I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin'. It felt like no one was willing to listen or take responsibility, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is the opposite of what you expect when stopping in for something as simple as coffee. Customer service clearly needs serious improvement here--whether that means better training or changes in management, something has to change. I won't be coming back at all.
