He had the outline of one such simcard in the cutter, shaved it down to fit my phone and gave it to me. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! I thought I overheard his name was Craig. So I thank you for that! It worked like a charm and I am very happy. Best Buy: You didn't get a sale out of me today, but with outstanding service like that, you've guaranteed my patronage for a long time.

He up sells me -"the TV I chose was a "holiday" tv put together with misc parts and why wouldn't you spend $20 more for this tv?" then slowly walks back to get me the tv. After 10 minutes he slowly comes through the doors dragging the tv on the floor. Yes dragging it. I grab the tv and go to the front to checkout and then I am told that I need to wait for the LG representative to come up and check me out. He comes up, rings me up, is annoyed that I don't have a Best Buy account and that I don't want to sign up for one then drops my receipt on the counter and walks off. You wonder why people buy from Amazon? Experiences like this with people that obviously don't want to be at work. Unfortunately I see this type of customer service from the Framingham store online with both yelp and google. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I had been assured of the $210 value during my earlier visit. Wang PC fixed my computer in two days for way cheaper than any other repair center would have given me. Martin is also incredibly nice, and there is a "every customer is important" vibe that other repair centers don't give. Martin also went above and beyond replacing the fans and also cleaned the inside of my keyboard (in two days) for no added charge. Needless to say they have earned a lifelong customer.

I had never used a computer repair service and was very reluctant to give my laptop away for repair. I was almost certain that this would not get solved and was worried about my data being lost. I was definitely proven wrong! I read the great reviews about WangPC and dropped my laptop off. Martin gave me an update with the problem and gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. I received my laptop back in a timely manner and everything was working great! Martin went above and beyond to repair other longstanding issues in the laptop that I didn't even ask for (and he did not charge me for this). These weren't easily perceptible issues, but Martin was able to spot them /fix them immediately. Martin is truly and expert/professional. I am very impressed with this service and would recommend to anyone. Really saved me a lot of time and headache. 5/5 stars.
