The teen working the register and making drinks seemed like she didn't care. My friend and I both ordered at the counter with cash and then she went to make the drinks for us. My iced coffee had so much syrup that I ended up adding my own coffee from home to it so I wouldn't get sick. I had asked her beforehand how many pumps she was going to put in and she said, "Coffees don't get shots only espresso does." She misunderstood me, but I couldn't re-address the question again before she walked away. I watched her pump the butter pecan 6 times into my medium iced coffee! 1) It was way too sweet of a coffee and 2) she didn't give me a chance to rectify the situation. So I feel like I really wasted my money with this location. Further, 3) getting out of here is a suicide mission, no lie. If you have to turn left, you have no choice but to use the suicide lane and hope to the good Lord above oncoming traffic doesn't ride that lane to turn at the light while you pull out into it. Three strikes and you're out, so I'd honestly pass on this location based on my experience. Which stinks because I like Dunkin normally. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin'. The service was incredibly poor--staff were rude, dismissive, and even raised their voices instead of trying to help resolve a simple issue. It felt like no one was willing to listen or take responsibility, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is the opposite of what you expect when stopping in for something as simple as coffee. Customer service clearly needs serious improvement here--whether that means better training or changes in management, something has to change. I won't be coming back at all. read more

"Just an Okay Experience" Stopped at Dunkin' hoping for the usual upbeat service and a solid cup of hot coffee, but this visit fell a little flat. My "hot" coffee was more lukewarm than anything, and it was overly sweet. The staff didn't seem too happy to be there, which was disappointing since I chose Dunkin' over gas station coffee for the friendly vibe and consistency. Not the worst experience, but definitely not the Dunkin' I'm used to. Hoping for a better visit next time. read more

Although it is a combination donut and ice cream shop they will not serve ice cream until noon. There were no customers. 10:30 on a Saturday in June. Strange arbitrary rule that could not be explained. read more

I don't know if the B&R side of this business is going to succeed. Every time we go through the drive-thru we have to wait for the employee checks to see if they have the requested flavors. They never know what flavors they have. Train your employees to know what product they are selling, for crying out loud. This is a business, act like it! We were so excited that B&R was returning to Lufkin. We couldn't wait for it to open. Now we don't even go there anymore because it's not worth the frustration of having to deal with the untrained, ignorant employees. Too bad. read more

When we arrived, the employee had fake nails that were likely two inches long. She dropped my scoop of ice cream on her shirt trying to catch it as she dropped it and then tried to serve it to me. When checking out, we were rudely told "I do have to let y'all know that we close in 10 minutes." Terrible customer service. read more
