for a while due to several possible reasons. The food quality was fine and the server did check to see if we needed anything else frequently. Either the cooking staff was short that day or the manager wasn't following up with food orders. At previous Dave and Buster's, service and food have always been good. I hope prompt food service returns to this D&B if I happen to return in the future. read more

I am a frequent flyer here and spend almost avg of over 200 dollars when I visit. They thought it would be wise to rent out the whole entire Dave and Busters for a private event. They wouldn't even let us in to game. I myself drove 4 hours to pick up my nieces and nephews just to come here for entertainment and food tonight on 17 Dec 21. This was supposed to start off Christmas break as well but to no avail they wouldn't let us in. I had 400 dollars cash in hand to buy 4, 100 dollar game cards plus food, something I do often but feel like if they won't want the public in then I guess they don't want me to come back anymore. If you are into video games, then I guess Dave and Busters is pretty cool. As a parent bringing some younger kids here for a couple hours of fun, it's just okay. It's loud of course, but that's to be expected. On the plus side they do have a lot of TV's around the bar if you plan on letting the kids run wild while you put a few back and try your best to block them out until they come running back because they need more money on their cards. My wife and I decided to have a little food while we were waiting on the kids to spend our money and it was okay. It wasn't high end goodness, but decent bar food. The wings were nothing to write home about, but the sliders and fries were actually decent. We waited at least 45 till I went up to the bar when I went up to the bar no one was around till I tapped on the table four times and I asked if we could have water and order we have been waiting 45 minutes he said we would get someone there. I feel like I'm being served the upgraded version of a fancy frozen dinner - not terrible but also definitely not ~$13 a plate. The service I've experienced has also not been terrible but also you have to really ask for beverages and remind your server what is going on. It's not bad for what Dave & Busters is, but the food prices are not justifiable. Also if you are looking for healthier options it is difficult to find things. Now that I've grown up to be a "family man,", I have a new perspective on Dave & Buster's after a recent visit to eat in the dining room and play games. I still maintain their food is pretty good, albeit pricey. The unfortunate constant is the speed of service in the dining area, or lack thereof. I'm not sure if the issue lies in the kitchen or a low server to table ratio, but that has always been their Achilles' heel. Ordering only appetizers and iced tea shouldn't take 30 minutes to bring out. They've also revamped their "power card" program to discontinue the "Gold" tier, of which I earned, and sadly my old card (bad mag stripe) had to be surrendered with everything transferred onto a new, generic card. Luckily, the ridiculous amount of tickets I spent my hard-earned "single guy" money to earn have stayed with me and now I can get stuff for the kids from their "Winner's Circle," though here, like a casino, "the house always wins." It's too bad that D&B never expanded into the space to the south, as they've seemed to add more games, further reducing the amount of floor space. Additionally, the entire place could use an update. Nevertheless, I still prefer D&B over The Amazing Pizza Machine any day because of the alcohol factor. Methinks that, unless we're adulting it at D&B, future visits will be limited to the gaming side of the place. read more

I ate plate after plate of wings thirty two wings total and six sides of French fries. I washed it all down with three Coca Cola's. Then onto the video games I completed The Luigi's mansion game and the Aliens Covenant game I spent about three hours playing games until my vision was a little blurry. I usually come here on Wednesday nights to play the Star Trek coin pusher game solely. I have earned so many tickets in that game that I have purchased the Ring two security system with tickets as well as multiple Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox one games. My husband and I came in on a Sunday around 2 pm for their all you can eat wings and video game play deal for $19.99. We were unfortunately very disappointed. They only bring you 4 wings and a small handful of fries at a time and then you have to wait 20-30 minutes for each "refill". The dining room was not very full being that it was around 2pm it was ridiculous, as my husband can eat 4X 4 wings at a time this experience took a very long time. My bridesmaids took me here for part of my bachelorette party. We were seated right away. Our waiter was very friendly, a little too friendly to one of my bridesmaids, Rachael, in particular. Everyone got drinks expect for Rachael and me. The waiter only noticed Rachael not drinking and said that he was going to buy her a drink and said pick anything you want on the menu. I'm thinking, hello, bride here; however, I was okay because I don't drink anyway. Haha Throughout the night, I guess Rachael swooned him (not even knowing, she was clueless she had him in the palm of her hand) because then he gave us all free Dave and Buster game cards and one already had 40 game points on it. He was very nice but it did take him about 20 minutes for him to give us our receipts at the end of the night. The games are always fun! But when you go to Dave and Buster's make sure to expect to spend a good amount of money. Eating and games are a bit pricey together. I think the menu has changed since my last visit about 2 years ago. For $100 I took 3 11 year olds to eat and play games. They had a great time, played for over an hour with the 100 tokens they each received, enjoyed their food, and I watched a ballgame while they played. I had the Apple Pecan Salad. It was amazing!!! Today I'm not impressed. 9/14/19 a Saturday night. Game area was the okayest area. There were a lot of empty glasses throughout. We came to the bar at 9pm. I got a refill on my soda, and my husband wasn't even asked if he wanted a drink. Then we for literally 40 minutes (I timed it) without even a word or look from the bartenders. They served EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. around us. There was a group of 4-5 that came up to the bar and waited for a few minutes and waved them down and got service and yet again we did not get served. We decided to get up and go play again since we had wasted so long sitting there without ANY service. After an hour we came back to the bar. We sat for 7 minutes before the BAR BACK came and asked if we were getting something and I said yes food and drinks please. He got us menus. Then we waited another 5-6 minutes until THE BAR BACK came and asked if we had been helped we said no and he took our order. Where were the bartenders you ask? Standing at their registers counting tips and closing out credit card tips. Terrible service tonight. Wish I saw the names of the employees.
