My go-to order here is always the Marinated Galbi and cold noodles (nengmyun). The staff grills all the meat for you, and they cook everything to perfection--serious veterans here! You can tell they know exactly what they're doing when it comes to grilling the meat. I've also tried their Wagyu Brisket, which was melt-in-your-mouth good! And they now offer rice paper, which is always a plus for wrapping up that deliciously grilled meat. The cold noodles come with white vinegar and hot mustard (gyuja) on the side, so you can add as much tang and kick as you like. Their spicy cold noodles are also delicious and, despite the name, really aren't that spicy. They also have a location in Fullerton, and I've found the quality of the food to be just as good there. But there's something about the Garden Grove location--especially the longtime staff and the expertise they bring to grilling the meat--that makes this one a little more appealing to me.
