Service has greatly diminished since last time I visited. Quality of service and customer service was awful. Sat in car my car waiting for a technician to acknowledge me for at least 15 minutes. Was not until a man in a truck pulled up for service that they acknowledged I was waiting in my car. Women beware you will be treated like a dummy who has know sense. I Was told I need to pay more attention to my car maintenance and I had the incorrect coolant. Which was completely inaccurate. I will not be patronizing this business again. Very unsatisfactory service and wait time was ridiculous. If I could make it 0 stars I would. That is how unsatisfied I am. read more

went there for an inspection renewal. guy comes up saying it will take 45 in to an hour due to having one car ahead of me for the same matter. Then another excuse comes up he states my vehicle windshield is tinted when it is factory laminated and not tinted, and he states another excuse that he can't do it unless he charges me to tear off the SUPPOSED to be tint. so, I actually in front of him shocked of his statement I pull out a razor blade to test his somewhat rip off knowledge and he said another excuse that laminated windshields are illegal in Texas, so I confronted him on being recorded he walked away because he knew it was bs. Well i scraped and NO tint came off. I went back to the dealer that sold me the vehicle (Henna Chevrolet) and to ask for their expertise and from other shops (lambs, pep Boys, NTB) and not only are they ASE license and State license to do the inspections and not just LUBE techs all of them correctly stated my windshield is factory and not window tinted. I return to the store and a different person is there and he passes my inspection with no issues. I informed them of the blonde haired short white guy who refused to give me his name they said he is a crook. So for his own associates to say that guy is a rip off/ Crook means a lot about the personnel who put him in charge. Don't go to this store anymore the previous manage they had was excellent these new personnel are shady. read more

The fastest service I have ever received for anything ever. I needed an oil change and a state inspection and I was in the neighborhood so I just popped in. Was greeted warmly right when I walked in, they helped me out, and I was out the door and finished in 15 mins. Insane! Will definitely be back! read more

We needed a oil change and found this place not to far from our home. We were able to drive right in have a seat in the lobby and they did our oil change we were in and out in less then 15 minutes. The staff was nice and there is a gatoraide vending machine in lobby. read more

I have used this place a lot out of sheer convenience. Manor doesn't offer any other options. I am through giving them my business now. The past three or four oil changes I had resulted in leaking oil in my driveway. Once I went back, told the guy my problem, and he said it was probably used oil that leaked onto the splash guard and it would stop in a few days. Seriously!? I showed him a picture of my driveway and he said, wow, that is a lot of oil. He looked at it and discovered the rubber seal on the drain plug was destroyed. He admitted that they should have seen that and fixed it. The other times it leaked it was because of used oil built up in the splash guard. I will give them credit...they are fast, but at a cost. read more

I would give this place 0 stars!!!! Both my husband and myself went to get our oil changed this morning and the idiots that worked there (young kids who looked like they hated life) customer service was horrible!!! Once we got home both cars had all of the oil leaked out!!! After driving around all day!!! And on top of that this is the place that was on the news for charging people synthetic oil but putting in basic oil. I am calling the news so they can pay them a visit again!!!! Now we have to figure out how to drive to the next place to put oil in our car! Im getting a refund on monday and they are going to hear it from me!!! Screw these people!!!! read more

This place is a joke. I walked in to ask how much an oil change was and the guy sitting down took like 5minute to give me a half answer. Then he proceeds to tell me if my dealership offers me a free oil change to take it. What kind of business sends away customers, Wow I'm like you need to get fired cause you just lost a customer. That was definitely a prelude to the type of job they would of done on my vehicle if I had decided to go with them. Thank you Jesus for intervening cause that would of been a mess of problems. I have used Manor Fast Lube for several years as there is no other oil change places in Manor. I will not use them ever again. Realizing that many folks get oil changes and state inspections on Saturday mornings, I arrived in the drive up lane first thing at 7:45am with no others in line or in front of building. When they finally get around to opening the bay doors at 8:07am, the tech to back up because there is 2 cars on the other side who are going to be first in line. I said how is that? I was here before anyone else, as evidenced by my car being first in driveway. I told him forget it and I will take my 4 vehicles elsewhere from here on out. read more

This place sucks. Didn't tighten my wife's oil filter and it all leaked out after a week, took it to a different place and they said they literally could hand turn it and it almost fell off, new place topped off her oil off free of charge. Also got tires rotated, and come to find out, they didn't put a lug nut on tight enough or at all because they were loose and was missing one. Didn't give new sticker for window. This place is garbage, never going back. Makes me wonder what else they botched. read more
