Worst nail salon experience I've ever had, even under new management. From the moment I walked in,…read moreit was clear this place has completely missed the mark. I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend.

My designs usually take the technician around 3-4 hours to do. So I have now had to take a break and now I only get pedicures around 6 times a year. The gel polish was applied unevenly and was not cleaned up around the edges, and when I pointed out that I wasn't happy with how it looked, they attempted to fix it but left the original red gel underneath both times the polish was taken off. Even after I explained that it still looked bad, they had to remove everything and start over. By that point, I was so frustrated and exhausted that I just wanted to leave. The entire experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and like no one was paying attention to the quality of their work for both techs my friend and I had. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the issue, but the final result was still disappointing. Spending that much time to leave unhappy is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.
