From initial installation to scheduled care to random maintenance, it's something out of a movie. Tonight put me over the edge. My daughter and her friends wanted to use the hot tub. It's been a 4yr circus with this company. Tonight, I had to disassemble the arm to open it (it was broken at one end and wouldn't open.) Then take the cover off and put it on the ground to let them all fit. Then, ask them to help me put the cover back on, and then reinstall the arm. I travel a lot so my return home and hot tub time is important to me. I also have a very bad lower back, so it is also therapeutic for me. Will post again when I get the timeline, service calls. We started by meeting Mike in sales, who walked us through everything upfront and showed us all the different options. Then, we got to meet several team members as the pre-build process went on. Once construction kicked off, we were assigned a lead onsite, Manny, and for the office, Auria. Manny and Auria were fantastic, explaining each step clearly and answering all our questions. They even quickly fixed a little issue with the tile installation. After the pool was built, Jay helped set up the equipment and explained all the features.
