They have lots of slabs here to look at but I think it's more of a place you'd come to if you're just starting out and you're pretty open minded of what you want. I came looking for a a specific type of quartz and with sparkle, and they didn't have much to choose from. But I did enjoy looking at what they have - they had some nice slabs! Also, just a note -- you'll pretty much be on your own here. Nobody really came out to help us. There were just some guys on a forklift moving stuff around --- a couple of times I felt like they were steering us towards the exit. So we just left. I needed two slabs since we decided to remove a wall and went with a open concept kitchen and added an 8 foot peninsula island, new cabinets, appliances, sink and counter. We were going to go with granite but we ended up going with Cesarstone since we liked the pattern, requires no maintaining and has a lifetime warranty for the material and labor. My contractor suggested I go there to find a quartz countertop. Walking into the lobby, I asked the person at a desk if I could get some help. They said go out and start looking and somebody will come out and help you. I asked her where the quartz countertops were, and she said everything in the back. I am a senior citizen with two bad knees. So walking through a warehouse looking at slabs of quartz is challenging. Which is why I asked them specifically where the quartz countertops were located. While looking at the different choices, I saw employees there and asked them if I could get some help. They said someone would be right there to help me. I asked several people several times. No one ever came to help me. However, seeing couples that came in after me, sales people went up to them immediately, and asked if they could be of help. After a couple of hours of looking at quartz slabs, I found a couple that would work. I went back to the lobby where the offices are located and asked a girl to look up prices for me. I was then told that what I had picked out with Quartzsite not Quartz (Quartzsite being real stone and more expensive than quartz .)So I now realize I spent the last two hours of walking on my bad knees, looking at the wrong product. The quartz countertops they offered were on a side area, and most of them were covered up with plastic and difficult to see. I left totally dissatisfied. read more

I called them and asked if they had a specific CeaserStone material in stock. I was told that they had 3 slabs. It was verified that they had the slabs three times. Originally, I was going to pay for this without seeing the slabs. When I told them I would come in to see it before purchasing it, they told me it wasn't in stock. I called CaeserStone directly about the problem. Then, I received a call from the manager or owner (not sure which) called me and said the slabs were put on hold for a more important customer and the person that told me it was available was new. She said she was trying to find another source for the slabs and would call me back and she has not. Update: The manager called me about a week later and said she had the slabs. While she was on the phone with me she went into the back to mark them with "Hold" labels. At that point, she noticed that they had sent the wrong slabs. She said she would try to get them again and would call me back. She called back and said the correct slabs were in. I drove an hour and a half from my home to the store to verify they had the right slabs. We paid for the order and I arranged for my fabricator to come to pick them up in a few days. When my fabricator and I arrived to pick up the slabs, they could only find one of the two slabs that I had bought and paid for. After quite some time and speaking with several people, they discovered that they had sold the slabs I had paid for to another customer. I again called CaesarStone to tell them of the problem. Their regional manager got involved and Nick at Marble Express made some calls. Nick located 2 matching slabs and offered me a discount for all of the trouble I went through. So at the end of the day, my needs were met, but it was quite a stressful experience. read more

I went to the Marble Express in Las Vegas. We picked out 3 full slabs of quartzite and then called and requested another, after speaking with our fabricator. We were charged by the square foot. We were shorted over $700 in product and then they refused to return phone calls. We drove back (3 hours round trip) to rectify the situation. Our salesman (Leor) snuck out the back door after the receptionist told him we were there. His father (Shlomo) refused to rectify the situation and after making excuses and outright lying. I had a bad experience with this company. I purchased a slab of Copa Cabana granite an outstanding stone with an unusual color. The counter top was installed, only then did I notice that the material had cracks. I counted 10 cracks some completely through the material. I spoke top the manager and conferenced with the salesman. Can you believe they told me that this with this material cracks are common! Apparently they were aware of cracks but did not disclose them! Its like buying new windows with cracks. They refused to replace the material. Buyer beware with this company. read more

This showroom had the best selection of stone and quartz slabs of all the showrooms I had visited. It's huge! They also had Cambria slabs on view that other showrooms only had samples available. It takes a while to look around because its so big and there is so much to see. After looking around, simply go to the front office to find someone to help you. There aren't sales people walking around looking to make a sale. This is a really low pressure place where you can look as long as you want. When you are ready, the staff are willing to answer any questions and are really knowledgable about the materials. I worked with Richard and I have to say, it was easy and a real pleasure. He patiently answered any questions I had and had moved some slabs from a batch of quartzite for my viewing so I could pick the ones I liked. I bought the slabs on the spot because I found what I was looking for. I would recommend looking here first if you are remodeling and need countertop material. I purchased marble from this place in June had it installed had it fabricated sealed etc. It was recommended to me by the installer of my granite. I took their recommendation to heart. I went to this store thinking I would get superior service. A month later the product began deteriorating. Stains galore and not from water or things that I have done. But by having glass on it. Having a water bottle on the product. Even just eating dinner and having plates on this product. I have now tried to be in contact with this company for over 6 months and nothing has been fixed. They continue to blame me or the contractor who I watched install and seal this product. I do not recommend this place at all and would tell anyone anywhere that they should not be going to this place for anything. read more

I had originally picked some slabs to purchase with my contractor then went back to match samples of backslashes to my slab. I was disappointed when my selection did not work out and asked for some help. At first all sales reps seemed to busy but Lily came to my assistance. She went through all the sample back splashes that were available to find perfect ones for me. Took every single one I liked to my slab so I could see them together, never rushing me or pushing me to buy. When I asked if I could take samples home she offered to bring in samples for me and had them ready for me the next day. I also wanted to match a travertine to porcelain. She took the time to find an almost exact match and likewise brought in samples. At first I was disappointed in the service but she turned it into the best experience I have had from all the other locations I walked into.
