If I could give this place 0 stars, I totally would. It is NEVER consistent and the last few weeks it has been unbelievably slow (26 minute wait, 20 minute wait, 22 minute wait). The drinks are either delicious or horrendous - if they are even made properly (that's a 50/50 chance in itself). It's actually disgusting inside of the store as well, which makes you wonder why we still went back..? ‍ I also, want to point out - paying $7.31 for a venti non-dairy matcha is ABSURD. Don't waste your time going to this location - it's the worst Starbucks we've ever been too. Try local coffee - University Coffee or Java Jacks. If you want commercial - go to Dutch Bros. Avoid Starbucks at all costs, you'll regret it if you go. read more

Can totally agree with all the low rated reviews. I've been here a couple of times and have been the only one in the store, ordered only 1-2 drinks, always 6 people working, and it still takes 20-40 mins EVERY TIME. don't know why i keep going back. this last time i went i had 30 mins before i had to be somewhere and thought 30 mins would be enough time but no. was the only one in the store, ordered my drink, 20 mins and saw 6 people working, i asked where my drink, they gave an attitude, THEN they started on my drink. never coming back. lesson learnt. read more

Horrid. I am so bummed that there is only one location in Nacogdoches and one 50 min away in Henderson. Both super poor service and poor drink/food quality. Multiple visits over the last 6 months. I love Starbucks and unfortunately have to deal with the consistent disappointment. Henderson is getting better and I can tell they are trying. I get that they are busy. But staff for it and educate your baristas!!! Today I went to the Nacogdoches location for a grande iced americano and got NOTHING BUT ICE. I also ordered it on the app at 9:09am leaving more than enough time for my 10+ minute drive to get there to have it be ready. I get there and asked about my drink since I didn't see it. NO ONE helped me. I stood waiting for 5 minutes and finally after SEARCHING for it and waiting for someone to help me, I saw it tucked away on the baristas side of the counter along with my cold Turkey bacon sandwich I ordered as well. I will admit they have good service an great beverages, but there breakfast sandwich was served frozen and very disgusting.

Unbelievably poor service! Slow, inattentive, and the staff couldn't care less! We were the only in-store customers and only ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. The drink came out pretty quick but after 15 mins, we approached the counter to as about the sandwich; they had forgotten all about it! No apogies, rather just a dirty look when we asked about it nicely. Additionally, even with more than enough staff, the interior of the store is gross! Dirty floors, trash on the floors and the coffee service area is disgusting and not stocked with the essentials. I get the feeling they are believing they can just skate by on the brand name, but there are many other options and my experience at this location, which was my first time, has convinced me to try the competitors! read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. This Starbucks is the only game in town when it comes to coffee, unless you want to go to SFA's campus to the second location (far smaller than this one). Either way, the brand maintains its consistency with good customer service, along with an excellent product despite a high traffic volume of customers within this store. And if you think that you are going to get a seat and chill with your tablet/laptop after 7 PM? Fahgettaboudtit! And this goes for the outside seating area as well. Expect a lot of 20-something coeds to be nom nom'ing on snacks, drinking lattes and getting their study on for an all-night bender here. Go to this Starbucks only if you are not bothered by annoying, fake, and perky staff. At first I thought it was just one specific person, but all the people that work seem anything but genuine to customers. They use a high pitch voice that one uses only when mocking someone. It might be because the managers make them greet customers this way, but I for one prefer a courteous but real greeting instead of a robotic, forced one. read more

Not only is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to but the service is just... odd. Every encounter I have here makes me never want to come back. I waited forever and the cashier failed to repeat my order and ended up charging me extra for something I didn't ask for. Read the reviews, went anyway, thought I'd judge for myself. Ordered Americana and Mango Dragon Refresher, to go. Coffee was horrible, tasted like cheap, old, coffee beans. Could have had a better cup from day old gas station coffee. Refresher was very weak, didn't taste right. Two sips of coffee and it got dumped at the red light. Had stomach cramps really bad, then had to make a quick stop at a restroom. The server/cashier was very curious and friendly. Not her fault if management isn't taking care of business! read more

I love Starbucks. I was really excited when I moved here that we have one.... that is until I visited. Over and over and over again thinking that it will get better. It doesn't. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've given them several chances but they always disappoint. For starters they are always out of everything. I am not impressed with the service we received here today. My husband ordered coconut milk in his drink instead of regular milk (a necessary upcharge for someone who is lactose intolerant), and when I saw that the barista made it with regular milk, I politely told her that he ordered it with coconut milk. She was visibly irritated and offered no apology. She just turned around and started again. She had asked our friend if she wanted whipped cream on her drink, and our friend said yes. When she gave our friend her drink, it had no whipped cream. When she asked for it, the barista was irritated yet again. Also, we ordered a shaken iced tea for a friend in the car (something he drinks all the time), and when he drank it, he said it was disgustingly bitter. We are sadly disappointed. read more

I wasn't feeling well... at all... and I was recommended to get the coldbuster tea from here. I had no idea what I was ordering and since it wasn't a menu item, the workers weren't familiar either. However, the guy who took my order and the barista worked together to figure out exactly what I needed and made my drink exceptionally well. I think that this location has bad reviews because it's small and there isn't a ton of hanging out space when college kids take over the lobby to study. They struggle making drink orders correctly. Ordered a black tea lemonade with raspberry and it took close to 20 minutes and it was so watered down it was more like flavored water. Compared to Java Jacks, Starbucks is so much better. Pricing is about the same if not a little cheaper. I've never had to wait a long time for my drink unless I'm going at a busy time which is understandable. The baristas are always friendly and welcome you whenever you walk in. Setting is somewhat limited though; especially if you go during finals week at SFA. Most of the seating will be taken up by students studying. read more
