As soon as we stepped inside, you could smell the sweetness of the ice cream, waffle cones, and all the candy displayed around the shop! While we were checking out the ice cream options, we were greeted and asked what we'd like. We both went with one scoop: my wife chose the Michigan Pothole, which was super chocolatey and loaded with tasty chocolate bits, and I got the butter pecan in a waffle cone--and wow, that was a huge scoop! Both ice creams were creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. We also picked up a Sky Bar, which is such a cool candy bar with four different fillings in one! We'll definitely be back to try more flavors and other goodies. Highly recommend!

Great place for teens to hang out and an amazing place for parents to take kids. I also saved $5 off the price because we used our punch card. On our 5th visit. We usually spend $20 each time my daughter and I are here. We love to sit outside when the weather is nice. Today we played card games and the young lady behind the counter offered a few coloring sheets. So we got to color today.

My iced coffee had so much syrup that I ended up adding my own coffee from home to it so I wouldn't get sick. I had asked her beforehand how many pumps she was going to put in and she said, "Coffees don't get shots only espresso does." She misunderstood me, but I couldn't re-address the question again before she walked away. I watched her pump the butter pecan 6 times into my medium iced coffee! 1) It was way too sweet of a coffee and 2) she didn't give me a chance to rectify the situation. So I feel like I really wasted my money with this location. Further, 3) getting out of here is a suicide mission, no lie. If you have to turn left, you have no choice but to use the suicide lane and hope to the good Lord above oncoming traffic doesn't ride that lane to turn at the light while you pull out into it. Three strikes and you're out, so I'd honestly pass on this location based on my experience. Which stinks because I like Dunkin normally.

It felt like no one was willing to listen or take responsibility, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is the opposite of what you expect when stopping in for something as simple as coffee. Customer service clearly needs serious improvement here--whether that means better training or changes in management, something has to change. I won't be coming back at all.

My family had a horrible experience at Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in Lufkin, Texas yesterday. The…read morestore was clean and well-maintained, but our visit was a huge letdown and big disappointment. We came in on a Wednesday expecting the "No Weigh Wednesday" deal advertised online, a flat $6 for a cup of yogurt filled as you like. However, there were no signs or menu indications of the promotion. After a couple of minutes waiting in an empty shop, the manager appeared and was unhelpful. She claimed she'd never heard of No Weigh Wednesday and said there were no specials. My daughter got a cup of yogurt and when she went to add toppings, the manager wouldn't let her and insisted on doing it for her. Not only did she not add enough of the toppings my daughter wanted, but she kept suggesting things my daughter didn't want. It didn't help that the regular prices were outrageous, $12.05 for a single cup of yogurt is absurd when a gallon of ice cream at a grocery store is far less. If Orange Leaf wants to keep customers, they need to train their staff better and honor their advertised deals.

So we sent the two hot fudge Sunday shakes back and told them what we were supposed to have, CHOCOLATE SHAKES!! Well three minutes later they brought us back what we hoped were our chocolate shakes and all they did was take the whip cream off the hot fudge shakes, mix them up a little and bring them back. Like we wouldn't notice!! So we just took the shakes back inside ourselves and asked for a refund. How hard is it to make a chocolate shake?!?
