Unsure of which end of the counter I needed to be at I just stared back waiting for a hello, welcome, I can help you over here, etc. Nothing. So I just stood there, uncomfortable, waiting for somebody to take my order. It was almost like they didn't want to help us and the sucker had to take our order. They were very unfriendly. The lady behind the counter was super nice and took her time explaining the menu and making recommendations and was willing to really customize my drink. She even gave me some great tips for making my own boba. I got the brown sugar coffee milk tea and it was everything I could hope for. Delicious without being overly sweet.
