I don't know what to say. I've been wanting to try the food for months. Looked on yelp says they're open today (Sunday) until 8pm. Placed the order online because it's 30 min from my house wanted my food to be ready when I got there. They accepted my payment. Yelp said the order was received and food was ready. I arrive and the restaurant is closed. Sad and confused. Why don't restaurants keep accurate information on the sites they use for ordering? Why not update your hours on maps? Actual hours on door: Tuesday - Thursday - 12:00pm - 10:00pm Friday - Saturday - 12:00pm - 11:00pm

The service was amazing, the food needs just a little more work to match the prices. Over all it's a good place for when you just gotta a taste for it.

The food is excellent and the owners are friendly! This place was located in my hometown originally and has a new location in Atlanta. Menu items are still excellent and if you ever visit, you must try Egusi!

Great food. I make it a point to go there every time I am in the area. It is a distance away from where I live.

Stumbled upon this while doing a search for Nigerian food specifically Jollof rice. At the time of…read morethis writing I was starting to give up hope on my search for quality like home Nigerian food in Atlanta. I've tried Ike's (not impressed), Little Lagos (trash), Cafe Songhai (OK), Toyin (not consistent). I decided to take a chance on this place because of the menu. I checked out their Instagram and saw some activity and pictures so I said why not? Pricing was reasonable. Customer service was BEYOND. My contact person was Yemisi and not only is she courteous but very pleasant and communicative from time of order placed to delivery. There is a delivery fee of $15. Pickup is in Gwinnett county area if wanting to avoid the delivery fee. When you place your order plan for a 2-3 day window for delivery. Packaging was EXCELLENT. Slight spillage from the stew but it's inevitable and overall packaging was great. I loved the baked goods especially the sausage roll and scotch eggs which packed a kick in heat with the spice level of the sausage. I appreciated that. I love spicy food. It was a slow burn (like black pepper spice not habanero peppers spice) so don't think it's spicy. Sausage rolls 5/5 just look at the beauties in the picture and they taste so good Meat pies 4/5 the filling is very soft like a baby could eat it but I loved the crust. I'm a fan of ground meat but not minced meat if that makes sense. Flavor was great though. Jollof rice 4/5 I was expecting more spice. I would order this again but request more heat. If you top it with the goat meat stew this will also help. Goat meat stew My favvvvv! So good. The type of stew you would find at Nigerian parties and weddings etc. Sooo good, spicy and flavorful and the meat was tenderrrr like I love. Would order this again and again and again in a heartbeat. Scotch eggs The showstopper! Listen I LOVE Scotch eggs and the way they made these. Let me tell you right now, hands down, the BEST Scotch eggs I've had the pleasure of eating. Sooooo good! The crunch of the exterior, the slow heat/slow burn of the sausage surrounding the perfectly boiled egg. WOW!!!!

The pounded yam was smooth and not too thick. I had fun scooping up the Egusi in the Fufu with my hands. Both together was an enjoyable flavor and texture combo. The Beef Suya was good as well, a nice meat appetizer. The beef was cooked well done which some people may not like, but I enjoyed it since I grew up eating my steak that way. It paired very well with the spice blend and raw onions. I also had the Ghanaian Jollof Rice and that was not my most favorite dish due to the flavor. Not my cup of tea, but the rice was cooked well. I also liked the side plantains. The interior is nicely ornate and comfy. The service here was also super great and my assigned server was very personable. I genuinely enjoyed my conversation with her and she did well giving me recommendations and directions as a first timer for this type of food. Overall, I had a great experience here and would come back again!

My two relatives came into town and they had wanted to try Nigerian food for the first time. Ike's…read morewas in the area the three of us were hanging out at, so I was looking forward to venture outside my normal restaurant. Setting / Service: We had came in about 10-15 minutes after they had just opened, so it felt like we were the first customers by the way the wait staff was missing. The host had told us sit at any table and we would have a staff member come swing by. We waited about 5-10 minutes before our waitress had came by and asked us if we were ready to order. Mind you - we were not given a food menu or told about the QR code that looked like it was barely hanging on the table beforehand. Food order took a little longer than expected. Table that was sat after us got their full lunch order before our soup came out. Felt little weird about that. The occasional check-ins from the waitress was welcomed. Food: Hunter's Platter was a overcooked or charred. The beef was well done at minimum. Some of the other meat pieces that contained bone were so overcooked that it was tougher than jerky and the bones themselves began to break off into sharp ends / mistaken as meat due to how brittle they became. For it to be priced at 'Market Value' and not have a actual charge was a bit odd to me. It came out to be near $60 for those wondering. Sweet potato soup with plantain fufu was good. We had ordered the mixed meat version, but it only contain one piece of each meat. It was borderline room temp by the time it got to our table. We had also ordered a few other items that were pretty enjoyable. Pleasant additions to a couple first timers who wanted to taste the menu. Overall: I'd say that the experience here was pretty okay to the point we had gotten the meal tab. It was a bit peculiar that our waitress had dropped off the credit card machine to the table for us after handing her my card. It was then I noticed on the machine "Additional Tip". Puzzled, I looked back at the check and noticed she had applied auto-gratuity. Yes, I would have given a tip. I would have given more than the auto applied tip, but it was context that made the entire situation foul. She applied auto tip, dropped the machine off, and just 'disappeared' until we left the table at which she muttered words as she walked past us while looking down to the floor.

The dry rice and fish it's self was not flavorful at all! The fish was extremely dry and tasted old. The sauce on top helped add some flavor , the spicy pepper sauce was extremely good wish I had more of that. I also ordered okra sauce as well, that had smoked turkey ,chicken and fish. The smoked turkey meat they used was VERY overwhelming and I could not eat any of it. I was super disappointed because okra sauce is my favorite thing to eat when eating African food. The spice they give with the wings is SPICY (I should have asked for more)!!! The fried plantains are sweet plantains and it taste like they add sugar to it (I didn't like that very much). I LOVED the cassava leaves (I wished I had some of that spicy sauce to add to it). I didn't like the rice, but that's more of my personal preferences (it was just plain white rice, but it was the big thick rice. I like Jasmine Rice or madam gougousse).
