Drove here all the way from LA only to be told they don't sell directly to the public. Would have bought multiple slabs now & continued to buy from here in future. Prob would have spent 15k on slabs now. But I'll buy from a slab yard that sells directly to public instead (there are many). It's an unfriendly business practice that only hurts you. There's a reason why businesses that aren't a chain or franchise & are to-the-trade only shutter their doors at a much higher rate than those who don't discriminate & sell to anyone. To select your slab is one of the best, fun, most exciting experiences in the design world. Marco helped us get the perfect slabs of Quartzite. We visited about 4 times. We went to all the major slab sellers within 100 miles. This place had the best slabs. Other shops carried less selection, so they had the space to present them a little better, but this place literally had the best condition slabs and by far the prettiest selections. There is a lot of damaged quartzite out there due to poor handling. Marco also gave us the suggestions of several fabricators. He came in early to meet our schedule as well. This place is awful. We went to multiple marble yards throughout our search and every other place the people we friendly and very helpful. At Marbolis, it was like you were an inconvenience to them. They were also severely under staffed for a Saturday and made us wait 45 minutes to pull out the slabs. The worst thing of all, though, is that they refuse to give you a price on the marble. This sets back your project by days. Even though you are the one ultimately paying, they make your fabricator get in touch with them for the quote. Every other place we went to gave us pricing on the spot. There are tons of options in Anaheim for marble so I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

This is a quality place. We got 3 slabs of gorgeous granite for our renovation project. The folks who work there were very patient and we made multiple visits to tour the yard. This was a neat experience and everyone was so nice. The selection available was way more than we expected and they had a great selection to choose from. Our "guide" Will was very helpful and courteous. And the workers were always pleasant having to bring out multiple slabs for me to look at, several time. The office staff were very sweet, and made the company/team made the experience for us very comfortable. Prices are really good, too! read more

These are the things that I wish I had known before visiting Marbolis: 1) They have some of the most beautiful marble I saw during my search and visiting many different slab yards in the area. 2) They do NOT honor their holds. I had slabs on hold on two separate occasions and both times they were sold to someone while within my hold period. I was not given the courtesy even of a call to find out if I wanted to buy them beforehand. I found out they were sold the first time by stopping in to look at the slabs again. I figured mistakes happen and found some other slabs and put the on hold. I came out with my husband and fabricator to look at them and then called two days later to purchase them (still within my hold period). This is when I was told they had been sold to someone else. 3) The sales reps I dealt with (Cheryl & Will) were not very friendly or helpful during my visits or correspondence with them, so maybe it shouldn't have been any surprise that they were unapologetic and rude when I expressed my disappointment that they sold my slabs for a second time. Their response was, "the slabs are in high demand and we just made the decision to sell them to someone else and that's the harsh reality." I can understand that they may value the business of designers or fabricators who buy repeatedly over a one time need, such as I had, however I don't understand the smug attitude or why they even offer holds, if they have no intention of honoring them. 4) Their system for tracking what slabs are available, on hold or sold seems very unorganized and begging for mistakes. Some yards I've visited such as Modul (where I ultimately bought my slabs from) and Bedrosians, use barcodes to identify every single slab. Marbolis uses a sharpie on a removable piece of painters tape. Perhaps this is so they can make changes as they see fit. It is no surprise to me when reading other reviews that the slabs customers put on hold or even purchased were not the ones they received. read more

What a great selection of slabs and tile. I was very impressed with the quality of the white marble they stocked. I had been to five yards and i was losing hope in finding what I needed. I should have stopped at Marbolis first. Next time they will be first on my list. They greeted me at the entrance and assisted me until I found what I needed. read more

*BEWARE*. Do NOT buy your granit tile quartz or anything from this place. We purchase two slabs of Quartzite from them and the items were marked sold with our names, lot #, builder name and were put in their computer system as sold. All the paper work was done and signed. A 50% deposit was given, we even have pictures of the exact slabs we purchased. Marbolis SOLD our slabs to someone else and never said a word until the fabricator came to pick up the slabs. This has cause so much grief since their BREACH if contract completely threw off the entire great room and flooring as well as the countertops. The owner of Marbolis "Attila" was Nasty, could have cared less, and was incredibly rude, he sold these very rare slabs to a construction company and and couldn't care less about his customers. RDS is the design company that sent us to them. Don't go unless you want you selections sold off to to someone else. We have learned that this has happened at least 4 times not counting us. Just read the other reviewer that this happened to. They have cost me time, anguish, and money. The owner does NOT CARE about his customers. Ask any other slab yard they will confirm my experience. They need to step up and make this right. This classic Breach of Contract. And yes I am very pissed off. read more

Recommend looking elsewhere. We carefully selected, bought and paid for our granite slab in full, then came time to get it for the fabrication and they SOLD IT to someone else. Unbelievable. No reason, no help, no follow-up, no explanation. It tooks many visits to select that perfect slab. So I made sure to PAY for it. But they sold it to another with no explanation. Go somehwere else asap. Don't have your heart broken here and get all stressed out during your important project. They don't care. F- read more
