The clerk had to involve a manager who couldn't manage to give my wife a refund in order the correct shake. it took about 20 minutes a total refund and then to re-purchase the correct item. I warned her that it doesn't seem that this location can get anything correct. I'm the same day. I almost stopped to get a hamburger after working out, but I decided not to and went to McDonald's instead I don't know how this place manages to survive.
