They have several locations. This is the newest in the very tiny pine lake area. Be careful entering the parking lot. I've checked out the downtown location and was hoping for the same vibe. I was not disappointed. Parking: limited Vibe and decor: nice, chill, and music is on point. Think caribbean rhythms and intimate seating. Outdoor patio. Bar: substantial. Food: on point. The Mac n cheese was a great portion size. It's a pet peeve of mine to pay for a side and get half a serving spoon size. Remember I'm greedy. Service: interactive, and chill. I ordered the jerk shrimp pasta last night and while it may have looked good and was not bad to eat, I don't believe it was prepared correctly. I could tell from the jerk seasoning it was not made right. Immediately my stomach started hurting and I had to use the bathroom and this repeated through the night. 1. I went to this Restaurant to sit in and have Lunch. I ask for water as usual however was given a bottle of water. I thought nothing of it until i question the bill and found out they charged me $5 for a bottle of water. I can buy a 24pack of bottle water for $3.80!!!! I went there with one of my friends to introduce her to the new restaurant. Girl, this was literally one of the worst experience ever! First of all, the service was so bad. The lady was so rude taking our order like she had an attitude the entire time. She even had an attitude with her coworkers, like I know they tired of her! Also, the amount of flies in this restaurant is too great like it is actually criminal. One fly, two flies, that's alright. I get it. But there was like 20+ flies and the space isn't that big for all of that. Either they aren't cleaning well or something because there shouldn't be that many flies around a food area. Anyways, the food was great. Hot and delicious. Took about 30 minutes, but that's to be expected. Visited the Pine Lake location. I was immediately greeted by the smell of marijuana upon approach. But it's a Caribbean restaurant, right? The inside was shabby. The server was clueless about drink selections. I spent $30 on drinks served in plastic cups. They had filthy music playing as if I wanted to hear such filth with my dinner. That was enough for me to leave and drive 2 miles away to a real restaurant will real service where I spent $160. That was money this place could have earned but they blew it! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I went to the Mangos Location in Stone Mountain. The young lady with the orange like locs was very distasteful and had a extremely rude attitude. When I asked her what vegetable came in the veggie plate, she said cabbage and that they did not have any at the moment. When I asked if they had any other vegetables that I could substitute the cabbage for, her answer was "I don't know. I'm not a chef, I don't cook". Worst experience EVER!! After having to wait 30 minutes for our food (mind you we was the only ones in there) and then no refills on no drinks while we wait the 30 minutes and ate for approximately 15-20 minutes THIRSTY!! Then I had a side of shrimp and didn't find out that they were 14 DOLLARS until after I ate them and was ready to pay!! And then as I was expressing my thoughts on my experience to the employee and her "cousin" (who I found out was another employee) decided to chime in so disrespectful and starts arguing with me insinuating on fighting me!! I decided to try Mangos. Ordered on uber eats. Got the order ready receipt, to get there and they tell me they are out of what I ordered. Then told me they attempted to call me. not true. But how is the order ready? I asked to speak to management I was informed they don't have managers, and the bartender, said she was the only one on shift, so how is the food getting cooked. This Oxtails was nothing but a plate full of bones. I was basically eating bones. That's why this picture is all bones. Hardly any meat. Basically bones and sauce. There is not much in the plate because we were hungry but the portion was not as large as they made us pay for! If you order Oxtails, you may get nothing but bones and hardly any meat. This was a "large Oxtails." And where was my plantains?!?! Then the manager guy tried to Hustle us by adding a "service charge." We ordered to go. Why is there a service charge to go?! A large Oxtails is already $32 plus tax then he added a "service charge" of just under $5. Why would we pay a service charge of $5 on a Togo order? That makes no sense. Terrible service. My sibling and I went into the Stone Mountain, GA location. We sat at the bar and placed a to go order. It was my first time ever ordering there. I paid and tipped in the jar. I left and looked at my receipt and they charged me a 15% service fee. I was never offered anything to drink, not even water. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and she said I was speaking to her. She refused to refund my money back for services never rendered and then hung up on me. Service was terrible! I often wondered why this place is never packed now I understand. Today I was ordered simply some 2pieces of coco bread and a ting soda. I entered the restaurant was not greeted as I waited by the pick up bar. After 15 minutes still no acknowledgment. One customer left for that same reason. The waitress spent 20 minutes laughing and taking to a table of 5 people. Finally she comes over and asked me was I picking up I said yes, she says well I don't see no order. She goes in the kitchen and come back and says she doesn't see any orders so I pull it up on my pull. She tell me that there is no ticket and it has nothing to do with her. I said , well it's just 2 pieces of bread and a soda she was like I don't care what it is if I don't have a ticket they not making it. I just stared at her because she was giving me much attitude. She was like I am going to have to run my system and check for the ticket. I am still in disbelief at about of fussing she is doing . If I had not already paid for it I would've walked out 20 minutes ago. She finally call back I. The kitchen and tell them to make my order. She hands me the order I say thank. She says nothing! Rude!!!!! Like what did I do but try to patronize this business.
