I can't express what an absolute pleasure my experience has been here the last couple visits. We recently moved to Modesto. We've been missing a lot of our favorite things from back home over the last couple years. While exploring our new town we came across this magical place. They were really busy. We walked in were greeted immediately and what appeared to be a little intimidating to us at first, as there is so much going on. We were quickly helped by the sweet and charismatic Maribel. She was very helpful with making suggestions. I was truly impressed of how calm and pleasant she was considering again how busy they were. We decided on our Fresca. And it was amazing!!! Maribel was so awesome! Our drinks tasted so fresh and delicious. My husband and I stopped by again today and tempt fate to see if it was just a fluke. They weren't quite as busy as Sunday but the customer service was just as awesome!! Everyone greeted us and was eager to help. We were still deciding and didn't realize due to her face-mask Maribel was taking care of us again. Same great service and awesome drinks!! I'm just so impressed with these young folks here. So, whoever runs this place on this side of Floyd and Roselle, needs to train this guy on how to take orders, pin the order, make the product and serve it, if he's going to take other orders, pin them all up so you don't mess up the order!!! This used to be my favorite spot. I don't know if there is new ownership but the youngsters that work there are definitely not as good as the previous staff. The last 4 trips in there they have messed my order up. Then when you bring it to their attention one of the young female employees has no issue flashing dirty looks and getting an attitude. Don't order the strawberries, banana and cream, NOW they dump all the cream in the bottom and load it up with fruit so you can't reach the cream until everything else is gone or they just leave the banana out. Literally they make your food different every time now, zero consistency. I'll have to try the other location to see if that one is better, I think it's on Kansas. The ceviche doesn't have as much shrimp or imitation crab anymore either, just 80% vegetable. Their strawberry juice is still good and their ice cream is good. read more

let me start with this place is amazing, i wish i had this in nova but the variety from mangonada to civiche ( both of which i tried on this first visit ) upon entrance the colors to the smells alone were memorizing. once in line we were just staring at the menu & just trying to decide what to try as a must! line went quick & the food even quicker! the freshness of the fruit to the shrimp was mouth watering! really wish we tried more but we had dinner after so couldn't get too much! but will def be back when i visit in the west coast! read more

Husband and i tried the mangonadas last night and ended up tossing them out. I realize it is an acquired taste that was just the wrong pick for us. On the bright side, the two working were very friendly, great customer service. When the owner realized that we were not satisfied with our purchases, he offered a chance to try something else at no cost to us. There were so many other options that I'm sure we will find something that suits out preferences. Want to waste your money? Then this is the perfect place to go to. I was just at Mango Crazy. I was craving corn on a cup. I get there and the girl taking my order looks frustrated. I get it we all have bad days. After she rang up the order I asked what condiments did it come with. After she explains I told her I wanted mayo instead of the sour cream and no chili powder very simple. After a 10 minute wait she gives me my corn with Sour Cream and Chili Powder. I asked her is this mayo or sour cream. Her response "ugh we never put sour cream unless you ask" well 10 minutes ago you said it came with sour cream. Clearly she forgot I wanted mayo.
