I ordered a drink, a cup of queso blanco and quesadilla. The food was seriously BLAND! The queso tasted like nothing. I LOVE queso and order it everywhere I go and this one has zero flavor or taste. It tasted like nothing. I only ate a quarter of it maybe. The quesadilla was ok but nothing special. The facility is nice and cool patio vibe but the food was so disappointing. We arrived and noticed a lot of cars in the parking lot, so we called to ask if there was a wait. The guy that answered was soooooo rude!!! I was still asking questions when he literally hung up on me. I went inside to speak to the person that was on the phone, and the person on the other line turned out to be the manager! We've been here many times and always received great service. But because they were swamped with people, I guess they decided to throw customer service out the window. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I got the chicken strips and fries and let me tell you.. they did not disappoint. My chicken was amazing and the fries were aswell. I got the fajitas too and they were lovely, tasty yet warm. Presentation was ASTONISHING if i do say so myself(which I do). Definitely do not recommend touching the plate thing it comes on though. Recently opened. Stopped by on Sunday day for late lunch. Big crowd but seated immediately. Chips and hot sauce arrived quickly. Hot sauce is a little different but loved it. Being on hold for 20 minutes had to be a sign this wasn't going to turn out good. First time eating here for takeout and not impressed at all. Called in 6/17/20 around 645pm or so and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Called from my wife's phone and a gentleman picked up. Explained we had been on hold for 20 minutes but he didn't seem to care and just asked what we'd like to order. Drove over to pick up our order and while they had some people dining in, it didn't seem crazy. Maybe they had someone call in? Maybe short staffed? Who knows.... but would have appreciated a simple "sorry about having you on hold for so long". I mentioned to the hostess we were missing sour cream on the side and she said "I didn't take your order so I don't know, I'll check tho". I've been in customer service for 15 + years and you just don't say that. A "sorry about that, let me finish what I was doing and I'll check for you" would have been appreciated. You're representing your employer, doesn't matter who messed up. This place lacks good customer service. On to the food: It's just meh. Not sure what all the hype is about. The food was delicious, customer service is top notched and the drinks are off the chain. The drinks were so good that we stayed longer just to have more drinks. We went for a family members birthday and had 18 people in our party. 5 different tickets is all it would have been. Instead they put everything on one ticket, after multiple people in our party asked for separate tickets. When we asked to have it split up they refused and said that it would be to hard. The service was terrible. They did not refill our drinks. We had to ask for napkins and silverware after we had our food for 20 minutes. So by the time we got utensils to eat with the food was cold. I will never go there again. If asked I will tell people how terrible they are. After all, we all know that word of mouth can be your best, or your worst form of advertisement. Our server Homero was great! I ordered the mix fajitas and they were super good; very juicy and cooked just right. My husbands flautas we're a little bit over done but we're still good. The margaritas were also very good, we ordered two rounds. The restaurant is pretty spacious and they have a cute patio on the side. Several TVs too to keep you entertained for a special game. They play legit Latin music too which makes the ambience just right. The ladies using the restroom can be a little more tidy though, is that how you keep your bathrooms at home? How hard is it for your to aim to the trash can? Overall, great experience for a new little spot close to home. read more

Gama, the "general manager" is a complete JOKE! Today I placed An online order for brisket flautas, chicken fajitas and two bowls of queso. I waited over 50 minutes for my order. 20 of those minutes were at the restaurant after waiting 30 minutes from placing my order online. The restaurant was nearly empty with only one table filled. They started my order once I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up. They claimed there was an issue with their system. Upon arriving home I realize that I don't have brisket flautas I have chicken and I don't have rice and beans. The chicken fajitas were missing tortillas, sour cream, quacamole. No rice, no beans and we had one small bag for two large bowls of queso. Gama was horrible to deal with. When I called to let him know the situation he acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up on me. When I called back he dared me to do something. It's a shame this place is so horrible. I've been here twice, the first was for dinner which was okay but not great. The second time was for breakfast and it was the most disappointing breakfast burrito I've ever eaten. First off, they aren't burritos, they are sad tortillas with a bit of egg inside. It looks like I drunkly made them myself. Manny's needs to step up their curbside service ASAP. If you're electing to be open at 25% capacity and do curbside service, you should not leave a paying customer outside waiting for over 45 minutes. We were told "just 3 more minutes" and "just 5 more minutes" several times. We placed our order for a 4:30 pick up, and did not receive the order until we'll after 5:20. We called to let them know we were even out here and waiting because no one was outside to check on curbside. We also had to call again to check on our order after we were told it would be "a few more minutes".
